Affordable Bali (DPS) Airport Arrival Private Transfer

Got us where we needed to go.

The guy was nice but he was not waiting when we got there. The sign was tapped to the bar abd we had to wait for him to come back. He seemed a little disorganized and confused. I mean he got us to our hotel but he drove like he was tired. Granted we landed late I understand. It was an average experience.

Driver is nice. Our flight got delayed and he communicated w us thru WhatsApp. He waited for us when we arrived. We recommend the service

Great experience, don't hesitate

Rob was great! Booked this transfer for my parents from airport to hotel... customs took longer than expected and it was a long walk for my parents from the terminal,but Rob was very patient and waited for them. He was also in constant contact with me (I didn't go on trip) and let me know when my parents got picked up. We truly appreciate everything and would definitely use this service again. Thank you.

Excellent private airport transfer

Muhammed Devan was excellent. Highly recommend using him for your airport transfer. He waited patiently while I navigated visa and customs. Called and texted pictures to help me locate him easier and to check I was ok. Air conditioning was a godsend when outside the airport. He had water and WiFi available for me too.

Driver waited patiently while our bags took forever to come out of baggage reclaim, and was friendly and helpful.

Rip off

Paid A$29. Return to the airport from a taxi outside our hotel cost A$10. Think we got ripped off. Both were taxis of the same standard.

Professional and so friendly

Rob was very friendly and highly professional. I had a text message in whatsapp from him as soon as I got off the plane. He told me exactly where he would be located. This was helpful as there were so many transfer drivers outside the airport waiting to pick up customers, which was overwhelming. He took all.pir bags from us and wouldn't let us carry a thong. He was very helpful.with information about where to eat and what to do. Would highly reccommend this driver.

Best driver in Nusa Dua

Rob is the best! He is an excellent driver, is punctual and provides great communication. We started by booking him for the airport transfer but then used his services for our entire time in Nusa Dua. We would highly recommend him to anyone.

Bali airport arrival

Our driver Wadi was prompt but airport formalities took about an hour. Wadi made his way back to the airport and brought us to our facility. Service was good and priced reasonably.

Great option to get to and from the airport!

The private transfer is a great option to get from the airport to your hotel/resort. Our driver was friendly and offered us waters which was welcomed after a long flight. The process was quick and efficient and it saved a lot of time between landing and getting to our hotel

I booked a taxi for my initial airport pick up and it was seamless. Robb even messaged me the night before my flight and reassured me he'd be at the airport on my arrival. I used him on two other occasions during my stay in Bali, he is friendly and efficient. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Huda our driver was the best! He speaks good English and he seemed to be really nice person. He does also tours and he is a great driver and the car was really good.

Miserable end to a long trip.

This is the third time that you have asked me about the ride, where your driver didn’t show. My most memorable moments were wandering aimlessly through the airport, exhausted, trying to find my name on a card when the driver didn’t show. If you ask me again, I will tell you the same.

Airport Transfer

As promised Joe was patiently waiting for us as we exited the terminal. Our plane was slightly late and it took us a few minutes to fill out the customs forms. We would like to thank him for getting us safely to our hotel.

Best airport pickup ever!!

We had a 18 hour flight from NY to Bali. We were in a new country and exhausted. Within seconds of getting off the plane we had texts and what’s app calls from our guide, Robb. As we were walking out the airport exit, he was there, holding my name on a sign! He helped us carry our luggage to the car. Robb loaded the car. We sat in the air conditioning. We were taken immediately to our hotel. We’ve used “fancy” car services in the past that have been late to pick us up or show up with the wrong sized vehicle. Robb was punctual with a comfortable sized car. He was a great driver and very kind!! It was a great way to start a long journey!!

Absolutely exceptional service! I had accidentally selected the wrong pick up date the day before I was due to arrive and the team got back to me straight away 10pm at night to confirm they could amend this and would be there to pick me up at arrivals. My driver was in communication with me via WhatsApp even prior to departing to ensure everything was on track and his descriptor to ensure I found him easily upon arrival. The driving was safe and efficient, got me to my hostel in superb time. Would definitely book again!

Our driver Robb was a delight after our long flight. Immigration and retrieval of our luggage took us way too long, but Robb was still there waiting for us holding a sign with my name. Robb speaks excellent English and explained a lot about Bali as we drove 30 minutes to our hotel. I am so glad I pre-booked transportation because the taxi area was chaotic with shouting aggressive cab drivers beckoning us to get into their cab. It wasn’t an orderly line at all. We were so pleased with Robb that we arranged for him to take us back to the airport when leave a a few days.

Rob was great. He communicated with me the entire time until we found him in the sea of other transport people. He helped provide us with tips to navigate around Bali. Would definitely recommend and hire him again!

Where do I start with this delightful young man. Robb met us at the airport with a massive smile (poor guy had been waiting 1 hour for us). He dropped us off at our hotel and seemed a very honest chap, so we asked him if he would be available to take us around Bali, best decision ever, he is so enthusiastic, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to be with. There was nothing that was too much for him, he just knew when to be chatty and when we just needed a quiet moment after a long day. We used Robb on 2 long days (which actually stretched beyond the agreed 10 hours but he did not once mention about this) and the airport transfer on the sad day that we were leaving beautiful Bali. By the end of our time together, he actually became a friend. I would definitely recommend Robb without any hesitation and look forward to meeting up with him when we return.

Great experience for first time in Bali. Joe was waiting at the exit from the airport with a sign with our name on it so there was no mistaking that this was our driver.
