Excellent Trip!

Friendly driver and prompt response from the travel agent. I had some issues with the 4D passes and she solved it immediately for me. The tour guide on the Sentosa Bus Island Trip was so lovely and filled with knowledge about Sentosa. She was amazing and a pleasure to have as our tour guide on the day. She recommended so many things to do and was so helpful! Highly recommend this trip, and one thing to note your cable sky-pass entitles you to have both cable rides on MT Fabier and Sentosa and back!

From the cable cars to the bus tour it was a wonderful day fully recommend this tour the bus guide was great showed us all around the island and was very informative and friendly

Well organized and friendly. Our guide was informative and easy to understand. We had a great day. He all gave us intructions on how to get back using public transport which we did.

Do not do this tour. You can do much better organising everything yourself.

This is the first time we were very disappointed with a Viator offered activity. First ... we only found out after payment that the cost of the tour was in US dollars. Second ... The advertising did not match the reality. We thought we were on a guided tour. In reality we were collected from our hotel as organised but then the driver had no idea of what we were to do when dropped off on Sentosa Island. We arrived on the island before 9am and nothing opened until 10am ... a wasted hour with no indication of what we should or could be doing. We did have a guide for a 2 hour bus tour (a product sold at the Sentosa Ticketing office) and thankfully he then explained what we might do after the bus tour. Advertising indicated we would travel to Sentosa by cablecar ... we were not told the Mt Faber Cablecar was closed for maintenance. This tour is called "Morning Adventures @ Sentosa" but the 4D Adventureland activity we paid for did not open until midday ... we had a plane to catch which is why we took a "morning" tour, so we could not do the 4D Adventure. There was a lack of information that left us very frustrated and thinking we had paid way too much money for a tour we could have organised ourself at much less cost. We would strongly recommend Viator question the tour provider both around pricing and description of the tour.

Very Disappointing experience

Waited in nearby hotel. Guidance indicated we would be met at 8.15 in nearby hotel foyer. At 8.30 a guy arrived and took us to his van. No commentary about the day to come. We were literally dumped at a cable car station. Virtually nobody around. Went to ticket desk- we had not been sent any on line tickets. Called the local tour operator who apologised and did then send the various tickets but no schedule as such. About 10am a coach turned up and guide appeared. We went to different locations. Fort Soliso was interesting and we could have spent longer there. There was a brief stop at main square with Universal Studios but no time to visit so wandered around somewhat aimlessly. Similarly for us the beach stop was pointless. We caught A bus to sea aquarium. This was interesting and we enjoyed walking around the various viewing stations but the elements are not unique. Finally we have to make our own way back to our hotel. The charge for the tour was £163. The tickets were SGD 43.50 so the tour company made a good profit out of us. We should have just made our own way there but if we had known we would not have gone at all.

Make your own way there

Communication was awful has to chase for tickets. Driver arrived to take us to the wrong place. Finally got to the cable car which was good. Local bus tour around the island was fab. But then felt stranded as no instructions to get back ended up having to get on a bus, mono Raul and mrt train. Save your money and make your own way there don't bother with this tour.

Cable car and guides help. The whole island is beautiful and an interesting history. Lots of options of things to do.

Superb views over Singapore and Sentosa Island.

Much enjoyed the cable car ride. Boarding was straightforward (we had pre-ordered our tickets on line). Well worth it for superb views over Singapore and Sentosa Island.

Sentosa Tour

Great morning out at Sentosa, knowledgeable guide which took us to nice places Sentosa is a great place to visit when in singapore.

Ruined the best part of our day.

WE were picke dupo from our hotel as promised. the driver had another couple to pick up at a different hotel, but got lost goin there. We went round in circles in the Singapore CBD whilst the driver looked at his phone trying to work out where to. When we got to Mt Faber (the iitial toru starting point) the operator would not recognise my voucher and she had to downlaod tickets for all aspects of the tour. The mSky gondola to Sentosa was good. The bus tour of Sentosa was good. The 4d adventure was very ordinary. Not having a transfer back to our hotel built in to the tour was an issue - we couldn't gate a taxi and ended up catching the bus. If you want to do this tour you can do it directly - do NOT go through Viator.

SUCKS!!!!!

Viator not a good company. Driver were late for pick up!!!! Spend so much time messaging the company we were unable to download our tickets ( numerous times ). Tickets pdf will not download, just a horrible experience. We were not able to do “4D”… tickets will not download. Replies on messages are too slow. Horrible company to do business with…. Never again Viator!!!

Disappointed at lack of communication and guidance. Basically a DIY event

This was not an escorted tour of the island as I was expecting. Emails with tickets were received on the mini bus which collected passengers from different hotels and dropped us at Mount Faber cable car station. Once on Sentosa Island there was no guidance regarding location of the bus tour or advice on the ongoing cable cars on the island. Much time was wasted trying to work out where I needed to be. The bus tour when I finally took it in the afternoon was very good.

Wonderful experience. Neat and clean. Very professional customer service. Easy to find information. cable car drive as super cool and different.

Disgusting service

Got picked up at hotel in mini bus. Got dropped off at cable car entrance Mt Fabre. Bus driver took off. No instructions. Ticket office at cable car booth would not accept the Viator voucher sent to my phone via email. I was stranded and had to pay to go on cable car to Marina Sands then Taxi back to hotel. For your price charged total $A151 - disgusting. Did nort even get to Sentosa. I am 73 yrs old fit but with a recent knee operation cannot walk miles down a hill looking for a taxi in middle of nowhere. Thanks Viator for nothing. I am world travelled. Would never use your company again.

Bad experience on Sentosa Tour

Unfortunately our experience which was meant to be a morning trip to Sentosa Island did not commence properly until 11am due to difficulties with QR & Bar coded tickets. It would have been much easier & quicker to supply printable or downloadable tickets for each event and for each individual participant prior to arriving at the cable car. It was not explained that a good internet connection is required and god help those who dont have internet or even a smart phone. This problem occurred at each of 4 experiences on the day and resulted in one couple missing out on the Aquarium altogether

Well organised

If you like everything to be organised for you, then this is for you. No issues with pick-up from hotel, driver was friendly and answered any local queries. For those on a tighter budget, you may simply wish to arrange to go via mrt yourself to get to Sentosa and get cable car tickets etc yourself

Not a great experience

It does not say it has a sea world pass and we spent the monies separately on that also lot of those thi gs on the island are free any how but the wat it was described it was not correct

good overview of Sentosa

There was a van that picked us up from our hotel. We were dropped off at the cable car entrance and had some time before meeting up with the small bus tour group. The tour guide was very informative and took us to the big spots on Sentosa. Very efficient and worth the trip! We were done by early afternoon with plenty of time to explore on our own.

El viaje estuvo muy bonito , la recogida muy bien , aunque pensábamos que teníamos regreso al hotel y no fue así , el tour dice que tiene recorrido en autobús por la isla y a nosotros no pero si la recorrimos en los teleféricos , pero a pesar de eso estuvo muy bonita , pero nos hubiese gustado más información en la isla
