Salzburg Airport Private Arrival Transfer

Very good! Even thou we had a delayed flight, our driver waited for us and welcomed us warmly. He is funny, and took the time to describe the places of interest as we passed by like (i.e., yellow building Mozart’s place, the love lock bridge and even the bakery shop where he is a regular. Overall good experience!

Timely and Efficient

Arranging this transposition for 8 was a great idea. The service was outstanding—thank you Peter! Will definitely use again.

Terrible welcome

Standing in a very long queue stretching outside waiting for passport control at Salzburg airport. Such a warm welcome as we stand outside at least sheltered from the rain. Hundreds of people in queue Very poor service very poor impression of Austria

<p>I have not used Viatour for these services but instead went through my destination hotel to make these arrangements. I now believe that it is less costly if you go through Viatour. My driver showed up waiting for me with the sign.</p>

<p>It was nice to avoid the hassle of an airport arrival after a long flight from Los Angeles by a friendly greeting. A taxi would have been cheaper but having a nice and friendly person sheparding me to my hotel destination was worth the money.</p>

<p>The driver was in the arrivals hall to pick us up, very easy to spot as he held a sign with our name on it. On the drive to the hotel he pointed out various sights and gave us some tips on places to eat. He was very helpful with all the luggage. Would recommend without hesitation.</p>

The airport is small and easy to get...

<p>The airport is small and easy to get through so no real advantage to having a meet and greet. They brought a small car that barely fit our luggage and no car seat for our infant son. I like having a transfer at airports that I have not been to before but this was really not needed.</p>

We were very glad we had pre arranged the arrival transfer. Although our scheduled plane was late in leaving the UK the driver, through the company, knew the plane would be late arriving and was still at the airport with our surname on display. He didn't complain at all. He was polite, pleasant and very helpful. The car was neat, clean and tidy.
