It was a very good experience. The driver was really nice and the parc is quite small but you can enjoy the Universal vibe. I loved my experience in this attraction parc. I recommend you to go there especially if you have children.

okay but could be better

First and foremost I agree it is fun and exiciting and great for families with children to visit but i think more rides should be added and probably try to make it feel more like a movie based theme park like try to keep up with other universal theme parks

Great fun like always

It was very fun and I'm glad the activities are still the same. Queues were shorter and we were able to get around much quicker. The only part I dislike was that we had to mask on everywhere as it could get quite hot and uncomfortable but public health is more important. It might be good to check on the weather before booking tickets as Singapore weather can be quite unpredictable

Great place to spend your day with your love ones!

Visited USS multiple times and never gotten sick of it. The Battle Star Galactica and the Mummy ride was as awesome as ever. I went on a weekday and it was empty so I didn't had to buy any express pass because literally every normal queue was express that day. Would definitely recommend anyone coming to Singapore or even Singapore families with children to bring their kids (only if they are able to take the rides, if not I don't think its worth it) to bring them here to spend a good weekend!

Love all the rides! Especially the Mummy Returns as well as the Jurassic Park. Atmosphere was great as well! Had so much fun with my partner and friends!

One pay pass

We bought a day pass but the lines were still pretty long for the popular ones. There weren’t too many options and food was just horrible. We still had a great time trying out all the stations

Had thrill of life time on world’s tallest roller coaster in Universal Studio, Height 140 ft (42.7 m) Inverted Speed 51.0 mph (82.1 km/h) in inverted position to sit down position 56 mph (90.1 km/h) Inversions 5. Imagined the stress of fighter pilots in inverse position. Transformers the ride- The ultimate 3 D battle n Revenge of the Mummy was also enthralling sending adrenaline high besides Madagascar- A crate adventure was also interesting. Require a full day to cover Universal Studio

Exciting Universal Studio

Was great experience with Jurassic park, Water World and Ancient Egypt. The Water world show amazed my kids very much. Boat ride to Jurassic park was just thrilling to my family . The mega sculpture of ancient Egypt was mind blowing there.

Universally appealing

We had the fortune of visiting whilst on our trip to Singapore, what a fantastic place! For children it’s an absolute dream and actually for us adults it was immense fun too! The opening of the park to the Universal movie theme tune was fantastic, cue the goose bumps. The park was very very easily laid out in a circle so you’re sure not to miss any of the themed zones. Favourite ride - hands down ‘The Mummy Returns’. Longest queue was the river rapids in Jurassic world so if your at the park early go on that one first, less chance of a big queue at that time. Although most of the queuing areas are undercover and have fans dotted along the way to help cool down Singapore is extremely hot and humid even in the wet season (which is when we visited) so make sure you’re well hydrated and you’ll have a great time!

Fun Attraction for all ages

Was a great day out, luckily it wasn't crowded when we went there so waiting times were not too bad. Definitely recommend the Transformers 4D ride, this was our favourite 😀

Extensive wait times

The park itself was enjoyable and would have been a fantastic day except for the extensive queue times. We entered a number of rides/exhibits which had warnings of 50 minute waits. We were willing to do this, However wait times blew out to up to nearly 2 hours on several rides due to people with express tickets being given priority. This meant that despite arriving at the park opening and leaving on closing we only managed to complete 5 attractions (which lasted for approximately 45 seconds maximum each). With young children the wait times were way to long. I would only attend again if we were able to purchase express tickets, but as a family of 5 I don’t think this would be financially viable.

This is not a theme park. This is a waiting park

Average que of 45 minutes to 1 hr and 10 minutes for rides. What's with the game of selling of express card? Holding normal que for extremely long, pressuring visitors to buy at SGD140 per card. Must be really patient to really enjoy the park. Not repeating.

Wonderful place to visit

Very vibrant and colorful place. Must visit while in Singapore. Rides and shows are very good but the wait time is too much sometimes.

Universal 08.19

I bought a one day pass travelling with my husband. The park looks a little out dated with the themes but it's a tourist spot and we were prepared to make the most of the day. We started at Jurassic Park and as a single ticket rider I managed to skip a large queue which was a bonus on the canopy flyer. We were then faced with a longer queue at the rapids 45m plus additional time as the ride broke. I then continued alone for BSG human Vs cylon and it was over an hour before I got to the front. But the ride itself was cool with lots of acceleration as advertised. We had lunch in the food court and received our coupon discount. The burger was ok but nothing special. We saw the lights camera action and it was a good show with sparks and sprays of water at the front. We walked on to Shrek 4d and enjoyed the show in the seated cinema. We finished our visit at water world show for stunts live and action which finished our day nicely.

Be Prepared

Wow great park, first time ever in a theme park went with the kids and wife was great. The transformer rides wooowww summa else do not leave the park without seeing that ride. My kids one too small other too scared to see the galatica summa or the other ride but looked like the business. Having said that queues are long but its a Brit thing, queues don't phase us and they do move despite being long. 50 mins wait was the longest we were in for Jurassic Park world. Pace yourself dot go in one after the other as does get very hot in July / August. The donkey show is another must entertaining for kids and has adult subtle jokes in there very clever even my teenager almost smiled little one was over the moon. Get in early for this one and stand to the front for great front row seats if you in the back its ok as they have a dance along which is great if you have no moves stay in the back. Was brilliant I'd say go at least for a day the use the cable cart in thats amazing too!

Fabulous time at Universal Studios

Fabulous place to visit with 2 adult children especially the Transforma ride that was beyond great. Thought we would only be there for a few hours but stayed until closing...

Get early is the best way to explore the Universal Studio! Or otherwise you can’t join other activities coz of many people out there as everyday!!!

Lockdown due to invisible weather...

The site itself is so well made that you could spend a good few hours walking around, unfortunately due to a possible risk of lightening all the rides were stopped twice, the second time after my two children (9 & 11) had queued for 55 mins for a ride, and 20 mins ish left, the rides were stopped due to bad weather a few miles away!! Ok so Safety first, that's the way it is, but seriously there must be a better way of organising tickets, if the wait is that long, we had express tickets which were extremely overpriced... S$110 on top of S$79. Why can't these companies do a ticket service like a waiting room, get a time and come back wait 20 mins ish max, haha... come on, as it is in 8 hours you might be lucky to get 6x 45 second rides!! 2019 and were still queuing like sheep. 3 star because the setup was great, but work needed by these companies to make the experience more enjoyable!!

July is a good month because there were not many people and the lines were short. All ways book a head of time on the web. Tickets are 125.00 Singapore Dollars if you buy them on Santosa

Great Fun and really liked Transformers & Rapid adventures

This is a place both for the young and the very young. Some rides can be ridden by young kids and those 1.1metre and above can ride most rides. Shows are very repetitive though with not many varieties and queues can get very long on crowded days. A standard wait of 30mins to 60mins is expected in the mornings. But now that they introduce the after hours opening, it is not as crowded in the evenings. So if you can go for early dinner and re-enter the park after dinner, you will get to do most rides with just 5-10 mins wait. Tips: 1. Bring a raincoat (cheap disposal ones) in case of light showers and for staying dry when taking rapid adventures ( chances to get wet quite high on this fun ride) 2. Bring water bottle, as drinks are very expensive at USS but they provide water coolers at every ride. Bring snacks too. 3. If you are doing to do 2 visits or more, sign up for a season pass, and you get to enter via members queue, discount for all food/retail. 4. For those coming in car , sign up as rws members before purchasing USS tickets, and collect points for most spending at RWS to change for car park redemption. Parking is very expensive at RWS.

Good things come in small packages!

Having visited Universal in Florida I was a little surprised how small the park was, however they certainly pack enough in for a fun filled day with the family!

Good Option to take

it is a good option to buy tickets of the park as u can avoid long lines outside and waste your time instead u can just scan this pass and get the tickets near the locker room and enjoy your time with family.

Great day !!

We had a great day at Universal Singapore. We had a little muck up with our ticket booking to start with. Cannot thank the Staff at Universal customer service and Tour East people enough for fixing it up in about 5 minutes. We ended up spending the whole day there and didn't run out of things to do. It is a bit smaller than the one in Los Angeles, which we went to this time last year, but didn't run out of things to see or do. Unfortunately the line ups for the rides are still long, so ended up buying a Express Pass for the kids.Was a great day for the" big" kids as well!!

FANTASTIC!!

This park even though is a fourth of Universal Orlando is amazing, the rides are the same, except THERE ARE NO LONG LINES!!! I don’t know if november is low season but I even rode on the Revenge of the Mummy three times in a row because there were no lines, I had a great day, eat in the diner, had a milkshake there and fries and then later I had of course a Turkey Leg, I could not miss it, it was perfect. It was clean and you could meet characters and take pictures on the Main Street almost with no people behind it. The souvenir shop though I found it rather small, but I guess it is only relative to the size of the park. A great day, well spent in Singapore before going back to work.

Theme Park

My family really enjoyed this tour. It was a long day but they manage to go on most of the attractions. We did have to find our own way back to Clarke Quay which after the long day we just went down to the carpark area and there was taxi or other vehicles waiting to transport you. We took one of the transport cars because there was seven of us and after a long day we did not want to train back to Clarke Quay.

A day out

Great place to visit. Different themes throughout the park. Reminded me of all the movies. I liked the Shrek mini show. The seats moved, vibrated and sprayed water and air at you during the 3D show which really made it feel like you were actually there. Highly recommend this place.

fun filled day

USS has been a famous tourist attraction since it was set up. However, it has become a frequently visited attraction for the locals too, providing entertainment through films and thrilling rides. Not to mention, the annual Halloween horror night where the theme of USS changed to fit the Halloween theme. Overall, good experience, other than the fact that there is usually an insane queue.

Don't go to Florida first!!!

Oh Dear! I had good expectations of this place, but unfortunately for me, I had visited universal studios in Florida a few years back. For first time visitors to any universal studios, this is ok... There are 8 themed areas in the park and can be walked around in 25mins. Each themed area has about 5/6 attractions and most includes a rollercoaster of different scare factors. There is plenty to eat and drink around the park at reasonable costs and more than enough attractions for children. However, there are no simulated rides or big action movie sets as there are in Florida. A max of a 4hr visit would be about the right time spent in my view and value for money is not bad.

A must visit in Singapore

Dont miss the place and if possible keep 2 days for it. Its amazingly made and you could spend easily a couple of days doing it. Ride are nice and sets beautifully made.

Fun Day

Loved our experienced at the Park Some rides are worth if waiting either.The roller coasters were awesome, as i said when I looked them "I'm not going on those" and I'm so glad I did, Madagaskar River most for kids only, they were so fun, Loved them also the Mummy ride,Another trick is go SINGLE RIDER, some rides will allow single riders and that line is quick sometimes you don't havr to wait as your fillers when you get to the place,Some people prefer to ride together.it was a Great fun.

<p>All the drivers were freindly and helpful. Universal studious Singapore is definalty worth seeing. We even had time to explore a bit of the Santos island afterwards. Getting back to the city was simple and starightforward. We got a cable cart back into the city which was nice and reasonibly priced considering we get to see a lovely view of Singapore.</p>

Universal Studios Singapore

Travel is easy by train/taxi to get to this destination, once there, there are plenty of shops outside to sell you plenty of items to remind one of their visit. On the day we went the weather was over cast, so not to many people where there, A guide was given at the entrance so one can get around the different scenes/areas. We choose to walk around the place in a anti clockwise direction, which seemed to work. About an hour after arrival we had a wee rain burst which shut down most of the outside rides,They said it was your safety / lighting strikes but no lighting was around. There are plenty of rides for both the young and older persons(which is my era). There is also plenty of ASIA food within the grounds so no need to take it with one, at very reasonable prices. We (wife and I)spent most of a day within the area taking different rides seeing different shows and plenty of exercise (walking); A great day spent but sadly not as good as the L.A. one. but its like going to different Disneyland's and trying to compare them. Enjoy your DAY. :-)

Nowhere near as good as the parks in the USA

There are lots of good reviews for this attraction and on the whole I think they are accurate. The rides are good but without an express ticket you’ll spend a long time queuing. When part of the group goes on a ride but the others wait, you’ll find it difficult to find anywhere to sit and even harder to find some shade. The park is very small when compared to the equivalents in the USA. If you haven’t visited a Universal Studios Park before then I’m sure you’ll enjoy it, but I won’t be going back.

Fun in the sun

Universal Studios is for all the kids.....including the very big nes who are over 40 ! We had a fantastic experience and all the attractions are great. Plenty of food and drink options and extremely clean and well kept. Make sure you buy the fast pass (its worth it )

Great atmosphere and fun rides!

We were staying at Sentosa Island for 8 days and didn't want to overtax our days. So we bought a season pass (valid for 6 months) which cost only $20 more than a 1 day ticket. We din't buy the Express Pass initially but changed our minds within one hour of entering the park, so we upgraded each pass to an Express Pass for an extra $100 each. This makes it pricey but it's worth the time saved! Most rides you can pretty much walk up to the ride itself with the Express Pass, bypassing long queues. The longest we waited was 15min during the weekend, whilst non-express queues were over an hour long. Express Pass isn't valid for 5 rides - including Canopy Flyer and Treasure Hunt. However some rides (including Canopy Flyer) allow you to go as a single rider, which gets you on just was fast as an Express Pass. Treasure Hunt always had a long queue (minimum 30min wait) and it was a huge anti-climax - so i don't recommend it if unless you've done everything else. Pretty much what you can see of the jeeps on their route in Treasure Hunters - that is all you get!

Vibrant, exciting experience

Apart from the insanely long queues, the experience here is really amazing. The vibes are great, with cheery music and immersive decorations. Personally, the Revenge of the Mummy ride stands out the most in terms of the realistic nature of it and how it involves so many senses - there are real flames to be encountered, and cold mist that rushes out at a final, startling drop.

Upgrade here otherwise get ready to not go on all rides!

Universal Express $50 at the gate OR if you don't depending on demand when you are in the park it goes up! I decided after waiting for the first ride of 45 minutes that I'd upgrade. By the time I got there to buy it was $60, went up in the first 1.5hrs of arrival. It's sooooooo worth it though, if you have to wait for 45-60 minutes per ride, not only is it frustrating but all you do all day is wait in lines. Some rides are worth waiting either - Madagascar ride was just for the kids. Mind you there was not waiting as I had Express! The roller coasters were awesome, I said when I looked them "I'm not going on those" but I thought I'd paid so much suck it up and do it and I'm so glad I did, they were so fun and not that scary. Loved them and the Mummy ride. Bring drinks as beer is $11 for a can water is $6.50. Some people prefer to ride together but if you care your in fast. Great fun.

We had to go to a different hotel for being picked up otherwise the day was great. it includes a shared transfer to universal studios with a guide which tells you all about the universal studios and sentosa and provides you the ticket to universal studios.<br/> Universal studios was a experience of a lifetime Specially transformers ride.</p>

Just Awesome.. Must Visit

A must visit for all.. Listed below the must try rides > Battlestar Galactica HUMAN vs CYLON: Human is a normal coaster which goes at high speeds. Cylon is an inverted coaster which has 5 inverted loops > Transformers: Funfilled 4d ride..just awesome > Jurassic Park: river rafting with high current and a slide. You will get wet > Revenge of the Mummy: Indoor high speed roller coaster in total darkness. There are other 3d/4d rides which are nice and can be enjoyed by families. Also One day is enough to cover all major attractions. Also food options are plenty & available across the park. Another good thing is all major attractions have AC so thats a good way to beat the heat :) Also in regards to the express pass, If you are visiting the park on weekdays there is no need to go for the express pass. Its priced at almost $80 & the major queue would be for the above mentioned attractions All in all, a great place to enjoy & have a great time
