The tour was beautiful. Our local ambassador Karyana was very knowledgeable, cultural and a good photographer too! Temple Tour

Our driver Moyo was very kind and easy to talk to. The trip didn’t quite take as long as a half day but it could depending on traffic. The temples were beautiful to visit.

Tanah Lot 3 temple tour with Ketut

Ketut was our driver for the day, and he was fantastic. He explained the temples and traditions in detail and with first-hand experience. He also walked us to Tanah Lot to be blessed and explained the steps and meaning behind it. Great afternoon with Ketut

Disappointed

Well, first of all I have already been in Tanah lot before, temple is amazing so I wanted to show it to my family and had some expectations By the description of the tour it say that a company provide you with 1. A/c car. Mm all the way to the temple in the day time it was just a little bit better than outside But as we had and a driver and a guide in the front , I had to sit on the third row as some of my family members sit on the second and had almost no air there. 2. Free Wi-Fi? No idea why you write it 3. Cold mineral water- nope, hopefully I always have with me as a travel with a child, but in general you should have 4 bottle waters for us before we sit in a car, this is how other companies do 4 and the most important and disappointing from all, English speaking guide. I have no idea why we have both driver and guide, if non of them can speak a good English. No complaints about the driver, he did his job, but the guide speak a very poor English and I got so tired to understand him, as after every 3-5 words he says “yeah, yeah,yea”, He couldn't answer on some of our questions if they were out of basic English. Don’t get me wrong, of course he has some knowledge but for sure not for a job as a guide. 5. It’s funny also that it says here that guide can also take a picture. I don’t know what he did with my iPhone, but picture of us was just totally white Overall I couldn’t understand a guide at all sometimes He told us that we can take a picture from the top but we shouldn't go down there Where most of the people are, as no time for this ( I was confused why, as we drive there through the traffic pretty long), and then after suddenly he offer us to wait for 30 min for a sunset 🤷🏼‍♀️ In the end, amazing temples, driver fine Guide friendly but nothing more, I would better ( and cheaper) book a private car and go there for as long as I want ( as in the end we didn’t go to the entrance) than this tour, nothing that it describes has been provided.

Interesting Bali Temple Experience

Our guide was very friendly and an excellent driver. The stops and sites were excellent: batik factory, coffee/tea tasting and beautiful temple setting. The traffic was terrible and drive longer than expected; so travelers need to plan accordingly to get back to ship on time. Spent about 4.5-5 hours driving; this did give us a opportunity to see more of Bali’s streets and life.

The driver for this tour was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the region and Bali people. The temples we were shown were amazing and the guide explained their background clearly and interesting.

Good tour

Gusti was a nice tour guide. Private car just you and your group. I was traveling alone and had a nice conversation with Gusti. Loved the backroads he took, it gave me a much better take of the local culture while avoiding traffic.

Temple tour plus more

Putu was our driver and he was amazing! He took us to two temples, Krishna Shop and then a restaurant that served Balinese food with delicious pork ribs. He was so nice, patient and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Just Right Bali Temple Tour

Tanah Lot with Kadek

Kadek was a lovely tour guide. Spoke great English and was very friendly and very informative. We went in the mid morning when it wasn’t too busy. Beautiful place to visit. Highly recommend.

Nice tour with a friendly guide

My driver/guide, Geko was great. He was happy to answer all the questions I had about the neighborhoods, statues, and temples. He also had a great sense of humor and offered to take photos of me since I was traveling solo. Highly recommend.

Great half day tour with Moyo!

We had Moyo as our guide on a private half day tour and it was fabulous. He was informative and a lot of fun, providing us with interesting information, taking lots of pictures and having a laugh. We wandered around Taman Ayun Temple and Tanah Lot and also had a great experience at D'garden Luwak Coffee learning about the tea and coffee making process and trying all of the flavors. We definitely recommend booking a tour if you're in the area and highly recommend Moyo!

Moyo was a great tour guide! Super friendly, knowledgeable, kind. He offered to take many photos for me and was so generous. He also made amazing recommendations and gave so much history! He even went out of his way to show some shops I may be interested in seeing. He’s amazing and will make your trip a great one. The tour itself was great! Everything was so beautiful! I arrived during high tide so I didn’t get to walk out directly to it but the sights were beautiful, the temples peaceful, and I had fun. The food recommended was amazing. My favorite since visiting Indonesia.

Amazing experience

My tour guide and driver was Moyo and he was amazing! I did the Tanah Lot Temple tour. He was so kind and provided so much information about every thing shown, he took so many pictures for me since I am a solo traveler. Everything I saw was absolutely amazing and all of his recommendations were so good! He was funny, he went out of his way to make my stay enjoyable. I absolutely recommend him to make your Bali stay special.

Lovely afternoon looking at & walking around the temples. Wayan was very informative & helpful. Traffic is terrible so patience required there & back from Kuta.

Cultural visit

The guide (Komang Adi) was super nice and friendly and he explained everything very well. Very beautiful temples with interesting history.

Great Temples Tour

Our trip with Adi was excellent. He arrived 15 minutes early, which allowed us to start our journey promptly. Serving as our guide, he made the whole trip enjoyable with his fluent English communication. We wholeheartedly recommend this trip.

False advertising, beautiful places

My husband, myself and his parents were looking forward to this tour. We deliberately booked a tour promising an English speaking tour guide as we love learning about the history of places. Our driver was polite but didn't speak English and couldn't tell us anything. He ended up just leaving us and we walked around by ourselves. This is not his fault but the company for false advertising. The driver was polite and did his best but its not fair on him or us to promise a fully English speaking tour guide then send a non English speaking driver. Frankly, it's a bit of a con. The sites are beautiful but hire your own driver, it's cheaper.

Great temples but not a guided tour

The driver was pleasant enough, but this cannot be described as a guided tour. The temples were amazing, but unlike other reviews, the driver offered no commentary or information. It would be probably better for us to hire a driver and car for 3-4 hours. Also could do with 3 proper seatbelts in the back.

Great afternoon trip!

A great way to spend an afternoon - we visited 3 temples and learnt a lot about the culture and history. Nayoman was a great guide and took some lovely photos for us. We would recommend this trip (brought my teenage daughter, and she really enjoyed it too). Sunset at Tana Lot Temple was stunning!

Nice way to explore Bali culture

Very nice way to spent a half day. We went on this tour with our guide Sudi, who provided a lot of insight in the way religion is embedded in Balinese culture. Especially all the background information about the temples and ceremonies is something you will really miss if you visit these landmarks on your own. The whole tour was well arranged, go for a late afternoon start so that you end up in Tanah Lot around sunset time.

Excellent Guide

The guide Kadek Nanda was absolutely brilliant! Very patient, polite and knowlegable, providing good cultural feedback along the way - 100% recommend him. Viator' description of the product as usual was not accuratte: no wi-fi, no coconut and no snaks, just 2 bottles if water. Still, overall ir was a very good tour thanks to our great guide - cheers to him and keep up with the good work!
