O-Ride Singapore Marina Bay Sands Mini Segway Tour

Dangerous company.

A terrible company. Very unreliable were not even there when we arrived for the tour. Had to keep ringing to get hold of the manager. They left us in the hands of a young boy and the segway i was on failed. This ended in an accident. The company are not insured. Don't use this company. They did not even supply safety equipment.

Fantastic family experience

Fantastic experience. Lewis was super helpful and a brilliant guide! We had so much fun on our Segway tour and despite my initial concerns about not being able to control my mini Segway within minutes you master it! Super easy to use and we were offered helmets etc. fantastic way to see Singapore and would highly recommend to all.

Avoid at all costs

My husband and I wentbon this tour. The tour was run by a 16 and 13 year-old and we were not provided with any safety equipment. His segway developed a fault and was catapulted over the handlebars. He ripped 3 tendons in his right shoulder and 2 in his left and needed major surgery on both shoulders on our return home and has life changing injuries. He also broke ribs. The company admitted that there was a fault with the segway but it appears they are not insured and have ignored all communications with our Singaporean lawyers. The company is not professional and please Do Not use as the equipment is old and dangerous.

Best experience ever.

Fantastic experience, with excellent views of Singapore including Gardens by the Bay, Marina Bay. Lewis was a great guide, very friendly and informative and videoed our ride for our memories. There were plenty of stops for photo ops. You must do it.

Fabulous way to see Singapore

A brilliant way to see the key sights of Singapore . Lewis was a fantastic guide who took loads of photos and videos around the route of us. The mini segways are very easy to ride and you get to cover a great distance in a very easy way. A highly recommended way to spend two hours.

Go for it, guys! Ask for Snowy, she's a great guide! The route of the tour is great, you see the beauty of Singapore from the bayfront and learn about many of the landmarks. The segs are well-maintened and well-used. And you can chat with your guide and learn more about life in Singapore.

Coolest experience in Singapore

This was a home run for our family. We loved it and our kids thought it was the coolest experience we had in Singapore. Lewis was a great guide and took amazing videos of us inaction throughout the tour.

Waste of time and the taxi fare to get to the business location.

Vendor never showed up. We waited outside the closed shop for 30 minutes. Called several phone numbers noted on the shop window to find them all disconnected.

SENSATIONAL TRIP - so worth it spectacular scenery, great photo opps! JUST DO IT!!

GREAT TOUR - see all the sites and Lewis knows all the the top spots to video and photograph you on the way. As you travel along the river you have beautiful scenery and gardens to look at. Also you get some great shots by the BIG TREES and lights in the gardens by the BAY. This really is a fantastic way to see Singapore and get some great pics and videos as you ride. If you can ride a scooter you should be able to ride a segway.

Saw lots

Lewis was our guide and he was excellent. Great tuition to get you started. We travelled 12 kms and saw lots of areas around Marina Bay. Even got to ride on the Grand Prix track. I wouldn’t recommend though if you’ve got bad knees.

Fun and different thing to do. Quick and easy tutorial before you start to help you understand the segway/safety precautions. They'll make sure you're able to control the segway before commencing. Then you get to ride along the bay then stop to take pictures at numerous points. Super fun and would do it again.

Fantastic tour!

Me and my daughter booked the 6pm tour and were the only two on the trip. The guide was brilliant, at first I had jelly legs but after a quick tutorial I got the hang of it. The tour took us from the stadium round to marina bay, the views were amazing and route easy but beautiful. On route back the sun had set and the skyline and buildings looked beautiful. He took amazing videos and photos of us. My favourite part of my singapore trip so far!

A fun way to view the bay - highly recommended

We booked for a 2-hour tour from 5pm Sunday (my wife and I, with our teenage grandson), and turned out to be the only guests for that time. Our guide, Snowie, was lovely - friendly, obliging and helpful. None of us had used Segways before, however it only took 10 minutes of instruction for us all to get underway, with increasing confidence. Snowie had offered to take photos and video with one of our phones as we went along, which was great - she is quite a photographer, with an eye for a good shot. Our tour went from the Stadium, around the water front past the Barrage, to Marina Bay and back. The Segways were fun to use, and easily manoeuvred around pedestrians and obstacles. It is a great way to cover some ground and see the sights. It was a good time of day to go (not too hot , and the colours deepening). Highly recommended.

Like a magic carpet ride in a beautiful setting

Simply magic! It was easy to learn to ride, and the scenery around the Marina Barrage is beautiful. The ride is all along promenades for bicycles and pedestrians— no car traffic. Our guide, Louis, was charming and helpful. He takes a phone from each family and shoots photos and videos throughout the tour. Tours may be canceled if there’s a serious threat of rain, so be sure to call ahead.

Highly recommend

Had a fantastic time on the mini-Segway tour. All other guests cancelled but Snowie still ran the tour for just me (which many companies wouldn’t). The sights were amazing and the photos and videos taken by Snowie using my phone were great. I highly recommend this tour as a different way of seeing Singapore.

A must do while in Singapore (specially the sunset one)

Best way to see the sights of Singapore, specially at night! It was the highlight of the trip. Super fun, informative and Lewis took great videos and photos of the whole tour (using our phones, so make sure you have one fully charged). A must do experience!

Night Segway Tour

Alex our Tour guide was amazing. Highly recommend this tour around Mariner Bay especially at night time. The lights of Singapore come alive especially at Christmas time. We had the best time with Alex he was so easy going and gave us a great experience.

Great fun ride with Lewis

Great Nighttime Fun!

We had a great time on our evening tour of Marina Bay and surrounds. We have used the larger segways and it took a few minutes to adjust to the mini-segways but with a bit of practice, we loved it! Our guide was flexible and took lots of videos and pictures. We even had a chance to see the laser and light show near Marina Bay Sands.

Beautiful sunset views of the city

The tour had some of the best views I've seen yet of Marina Bay especially for the sunset. Our tour was at 6pm which was the perfect time to see the sunset on the iconic landmarks. The tour guides were fun and informative, definitely recommend.

A must do!!

I was solo female traveller, I was meant with kindness and great conversation whilst on the tour. The team accommodated my date changes. It’s a must do to get such a different views and Instagram worth photos. The price is definitely worth the 2hrs. Thank you guys for such a great experience.

Do it you will not regret it!

This was the best tour Lewis took us from sports stadium all way to marina. He was informative, friendly, supportive. Just a great way to see city. He also videoed everything on our own phone and the videos where fantastic. Highly recommend this tour.

Fantastic

Booked this on our first night. Got a taxi to stadium for ease and glad we did, driver took us right to the entrance of the stadium mall where the Segway office is. Had a brief safety training and then we were off. Lovely straight start whilst you get your confidence to go across the water into the gardens by the bay and round the bay. Also went up to the barrage area for sunset. A really great way to start our holiday. Guide was good, can’t fault it - loved it and would do again

Most amazing Experience of the Segway tour.The instructions give prior to the commencement of the ride were bang on and perfect from a young segway expert Adam ko, his expertise in the segway was unparalled and worth a shoutout "AMAZING". Amazing experience!

Great way to see parts of Singapore I’ve never seen before. And Louie was a fantastic guide. Took lots of videos and photos for us. It does get tiring on the feet but you can rest when needed. Segway is the way to go. See so much more in little time. And a fun way to do it. My 11yo daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Will be back with the rest of the family. Thank you, louie!

A Great Way to Experience Singapore

My wife and i had a segway tour with our guide Joshua. It was a fun and relaxing way to see many of Singapore’s key sites. You actually don’t get to hop off and enter any of the sites, its more an overview of where things are. Once or twice i thought it would be nice to get off and visit a site, but you can always come back and see things afterwards. We’d never experienced a segway before. Joshua gives you a basic lesson and you quickly get the hang of it. Joshua took photos of us in front of key sites and also filmed us. He then sent us a link to view the video which is a nice touch and a good reminder. Our legs were slight sore, - you tend to tense them on the segway, but we left with smiles on our face and felt it was the hilight of our day. A very easy and relaxed way to see the city!

Amazing tour, a must do!

Josh was fabulous, he showed us all how to ride then took great care to capture the moments and sent it to us, it was a really nice way to see and orientate yourself to the major attractions. Our adult children were visiting from Australia and they loved it. Highly recommended

Segway tour

This is a great way to spend a couple of hours in Singapore. You get to see the sights from a completely different perspective and Joshua, the guide is fantastic. You cover a huge amount of territory in a fun way and very easily. It certainly beats walking. A great tour highly recommended.

Awesome Segway Tour

This was a great Tour and Joshua was amazing and super friendly. First time on the mini segways but loved them, easy to zip about on very responsive. Do not hesitate if you think this appears expensive as it’s worth every penny and more. Joshua provides pics and video’s above and beyond the amazing tour. You see all the main sights and more that would take days to cover the ground. Highly Recommend, do it!

Great experience -first timer's notes

Joshua met us at the MRT, right on time. We walked into the mall, second floor, and came out riding the segways. Easy to get familiar with the machines, Joshua was patient and kind. We then rode on the pedestrian paths around the stadium area, then over to Marina Bay. What a hoot. Joshua took lots of photos and videos, promptly sharing them with us a few hours later. We would do it again, but would strongly suggest that everyone brings a good water supply with them. With the Singapore heat and humidity you will need it.

The office can be a little hard to find so call them and they can come and get you from the entrance to the stadium. Lewis was wonderful and helped us find our way to some food while we waited for our tour to start. Josh was fantastic on the tour! We thought we had seen all we had to see around Singa, but this added a whole new perspective and I am so gpad we did it. Put it on your list!!! ...and they out together all the photos and video for you to remember your adventure. Thanks so much Josh and Lewis!

Excellent way to see Marina Bay Sands

Our guide was Joshua, friendly and very informative of the places we toured. He allowed us to practice briefly indoors, to get a feel for the Segway and how to balance. He was full of great advice as well on how to best handle the Segway. My family of four did the two hour mini tour. Our rides were awesome and the Segway didn't even need charging! We did the late afternoon/early evening tour so we could catch the Bay during sundown. Gorgeous views all around and fantastic stops and photo ops along the way. Totally recommend the tour as walking would've been much more tiring. We covered a lot of ground and the Segway's were easy to maneuver. There was a nice breeze while wheeling around by the water. Best part: crossing the bridge and seeing all the iconic buildings and architecture along the route. My kids didn't want to stop and talked about it during the whole vacation.

A fun family experience that you must try!

I would recommend this activity 100%. Joshua was very nice, patient and helpful. The roads are perfect for the mini segway, the equipment is in great condition and the length of the tour is perfect. The best way to cover a lot of ground without getting annoyed by the heat and humidity of Singapore. Try it, it will be memorable!

See Singapore -- and Beat the Heat

Our family took a very enjoyable two-hour tour with O-Ride Singapore Mini-Segway Tours in December 2019. Although only one of us had previously ridden a Segway, we all caught on quickly, and were ready to get out on the trails within a few minutes. This tour is ideal for Singapore: you never need to ride out on the roads in traffic, since Singapore has such an extensive network of bike paths and other trails that Segways can use. The tour route also gives you a chance see a lot, arcing in a wide loop from O-Ride’s base in the Sports Hub out to Marina Bay, around the harbor, and back again, taking in along the way many scenic highlights including Gardens by the Bay, The Sands, the Merlion, etc. And since you’re not walking or peddling, it’s a comfortable way to avoid the worst effects of the inevitable Singapore heat. We were well-guided by Josh, who was also extremely helpful and accommodating in terms of logistics and customer care. Josh also takes numerous photos and video clips of each tour group, which O-Ring provides free of charge via a Google Drive link after your tour. We recommend this tour highly; it’s the perfect introduction to Singapore, it provides excellent value, and it’s a whole lot of fun.

Weekend Getaway

This is a wonderful way to see the 'new' sights of Singapore that have been developed following the building of the barrage around Marina Bay I would recommend this even to people who live in Singapore and a great way to spend a couple of hours on the weekend. Our guide Joshua was very good and we loved the photos and video he created of our experience

Two Wheeled Tour

What an awesome and easy way to see Singapore. We have done many Segway tours, and this one was the best yet! We booked with Klook and got a great deal. The directions took us straight to the Segway shop where our guide met us and took us on a 3-hour tour. And what a tour it was, these mini Segways scoot along and we covered many kilometres and so so much of Singapore's skyline and highlights. And the best thing of all - the photos and videos that our guide took were provided free, no extra charges. (He took about 1gb worth of shots and provided a link to google-drive for later download) I would highly recommend this tour for anyone - even if you have never Segwayed before, it is very easy to learn - you like have to stand up and lean forward or backward, thats it. Seriously, it takes 2 minutes to become a good rider.
