Mahesh was prompt & professional and had a big van which for us was fabulous as we were travelling with a lot of luggage Air conditioned comfort for the ride to the hotel all the time advising of the wonderful things to see and do in Singapore

Kept us waiting for over an hour

I ordered the transfer for 8:30am but the driver sent an email saying he would come at 9:30. I tried to call the number on the email but the number was out of service. I called Viator and they also tried to get a hold of him but could not reach him. He was not there at 9:30 so we arranged for a taxi. He showed up at 9:40 (we had been waiting for an hour) and he was mad that we were going to cancel him and take a taxi.

I did not give our trip...

I did not give our trip from the airport 5 stars because the driver told us that the charge for the trip was an additional $10 cash. He asked if we had been told that. I said no. We paid him--and tipped him--but then we felt that maybe that was not cool. We wondered if we had been ripped off.

Great service BUT you can take a taxi or Grab for a fraction of the price

Great service and clean vehicle. Prompt pick up with very professional driver. BUT the cost is so inflated through VIATOR that it is counterproductive. If you hired a cab/van from the port to your hotel it would be more than 60% off. In summary it's better to catch a taxi or van at the port....sorry VIATOR but this one I feel is not doing the consumer justice.

We had trouble getting through passport control. It took a long time. Thomas waited for us in spite of the fact that it was time for him to leave to get another customer at the airport.

Our guide picked us up at the airport without a problem. Clearing immigration was different from what I previously recalled. Our driver pointed out various items driving to our hotel. He was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. A good start to our vacation.

A great experience! We were held up over an hour at immigration for nearly an hour and didn’t even have the ability to let our driver know. Thank God he was there waiting for us when we finally got our luggage and cleared customs. So thankful for the great service. Will try to use them while we are I Songapore

Amazing Service

We had a 5 and half hour flight delay. The Whats App number provided by the drive was essential, able to keep them informed of delay and new pick up time, which the accommodated with a a quibble.

After an incredibly long...

After an incredibly long couple of days of flying it was so nice to be met at the airport by our driver. It took all the hassle out of getting to our hotel and was quick and efficient.

Good, but not Outstanding

I had no contact from the company prior to our transfer but when I messaged them via WhatsApp the day before our service, they replied to confirm the booking. The driver was apparently using my photo from Viator on his phone which was not visible when we came out from Customs. It took us several minutes, and use of a police officer to translate, to finally connect with the driver. Once we had made the connection, the driver was great. He spoke fairly good English and was very helpful with our immense amount of luggage (9 pieces for 4 people!). The van was relatively clean, though a bit dated, When we approached the hotel (Marina Sands Bay), he entered the Tower 3 entry drive. This entrance is small and very congested and we sat in the van for over 10 minutes waiting until he could move up to the sidewalk nearest the door. We later noted that the main hotel entrance outside Tower 1 was much larger and better managed. He helped us with our luggage and was on his way. I would use this company again, but might consider other transfer companies as well.

Our driver was very patient as we dealt with some delayed luggage and got us to the hotel quickly and safely in the midst of rush hour! Also gave us a brief history of Singapore on the ride. Highly recommended!

Warning!! Do not use Viator for port transfer

Tickets issued were wrong, reflecting airport pick up not port pick up as we requested. Customer service was worthless with very poor command of English language and unable to correct or reissue the tickets. Had no choice but to cancel after wasting an hour of my precious vacation time.

Our ride never showed up.. Had to book another ride. I demand a refund. I had been following up our arrival time. And on one came. Terrible. I don't recommend viator

We had a very understanding, patient driver! There were problems getting through Immigration because of some forms that weren’t correct. We notified him of the problem and he waited until all 4 of us were ready.

Driver did not arrive. I...

Driver did not arrive. I called the tour number and the directed me to the information desk, but no one was there. Tried to call your number again but no reply. Ended up catching a taxi which was half the price than the transfer booked. The driver eventually rang me to say he was “two minutes out” as our taxi was pulling into the hotel. A complete waste of money!

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I booked online to be picked up at Terminal 3 flight arrival 6.35. No one holding a sign so we waited and then went to information desk. Then this young woman came up to me and asked my name she was a driver. She said she had been waiting at the side exit, because she did not have the correct clothing on to come inside. This is just not good enough when you pay $90 + never again would we use your company or recommend you to our friends that travel up to Singapore. This was a very special trip for us with our family.

A dream

Everything about the pickup was excellent! Xavier was a smooth driver who navigated the traffic of Singapore without any complications. Coupling that with the most comfortable seat I have ever sat in, made our transfer dreamy.

Excellent service. Pick up was right on time. Couldn’t ask for better or faster service. Even though our plane was late landing our driver was there throughout monitoring and waiting.

Used this company for transfer both for airport arrival and departure . Driver was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. On arrival provided some history of Signapore and advice on some do's and don't. On departure, once again prompt pick up and provided advice on check in at the airport.

Disappointing

I had booked a van for 5 people and a 4 year old to be picked up from airport and dropped back to 2 seperate hotels in Orchard. I was given a price and money taken out. On the morning of arrival I was notified couldn’t get a car seat . Then I was charged extra for 2 drop offs . First time in Singapore and the driver couldn’t talk .

The driver picks us up very on time. The driver was funny but very polite. During the trip he gave us some history about singapore as well as some places to visit close to our hotel. The ride was very smooth with large and very clean car with air conditioning.
