I'm not going to give a scathing review but will just say if you need an airport pick up, do a bit more research then I did. Its definitely not a 5 star one.

The travel was smooth going to the airport

Dewa was very friendly and informative. He gave me tips on where to stay in Bali. I'm happy to know that he knows Filipino culture And it was easy to communicate with him.

Probably the kindest and most chatty driver we had in our time in Bali. He was very open to get to know us and where we were from. He gave us recommendations for the rest of our time in Bali and taught us about Balinese culture. Very nice person and would recommend!!

Excellent!

Excellent! Gabriel our driver was waiting for us at the airport…contacted us by WhatsApp twice before and after we landed to coordinate which is important for us. I would add he is a very safe driver.

Airport transfer in Bali

Gabriel was in constant contact with us after we landed. He had a sign and was waiting for us after we cleared customs. He was helpful and a very safe driver. We would use him again!

I definitely recommend using trip advisory for private transfer from airport to hotel and vice versa. Not having to worry about getting a ride when you get there, your driver is already waiting for you with a sign with your name on it. Gabriel was very nice and friendly and a good driver! We didn’t have to wait for him and I’ll definitely recommend him to anyone! Make sure to download WhatsApp, for easier communication with the driver!

Booked online. Had a confirmation text day of airport pick up that our driver would meet us at the airport and he was there with a sign waiting for us. Very friendly and since it was our first time in Bali gave us some useful information and tips as well. Couldn’t recommend more. Very easy airport pick up!

Easy to find at the meeting point and was on time. Car was very clean tidy, air conditionering worked well as you do need it and driver spoke good English.

The driver made contact with WatchUp when we arrived at the field and was in front of the name plate. The car was spacious and on the way to the hotel we stopped at a supermarket to buy water. Overall good service.

A delightful experience

Our driver Aris sent us a message giving his name, number and where he would be when we landed at the airport. Once we arrived it was easy to inform him with our status. We were delighted to see him holding a sign with our name when we exited the airport. Aris was delightful to talk to on the hour ride to our hotel. He provided alot of useful information on the area. I would highly recommend them for anyone traveling to Bali.

Booked through Trip Advisor based on reviews. Easy communication and payment - minor issue finding the driver but they were responsive on messages and we found each other. Dewa was great. Very knowledgable, great chat. Safe driving. Highly recommended!

It was super easy to find...

It was super easy to find our driver as he has my name on a sign where the pickup location was. He then took some side routes to try to get us to our hotel quicker after landing and avoid the terrible traffic in Bali.

Cheapest price with excelent staff

Communication by whatsapp directly after booking with the guides at our home time. Meeting point well described by photos. Waiting time at the meeting point about 30 min. Car is clean and good smell, finally it worked. Good price for more than an hour trip. Top.

Great service and reliable price

Driver Dewa from inclusive Ubud tour provided us with great service by going the extra mile to help us carry luggage to the car, as well as driving us to a nice restaurant for lunch that’s not included in the airport transfer to hotel. Highly recommended :)

Cheap taxi but incredible service

In my case, the price so cheap compare back home , and this is a reliable company for an early morning transfer. The prompt response from the staff was great, and the driver arrived early, which was appreciated, and they were also very friendly. I'm satisfied!!

Bali Best airport transfer

Our driver was right on time and friendly. We had had him before. Nice guy. Nice clean car, lots of room for our luggage, plus boogie boards and surfboard on the roof. Easy way to avoid overpriced taxis on the street. Will not hesitate to use again.

Disappointing

Driver never turned up. Waited 1.5hrs outside terminal at Pick-Up Area. Provider was provided with Flight Number to track flight, left with others arriving on a much later flight in taxi that turned up.

Reliable airport service

I booked an airport pick up and was picked up by Gabriel. He was very punctual, helped with our luggage, and drove us safely to our hotel. Please note that you will need WhatsApp and internet access to communicate with your driver once you land, as he will send you a message and/or a picture of where he is waiting for you. There is free wifi at Bali airport, but it was not very good in my experience. Gabriel was lovely and helpful, but his English is not very good so clear, simple to understand English is a must to avoid miscommunication.

The team were excellent! They checked in the day before and were very patient even though our flight was delayed. They even sent us photos of where they were waiting at the airport so it was easy to find them. Great service all around.
