    • Your tickets will be held at the ferry counter for collection on the day of travel up to 6:55am (GMT+8), you will be required to present all passports (with at least 6 months validity) to exchange for your tickets
    • Refunds will not be issued for late check-in (resulting in missed ferry), fever, change of mind, incomplete documents etc
    • Vegetarian option is available, please advise at time of booking if required
    • This activity is outdoors and involves getting wet, therefore, we recommend that you bring along additional personal effects such as sun-block lotion, sandflies repellent, swimming costume, spare clothes and/or motion sickness pills as per your discretion
    • In the event of rain, guests will be arranged to snorkel closer to the shore for safety reasons
