After a long flight it was nice to have our driver waiting for us exactly where he said he would be. He helped us with our luggage. Gave a friendly overview of Singapore. Highly recommend.

Fo not use

After booking a pickup and return transfer i received a confirmation email with the correct date, time and flight details for the pickup. Despite this they arrived at the airport a day early and of course i was not there. They then deemed me a no show even though the error was not at my end. They have not refunded me and have told me they will not do so

this service is a scam/ Viator have received multiple complaints and say they are in process of removing them from Viator and trip advisor, just two old people scamming everyone for extra money, be wary save your money and take a cab so easy at Singapore airport

Private Transfer

For this private transfer they were on time and arrived in plenty of time at the airport. On arrival in Singapore our driver was very friendly and we were happy to get him again when we were departing Singapore, unfortunately cannot remember his name. He spoke very good english.

Poor communication once you book

Hard to get in touch with support once you book. I noticed my departure flight was listing slightly earlier times due to Eid and I wanted to ensure that I could receive confirmation someone would arrive and to ask that if I needed an earlier ride if someone might be available. The driver wasn’t too happy but that is the company’s inability to effectively communicate. While I received my details via email, someone should be available in cases such as this. My flight ended up leaving at the expected time but I was not going to risk showing up late. I paid for a round trip and got a partial trip due to the lapse in customer experience.

A wonderful way to be welcomed to Singapore. Our driver picked us up right outside the arrivals hall, took us to our hotel after midnight pointing out all the places of interest. Would highly recommend this service.

Would use again but read this

It was a good experience. Only feedback I have is that it would be good if someone was actually waiting for you. I was outside asking cars that parked whether they were my ride because I received a message that stated they were waiting for me at door 5, which was not the case. There is also an extra charge for pickups outside the pickup time that, apparently, is not charged until you arrive. I'm not sure why they do not add that charge to the booking.

Reliable

Arrival and departure pickup went smoothly. Arrival flight was delayed but the driver waited and drove us to our hotel. Departure driver was on time. Both drivers happily loaded our luggages.

Super easy and convenient

Super Lovely to have this set up for our arrival. We came in at midnight and our driver was easy to find. Had to pay an additional $10 but no big deal. Definitely would book again.

Would not recommend

Showed up to the wrong terminal despite providing flight details ahead of time. Therefore did not meet driver for over an hour after our flight landed. Booked in advance in order to ensure car seats for our children and requested and received confirmation that this would be available, yet we received at the last minute that the car seats would in fact not be available. Both of these factors meant that we had no confidence in using this company for our return trip. The company only issued a partial refund despite the above issues. Would not recommend.

Good car - good driver. Problem finding each other at airport. Better pickup direction needed for strangers to Singapore. Next time I will get someone to meet me in arrival.

It’s always nice to have a driver waiting for you after a flight but this was a particularly excellent experience. The car was immaculate, roomy and easy to get in and out of. He jumped to help with the luggage. Could not have been better!!

This service was excellent and very convenient. We were picked up at the airport hassle free and taken to our hotel. Following our 3-day stay in Singapore they transported us to the cruise terminal. The communication was excellent and they were very professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company.
