It was a nice place to visit. Nos just BTS-Suga/Agust-D filmiln location. Many others Dramad were filmied there. Is lovely discovwr the places you visit in KDramas.

MBC Tour Unforgettable Experience

Our trip with Orata was very fun. She was very friendly and approachable too! It was like we were friends already. She is very nice and will happily take your pictures too. She has so many stories to tell and historical information about the park. After our trip, she gladly helped us with the directions for other places. She even taught us how to use Naver map. When I go back next time, I will surely rebook with Orata. Thank you so much, we definitely had a one of a kind experience ☺️

Amazing K-drama park and very friendly tour guide.

This tour is such a great experience, not only for the K-drama fans but for everybody. Its a must see tourist attraction when you're in South Korea. The tour guide Ms. Orota is very friendly and accommodating, she made our Dae Jang Geum Park memorable and fun.

k-drama heaven

The guide was very knowledgeable and a lot of fun. As a K-Drama fan it was great to see some of the sets of my favourite dramas. The terrain was steep and there are a lot of steps but the pace is leisurely. Beautiful photo ops!

Chilly January Visit

We had a great time during this tour. Our guide, Haidee, was punctual, she was really friendly and accommodating with our questions. She also offered to take our photos. She shared a lot of interesting information about Korea, the Dae Jang Geum Park and the dramas that were shot there. Since it’s January, it was really chilly, but it was still worth the visit since we were K-drama enthusiasts. It was truly enjoyable, we highly recommend a visit to this park.

Extremely Inspiring!

The tour was great.. I felt like im part of the cast of all the sageuk i’ve watched.. The tour guide was helpful, pointing out all the details of the locations we went to! They were patient with us as we took photos. Bonus points since they always offered to take a photo of my family.

Great drama set showcase!

The set was huge and well maintained despite the last drama filmed was about nearly ten years (on the board it listed 2012 the latest drama). There was also a cafe and a place showing the park's timeline from being built to the dramas they filmed. Can see from the designs that they planned really well to make it historically accurate.

Very much fun!

Great experience! A whole historical town in one place makes you think maybe I don't have to visit real palaces 🤣 tour time is 2 hours, so better not stuck at one place for too long (it's a huge complex).

Amazing Tour

We really enjoyed and appreciate the historical culture and tradition of South Korea. Our tour guide was the best..she was kind and very detailed in every spot of the shooting location. Bonus plus as she took us pictures. Will come again!

Went with my family and Heidi was an amazing tour guide as she toured us around Dae Jang Geum Park! The tour was very informative and gave us enough time to take photos around the different sets of Kdramas. Would definitely come back here with this business! Highly recommend.

Kdrama once in a lifetime

Great Tour

We had a great time on the half day tour. Communication was great, the bus was comfortable and Connie, our tour guide was great! She was knowledgeable and very nice. The site was interesting and since I was excited to see where Agust D filmed the video it made for a great experience overall. They were actually filming a drama on the day we visited, so that was extra interesting… we saw lots of extras and all the equipment. I can only recommend this tour. Lots of stairs though… 🤣

Lack of information

Other than pick-up/drop off the tour was poorly organized. Description of Dae Jang Geum did not indicate the terrain was so hilly that a shuttle car was required to view the entire site. Shuttle car availability was "hit/miss" with an additional charge for its use. The only coffee shop/restaurant was at the top with no real rest area at the bottom. The Tour needs to provide a better description of what the movie set offers for visitors.

Everything I thought it would be and more!

Our tour guide was excellent, she was able to explain the history behind the buildings and even the different dynasties that ruled Korea. Her English was very good. We enjoyed the set tour because it felt like we were walking the streets of a period drama! A big bonus, that day there was a drama being filmed, we actually saw the streets lined with props and actors waiting for their cue. We were still able to walk through the different parts of the set, away from the filming, and had to stop and wait for about 10 minutes as they were filming in an area we had to go through. However, it was neat to see and hear from a higher vantage point above the filming area the actual filming taking place. (It seemed to be a peasant uprising in the streets). A fellow tourist in our group, who visited the real palaces in Seoul prior to the set tour, told us to take advantage of taking pictures there without crowds in our photos because the set looked exactly the same as the real palaces (just on a smaller scale). We went to the real palaces in Seoul a few days later and have to agree, being so crowded every photo we took had tons of people in the background. We purchased the 1/2 day tour, which was a nice leisurely stroll through the drama set, not rushed at all. Another advantage with the tour, because you're on a tour bus, the freeways have a designated lane just for buses, so we literally were going at full speed while the other lanes were either stopped or crawling very slowly to get back into Seoul. I would definitely recommend this tour!

Great guide and really fun place to visit as ARMY!!

We had an amazing trip with our guide Leo! He made sure to show us exactly what we wanted see, and helped taking photos at the right spots! He was very kind and knew a lot of stuff. We can fully recommend this place if you are ARMY! It was a really cool experience.

Our Tour Guide Knows His Stuff!

This Park is enormous! There are many, many sets that you'll recognize from your favorite Korean historical dramas. Our tour guide, Leo, was wonderful and as a fan of KDrama himself, had many interesting facts up his sleeve about the park. Highly recommended, not just for fans of KDrama, but also for folks interested in the entertainment industry. Oh, and there's the BTS tie-in for you "Army" people. :)

Excellent visit to historic sets

We had a great time on the Day Jang Gum Set tour. My son is a big KPop and KDrama fan, so he recognized a lot of set locations and posed as Suga, too. The guide was helpful, knowledgeable, and charming.

Great Outing With Family

My family of nine had a wonderful time with Leo at MBC’s KDrama set. Our group consisted of fans of KDrama, ARMY/AgustD and nature/history lovers. The park was approximately 1.5hrs from Seoul and just breathtakingly beautiful. Leo was a wonderful, fun and knowledgeable guide. Without him, we would have been lost in this massive park. Highly recommend this tour for those who are fans of KDrama, AgustD, nature and historical architecture lovers.

Great day out!

Great place to go if you love KDramas. Or want to see where August D music video was recorded. Loved walking around this beautiful park. Leo was a happy, energetic and knowledgeable guide. Would have liked to have spent more time at the park. recommend taking the full day as 2 hours at the park was a bit rushed.

Amazing morning at DaeJangGum

We have just completed an amazing tour with Leo. He was very friendly, helpful and gave us lots of great information, catering very well to our BTS hearts. Loved all the Daechwita sets. We were also lucky enough to see a drama being filmed. I really recommend that you take the option with the guide. It’s so worth it. Gamsa Hamnida Leo!!

Amazing experience for fans of BTS

We wanted to visit because we are huge fans of BTS and Agust D and wanted to see the sets from the Daechwita MV - and this was an amazing tour to see them on! Our guide Leo was very informative, friendly, and taught us a lot about the sites and Korean history in relation to the music video as well as some of the dramas filmed there. It's a beautiful location and there are some steeper climbs, so definitely recommend bringing water and comfortable shoes. This is an amazing tour for BTS fans, and will probably be just as great for K-drama fans too. Thanks Leo for the amazing experience!!

A "Must" tour for K-drama fans

This tour tickled the K-drama fangirling in me and my daughter. We chose to take the buggy ride to the top, then walked down, stopping at each site. Jung was a fun guide, as she narrated the drama scenes that were shot at the different spots. She also explained the differences of the structures, depending on the dynasty. She was likewise very kind - always offering to take our photos while sharing various tidbits about the stars. The views were enhanced by patches of cherry blossoms still in bloom. We highly recommend this tour for fans of Korean historical dramas. Thanks, Jung, for the highlight of our K-drama experience.

Amazing place and guide!

My mom and I had a fantastic time! Fast response when I had a question prior to the tour; the bus was on time for pick up, and our guide Jung was amazing, very knowledgeable and friendly, I totally recommend this tour it was worth it! The location and set is breath taking

K-drama heaven. Guide Park was a delight

Grand tour of MBC K-drama filming location. A must for historical drama fans. We got to see where many of our favorite dramas were filmed and got a list of new dramas to watch. Our guide, Mrs. Park, was great. Knowledgeable and a delight to talk to. Highly recommended. Keep in mind that the location is about an hour away from central Seoul.

Drama comes alive!

My friend is so interested and I booked this under Seoul city tour. Picked up from my hotel and drove one and half hour to reach there. I had one and half hour to explore and took a buggy for 3000 won each person for quick tour and driver drop us at coffee place and we walked down back to meeting point. It is really huge and beautiful. I enjoyed taking many pictures. Drive back for almost 2 hours. It took half day and still we enjoyed.

The location was interesting...

<p>The location was interesting. Unfortunately there was no filming on the day, it think it would have been alot more interesting if there had been. Our tour guide tried hard, she was nice, her English was good but not great, so had difficulty answering our questions. She mainly concentrated on telling us about the village as if it was a cultural village, rather than a film set. It would have been more interesting if she had some information about different dramas as well.</p>

Drama Park im Winter

Abholung und Transfer hat super geklappt. Alles bestens organisiert. Wir waren nur zu zweit mit unserem Guide, also quasi eine Privatführung. Der Park war ganz interessant, aber im Sommer bestimmt noch besser, vor allem, wenn man Dreharbeiten mitbekommt. Aber im Winter hatten wir den Park für uns alleine. Mit Schnee hatte das ganze aber auch seinen Charme. Unser Guide Conny (?) war sehr nett und absolut bemüht. Ihr Englisch war prima und sie hatte jede Menge Informationen für uns. Jederzeit wieder!

Un bijou / a jewel

Un site historique si bien restauré. Une grande variété de bâtiments concentrés au même endroit qui raconte toute une histoire. Et cerise sur le gâteau, on reconnaît ici et là des scènes de nos séries. Nous avons passé de super bons moments avec notre guide qui nous a accompagné tout le long de la visite en nous expliquant plein de choses. Durant le trajet en van, elle a pris le temps de mieux nous connaître afin de nous donner des adresses et des tips. Wow! Chapeau! A historical site well restaured. A variety of buildings concentrated at the same place that tell a whole story. We had wonderful moments with our guide. She took the time to know us and provided tips and good addresses for the rest of our trip. She stayed with us all the way and explained a lot of things. Wow! Big thanks! It would be great to have a list of the more recent dramas that were filmed there.

Eine Filmstadt, in der viele Koreanische Dramen gedreht werden.

Ca. 1,5 Stunden von Seoul entfernt liegt die große Filmstadt. Es wurden viel Serien gedreht. Jetzt ist es etwas ruhiger geworden, meinte die Reiseleiterin. Viel Bauwerke der unterschiedlichen geschichtlichen Epochen sind hier zu bewundern, ein Tempel, Gefängnisse und auch kleine Gassen spiegel die damalige Zeit wieder. Leider fand ich die Zeit im Park zu kurz. Hier findet sich ein ruhiges Plätzchen und das Entspannen kann beginnen.
