Loved all the enclosed exhibits. Incredible! Take tram ride around the open area instead of walking when it’s hot.

A must-see if you're in Singapore

A really amazing place. The flower dome was beautiful, I've never seen such a diverse display before. And the cloud forest was simply amazing. The 'skywalk' gave an incredible view of the waterfall and greenery. Go in the late afternoon and stay until sundown for the 'supertree' light show.

Ticket didn’t arrive in time

I booked a ticket for Gardens by the Bay early in the morning. I got confirmation but the email with the ticket never arrived. By the time I got to the Gardens by the Bay I couldn’t get in without the email. So I had to go to the ticket office, queue and buy a ticket again. When I was walking around in the Cloud Forest I got a call asking when I wanted my ticket emailed! Not impressed. The staff at the entrance told me this problem happened regularly. So my advice is to book well in advance.

Tour operator book the wrong tickets

The tour operator made a mistake with the tickets, so I got denied after the queue and couldn't get in. I tried to call them several time to resolve the issue but no answer. Finally I couldn't even get a refund...

Impressive use of flowers...

Impressive use of flowers and plants. Easy to wander and admire. Plenty of seats to use to sit and admire. Signs to walk and find could be better as it was not always obvious.

Must see if in Singapore.

Fantastic place an absolute must see if in Singapore amazing display of flowers and plants. We noticed how fresh the air was with all the flowers and plants. Also need to check out Satay by The Bay food area which is on site.

Bad experience in Singapore

Cloud dome and flower dome were amazing. The BIG issue was that you booked through Viator who said they would send through the tickets by the 2/12/ 2023 They did not, we kept expecting them but they never arrived. We had to phone them, again they said they would be with us by 16.00 of the 05/12/2023 they weren’t. Again we phoned them at 17.55, they gave no reason for their poor service. The tickets finally arrived 10 minutes later. A really BAD experience in a new country we did not know. If you are going to use this company then they are giving you a bad reputation.

Gardens visit

The gardens themselves were good though a map of the area would have been helpful . However the booking experience was poor.

Never get our tickets from trip advisor!

We did not get the attached tickets through your email. We had to call from the ticket booth at the Gardens by the bay. Eventually, the employee of the Gardens by the bay helped us communicated with TripAdvisor staff to verify that we paid for the tickets. Since we wasted lots time in the tickets issue , We did not have adequate time to tour the gardens. It was a very bad experience.

Great Place to Visit but trouble with getting tickets.

It was a wonderful experience to see all the beautiful plants, flowers, trees and indoor waterfalls. The only downside involved our purchasing tickets on line. We had received a number of e-mails telling us to click here for your tickets . When we did it showed us what looked like a ticket, but was not. This happened a number of times before we had to call the Operator of the tour. We eventually got the tickets, but it was too much of a hassle for us.

Online ticket purchase

I was unable to use my online ticket as there was no bar code, so I had to purchase another ticket at gardens by the bay

Incredible, not to be missed!

Absolutely incredible place. You could easily spend a day there and not see everything. I nightly recommend the light show each evening.

AVOID VIATOR…

Viator took my money, confirmed my booking & sent my voucher. On day I was doing this event I was travelling beforehand. Because I missed their call they did not issue my ticket…visitor are scammers who do not buy your ticket even when they’re paid…AVOID VIATOR.

Beautiful but over in a few minutes

Beautiful but very short walk through floral displays. While the moments that were there , were very beautiful there were many displays using dried flowers. Also the 4D show price is NOT included on the on- line booking and we had to leave, exit and but the ticket separately which then worked out more than buying the ticket directly from Gardens on the Bay

It is an absolutely beautiful place. It feels like we needed more time. Also, be careful how you pick a ticket. Every attraction is a separate ticket

Gardens by the Bay

Singapore is an outstanding country and city. Very hot and humid but a visit to the Gardens by the Bay is really worth the visit. Outstanding displays and exhibits. Gardens from all continents in climate controlled conditions. Quite exceptional. Linked to the Marina Bay Sands, both compliment each other and are both a must to see.

TICKETS WERE NEVER RECEIVED after 4 days of Purchase Prior to Tour Date

I NEVER RECEIVED MY TICKETS! Tried to call the Local Tour Company But there Was NO answer and NO physical Address Either!

A beautiful experience

While both flower dome and cloud dome are beautiful and have some really beautiful and mesmerizing views, it's the supertree light show that stole the night. Brilliant and not something to be missed out on. The booking process was smooth and it's recommended to go on a weekday at least by 6.30pm so that you cover the domes and are still on time for the light show.

STAY AWAY FROM VIATOR

Stay away from Viator and MAM Holidays, Viator Singapore so-called partner. Viator has no control over MAM, got entry tickets late, had to delay going to the Gardens. Viator’s customer support people have no clue what they are doing and are incompetent. If you want predictability and control over your tickets for your entry tickets to Gardens By the Bsy, Singapore buy them directly on their website. STAY AWAY FROM VIATOR

Beautiful place, Definitely worth a visit ♥️

I never fail to visit this place when in a Singapore. It’s probably best to visit late afternoon so you can stay to watch the light show. This place is massive, despite visiting a few times I am yet to see it all. I selected the different gardens I wanted to see. I dint buy tickets in advance, these can be bought on location. It’s probably wiser to buy one or two tickets at a time because there us no knowing how long you will spend on each. I visited the cloud forest, flower dome and super trees. I walked on the skyway and this had the best views. I didn’t do the super tree observatory because the views were just as good from the skyway. My favourite garden this time was the floral fantasy. This is a distance away near the Marina Bay Sands hotel but you can get the shuttle from behind the ticket counters. It us unfortunate that it is closing soon for maintenance. They also have a brief 4D show here that you can buy tickets for. After watching the show, I just walked over to the super trees. I stayed for the light show and this although brief was amazing. I watched from the floor, almost everyone lay on the ground facing up and it was such a fantastic experience. I got a taxi after using the grab app. It can be a bit busy mind but it is expected. This place is definitely worth a visit if you love flowers.

A rort. Tickets didn't turn up. possibly because it was a national holiday in Singapore. ircthstsctje cade Viator shouldnt of sold them. Now arguing over viator about a tefund

Amazing experience

Definitely should be a must do when visiting Singapore. Huge gardens meticulously maintained and it would be easy to spend the day there. I booked tickets for Floral Fantasy and it was amazing. My husband and I walked the observatory and that was well worth it for the views (we both hate heights but managed!).

Tried to book this online with trip advisor which wasn't a great experience and would have been easy just turning up and buy the ticket. We had some issues receive the tickets via email didn't arrive until after the visit. Always a beautiful site with lots to see

Singapore at its Best in One

whats not to like more is what I'm gonna review in this place. just as expected it has everything and more and it's certainly live up to expectations for a small City like Singapore.

Nice local tour operator...

Nice local tour operator in Singapore. Purchased same day as entry, albeit a few hours before we planned to enter to ensure we had time to get the e-tickets. They reached out on WhatsApp to confirm delivery with me, then I sent a quick chat to confirm and I had the PDF entry e-tickets in my email.

I booked our Gardens by...

I booked our Gardens by the Bay trip on thr same day.They were supposed to email.me the tickets but they never did.Good thing the cashier was very kind enough to allow us entry even without our tickets. I sent a chat ..but got no reply

Don't use this company!!

It's terrible. After confirm and paid out by debit card, this company never sent e-ticket to my e-mail. Then, I can't make it. So, I called the written phone number many time, but no response. I wasted my precious time and a lots of disappointed. Better don't make reservation to this company.

Don’t get confused!

Don’t get confused- I researched cloud forest and thought that’s what I booked because that’s what Tripadvisor directed me too. The floral fantasy was done in 20 minutes- it’s good but I was expecting more! On the bright side it’s cheaper than cloud forest.

Great to see

Excellent! I ordered tickets and Viator sent it to me stright away. We had it with a light concert on the Big tree.

Nice gardens

Nice gardens to walk around which are themed by country , well laid out and surprisingly cool inside considering it’s under glass. The super trees are amazing and good views from the observation tower in a tree for photos

A must see during your visit to Singapore

If you can only visit one spot in Singapore then this is the spot to visit. Incredible exhibition of engineering, architecture, and nature like no place else on earth. Have plenty of memory on your camera or phone because you will take plenty of photos.

Easier to buy ticket at the Gardens

The actual location is great. There is no need to pre buy your ticket. I was reading the comments after the fact. I had to call and they whatsapp you the tickets. It would have been easier to just buy there. And truthfully the cost isn't that different

This experience was nothing less then magical. This tour is a must in Singapore. The gardens represent oasis on earth. The avatar experience was fun.

Gardens by the Bay

Had difficulty getting tickets online until the morning before while in Singapore. Then , they showed up in WhatsApp. Great place to visit… if it’s raining, expect to get soaked before you get in the door. It’s a bit of a walk from anywhere. Beautiful inside with lots of very cool sculptures. SuperTrees have got to be experienced!!

Sold us tickets for a closed exhibit

I bought a combination ticket to see the Flower Dome & Supertrees. When we showed up the Flower Dome was closed for maintenance, so we could not enter the exhibit. I reached out to Viator and the tour operator and neither of them would agree to give us a partial refund even though they sold us tickets for a closed exhibit.

Spectacular

Spectacular. Photos do not do it justice. I have never seen such a feat of engineering architecture and horticulture combined. How they transported the trees alive and created the garden is beyond me. It is the most beautiful tropical gardens I have ever seen

For someone reason, instead of sending us the entrance tickets after we had booked the tickets, we were expected to make a phone call and speak to the tourist agent (MAM Holidays Singapore) before they would send us the tickets. It was more than a hassle, it was painful. For tourists visiting from out of the country, making phone calls to a local Singapore number isn't necessarily convenient or practical. Gardens by the Bay itself was a nice place to visit, A tad overcrowded, but worth visiting once.

Well worth visiting.

The gardens are amazing - so much to see. Skywalk is great but could be longer. Cloud and Flower forest are incredible and well worth the time spent in both. The lights at night are just beautiful - we lucked out and turned up to a holiday event with light shows/cocktails/live music and lots to do for kids. Wish we had the time to go back many times. Satay by the bay is quite a walk but well worth it - the food selections there are just amazing and so difficult to choose from. Wish we went back many times but ran out of time. We will be back. An amazing attraction for locals and tourists.

Mesmerising evening OCBC walk

Absolutely a must for any tourist.We bought tickets for the floral fantasy and the OCBC walk and i must say it was fascinating. The OCBC walk amidst the light show in the evening was surreal as we also got to see the beautifully lit up and colourful Christmas village below.We we’re running short of time so could not see the other attractions, but will definitely come back as and when we come back to Singapore.

Couldn't enjoy all the attractions!

I purchased the flower dome and super tree observatory tickets thinking I would visit the place during the afternoon. Unfortunately I arrived late, and apparently I needed to buy different option (which was not listed at the time of booking) to enter during the evening. There was a long queue on the ticketing section and my children became restless. At the end I could just visit the flower dome.

Very pleasant

Really good area to visit and worth the cost. You can easily walk to the Singapore flyer or visa versa or back to the Quay

Worthwhile visit

Spent a couple of days in Singapore and visited these gardens by the bay, cloud forest and flower dome. We spent quite a while walking around and found the place very interesting, in particular the the "Avatar experience " in the cloud forest can't say we've viewed the films but this experience was great and worth a trip. We would recommend a visit whilst in Singapore, and after why not drop into the "Shops at Marina Bay sands" for some food, coffee or retail therapy.

Worth a look

Beautiful flowers lovely photo shots cool atmosphere easy to get to. Lots of food outlets. Plenty of lifts for elderly

Walking in the clouds

We saw 2 of the 4 gardens the Flowers Cove and Cloud Forest. The Cloud Forest was particularly spectacular. It's very impressive all round. Definitely worth seeing and recommend pre booking tickets.

Wow - the World’s flora in one place

Fantastic place with extraordinary plants and trees. We especially liked the driftwood animal sculptures. Beautiful Chihuly glass sculpture also. Outstanding!
