Today has been a fantastic day. We were picked up promptly at our hotel and taken to the stunning gardens by the bay. On the way our driver Lynn spoke in detail about Singapore which you could tell is a city she has a lot of knowledge amd passion for. While at the Gardens, the car unfortunately got a flat tyre but this was quickly sorted and we had a new driver Ashton. He was so friendly and welcoming. He took our mum back to the hotel as she had fallen poorly and even messaged later in the evening to check she was OK. We then went on to many other places, some "hidden gems" which were stunning and Ashton was fantastic in giving us the full Singapore experience, pointing out extra things to do and recommending places to eat at, and see while in Singapore. We would HIGHLY recommend this company and the drivers were fantastic, especially Ashton!!!!

Covered so much with a wonderful guide in comfort

Lynn was a fantastic guide. We were limited for time in Singapore and this was a great way to see a lot of sights and get local insights into Singapore in the comfort of an air conditioned car.

Kindness and friendliness all the way

This is such a great way to see the best that Singapore has to offer, especially if you're strapped for time. The itinerary is fully customizable and our driver, Wesley, was absolutely phenomenal. Wesley was super attentive and offered great site seeing options/ shopping suggestions. We had an issue with our roaming which would make communication with Wesley impossible. We explained this to him and he promptly responded "you take my personal phone as a hotspot". The generosity and kindness is why we'd 500% recommend this tour operator

Excellent driver, great tour

The driver, Jaswat, picked us on time up at the Changi airport and we had an excellent tour! He took us to all the places we wanted and managed to make a an efficient schedule to cover a lot of the city in just a few hours. I really appreciated his explanations about the culture, history and way of leaving. Jaswat answered to all our questions :) Also very appreciated was the fact that the company found a solution for us to buy tickets for Cloud Forrest and Flower Dome on the way, before getting there and avoiding the queue. Many thanks Jaswat and the company! We got great memories!

6 hours in Singapore

Our driver picked us up from the hotel and escorted us around the city. Her knowledge of the history and current events was very nice, We loved the architecture. And the best aspect was experiencing the parks and gardens! We treated ourselves to lunch at Spago’s which had breathtaking views! We will definitely be back.

Great Private Tour in Singapore!

After spending the previous day with locals showing us around, we weren't sure how much was left to explore in Singapore. Our guide, Lyn, found plenty for us to do! She knew where to go, in what order, and for how long at each stop. Wonderful experience!!

Fabulous Guide & Wonderful Car Accommodations!

We had an amazing time with Jaswant! Our tour was fabulous. We went to Little India, the Indian Museum was just amazing, Arab Street was wonderful, we toured Chinatown, we had a good lunch and simply had a fabulous tour. Jaswant was soooo knowledgeable and we just loved our history lesson. I look forward to coming back, and booking another tour with this great company!

Save your money

The 6-hour Singapore Tour was the worst tour I have ever been on. We paid good money for a tour (BR-1102528623) in an attempt to learn about the culture, people, and history of Singapore. Instead, our driver, Sayed, began the tour by arriving a half hour late to our hotel. Then he only drove us to various spots around the city and dropped us off to explore them on our own. He provided no commentary regarding the culture or history, no instructions as to what to look for, and no information whatsoever about the places. If this was all we wanted to do, we could have taken public transportation, a cab, or gotten an Uber instead of purchasing a Viator tour. Even a hop-on, hop-off bus would have been an improvement over what we received. Sayed appeared disinterested in satisfying his customers, and more intent on getting us out of the vehicle so he could check his cellphone. Maybe Sayed is the owner's son, because he certainly is not a competent tour guide. He also failed to provide us with any water during the hot and humid day. In fact, after flying 17 and 1/2 hours from San Francisco to Singapore, our experience with Sayed was the only disappointment during our entire two-week trip to Southeast Asia. Needless to say, we are none too pleased with this tour and we do not have a favorable recommendation for Sayed or his company.

Wonderful day with Lynn on this private customizable tour.

Lynn was outstanding. She made our first day in Singapore a wonderful day. She was so nice and made us feel so welcomed. We loved everything about our tour and Lynn. I would highly recommend this private customizable tour. Lynn found us a great tea house so we could have a tea appreciation experience which was the highlight of our day.

A Fascinating Visit to Singapore

Our guide was friendly, helpful and on time. We had an interesting tour of Singapore and were able to customize our tour to suit our interests. Our guide recommended some sights that we would not have known about that we very much enjoyed. He gave us some insights on Singapore life and customs, and we did gain a sense of what life is like in the country. The only suggestion we would make, is that he relied on us initially to plan the itinerary, and we knew very little about Singapore, as it was our first trip there. If he would have provided us with a tentative itinerary or list of attractions to visit, we would not have had to Google what to see in Singapore at the start of the tour. That aside, it was a delightful and comprehensive tour and we would certainly recommend it to any visitor.

Very creative personal tour on our last day in Singapore!

Lynn was able to create a tour for us that was interesting and different, as we had already seen most of the normal tourist sites in Singapore. Everything we saw was new to us and we had a lovely, relaxing dinner prior to our dop off at the airport.

Stress-free amazing day tour!

Ken was amazing - they sent us a recommended list of sights to see for our 6-hour private tour. We chose (via whatsapp) what was most interesting to us, they sent us quick-links for the various tickets we wanted to purchase and Ken picked us up at the airport and we were on our way! We got some very interesting history and perspective from our native Singaporean driver. We literally did no prep but show up and had an amazing day. Totally worth it for anyone who has a long layover in Singapore or wants a highlight tour in order to help you decide where you want to spend more time or get acquainted with the city.

Great day in Singapore

Patrick picked us up at our hotel and customized a city tour around our requests. We wanted to see the city neighborhoods (Chinatown, Malay Village, Little India,…) and he took us to each and gave us time to walk around and get a feel for each one before picking us up and taking us onward. We asked to eat lunch like a local, so we ate at a hawker stand that did not cater to tourists, and he ordered several items for us to try. Great day in Singapore.

great trip with ST

ST picked us up at the cruise ship terminal right on time. We had a list of places we would like to go and he made the itinerary. suggested the amount of time we should spend at each spot and it all worked like a charm. Our flight had been cancelled and we were under a time crunch. While technically not a guide, he knew where we should go and dropped us for a local lunch. Ask for ST! Great way to get Singapore done!

Singapore self itinerary

Excellent service by Andy, our guide who provided a spare phone, so we could contact him at all times. We were able to fix our own itinerary which was flexible and Andy added his own recommendations. Always prompt at meeting points and quality of transport was great. Water and sweets provided. Andy provided additional guidance to each venue plus historical information. Would highly recommend.

Nice driver, Company dropped the ball

Gardens by the Bay. But Company.. Viator.. did not tell driver of our desired places to visit so we had to wing it. We went over it with tour operator.. driver showed up.. had no. idea what we were doing.

Only good if all you want is a car and driver

Driver had no preplanned route and needed us to tell him where to go . We expected him to arrive with a suggested itinerary.

This was an active very exciting tour filled with many sights of Singapore!! We greatly enjoyed The Gardens by the Bay, a must to see!! It was fun exploring the city and the food with our guide. Patrick was informative, kind and helpful!

Transportation Around Singapore

Anantha was helpful and communicated clearly. The description was a little misleading, as “personalized tour with driver” does suggest a guide, but that is not the case. That just means that they pick the spots you might go, but you can’t pick your own off script for government reasons.

Singapore 6 hour tour

Ken was punctual & had a clean vehicle with plenty of space for us both with good air con. Very knowledgeable & personable guide, we learnt lots from Ken we feel wouldn’t have been the case with a bus tour. The tour was flexible & we got see all our wish list plus more where Ken used his personal experience/likes. Overall excellent value & would highly recommend.

First class service

SJ was a wonderful guide. His knowledge was great and he was very accommodating. It’s probably not the cheapest way to see round, especially if travelling alone, but highly recommended if you’re only in Singapore for a short stay and/or have reduced mobility as you’re dropped and picked up right at all the attractions.

Beautiful Singapore, a Singa Puram

Flower dome and cloud forest are awesome. These shows the commitment of Singapore government towards attracting tourists around the world. Our experience with the car driver Lynn San is awesome. She is having good knowledge of Singapore and explained everything during our journey in good english and very interactive. Learned so many things about Singapore in such a short trip. Her commitment towards her job is awesome and appreciable.

SK was there when we needed him and took us to all the best places. Lunch was at a food hall that had the best Long Bao in the world.

First Class Tour for Four

Expert guide for our 6 hour tour. The trip was adjusted to our requirements and was both fun and informative. The highlight was the orchid gardens at the Botanic Gardens and a walk around central Singapore showing us things we would undoubtedly have missed. Very professional day.

Misleading & Poor Service

Description as a “tour” is misleading because it does not include a guide. Despite numerous texts with the company beforehand, specifically asking for an English speaking guide (& was told their guides all speak English) I was shocked on the day of the tour to find out there was in fact no guide. Nor did the tour operator attempt to find me one. She even refused to speak with me to clarify. It is billed as bespoke & I was asked points/attractions I wanted to see or not see. The driver had no firm itinerary planned for us nor were the places I did not want to go communicated to him. The company never even presented me a suggested itinerary ahead of time so that the day was truly planned. It wasn’t a tour. It was a driver. And the driver really had no great knowledge other than to take us to places we wanted to go to. Water was supposed to be provided. It was not. The driver purchased 2 small bottles for 2 people for 6 hours. In frustration and disappointment we ended the “tour” 2 hours early. The driver was very nice and did his best which is the only reason for the 2 stars. I would NEVER EVER recommend this to anyone.

Excellent Day in Singapore

We had an excellent day in Singapore with Lynn San. With it being a national holiday, we were able to see a lot. We went to Merlion, Chinatown, Little India, National Orchid Garden in the Botanical Gardens, rode the cable car over the city and more. Lynn was an excellent guide. We highly recommend her and would definitely use her as a guide in the future.

Singapore in a day!

Super Flexible!

Not a tour or guide only a driver

Very little English. No information on sights visited. Showed up late for pickup, had wrong hotel. Driver had not helpful information on places that we went. Had to communicate by texting because he couldn’t understand us. No guide or tour only a driver for 6 hours and not a minute more.

We covered most of the highlights with this 6 hour tour. Din, our driver accommodated all our requests. It was perfect for our group especially those who cannot walk a lot.

Ryan was fantastic, showing us all the sights. We told him that we love Indian food and he took us to an Indian restaurant in Little India for lunch. We recommend this tour to anyone wanting a great experience.
