Very fun and lively experience. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the food and experience was amazing.

What an exhilarating adventure!

This was one of our favorite excursions we did in Costa Rica! Our family can get sea sick but the boat was big and spacious enough so we were always comfortable. There were unlimited drinks and the dinner was amazing! Sightseeing along the coast was neat and the crew turned the boat back around when they heard reports of whales. We watched a humpback cow and calf! There was a good amount of time to jump off the boat, swim and snorkel. Caution: the slides will leave you with a sore neck for days and so recommend sticking to the smaller one. You can rinse off on the boat when you’re done. The crew was very accommodating and helpful the whole time. We watched an incredible sunset!

Awesome Catamaran Tour

The All-Inclusive Catamaran was a lot of fun. We got lucky and saw dolphins! The music is upbeat and the staff is amazing. They come around every 5 minutes to make sure you are taken care of. All the drinks are included except for beer ($3). They don’t offer wine but you are welcomed to bring your own which is what we did. The lunch is offered at the very end of the cruise, so do not show up hungry like we did. Bring some snacks if you don’t eat beforehand. We would have enjoyed it even more if we were not hungry the entire time. The views are stunning and you get to swim and snorkel for about 40 minutes. All in all it was a great experience.

the views were amazing and we saw a school of dolphins!I went on this tour with family members and one of them said that her jaw was sore from smiling to much!!

Amazing experience on the water!

The boat ride was an incredible experience. We loved everything from the dolphins playing beside us, to the snorkelling, the water slide, and the food and drinks! We really loved the staff as well. A must do if you’re in the Quepos area!

Phenomenal Experience

The tour guides,staff, etc. We phenomenal. They made sure everyone were enjoyed themselves. Checking on your individually. Waiting on you constantly. They all had good spirits, kinda souls. I advice any who travel to Manuel Antonio,Costa Rica, to book this cruise, Catamaran Eco Adventure. Most definitely recommend this tour

Really good experience

Great crew. They took amazing care of the group. We all always felt safe and lunch was good. There weren’t much to see with the snorkeling. I am sure that all of the multiple boats with tourists in the area scared all of the sea life away. Nonetheless it was a good outing and the family loved it.

Great day on the water

Our morning catamaran trip was great. Every member of the crew was friendly and wanted to be sure we were having a good time. Snorkeling, water slides and jumping off the boat were fun activities. We didn’t see dolphins but it wasn’t because the crew didn’t try; they just weren’t making an appearance that day. Our lunch was delicious. Highly recommend booking this excursion!

Family catamaran

While the weather did not cooperate (rain), we still had fun. We were a group of 11. Staff was fun and friendly. We had fun jumping off the upper deck and the snorkeling was quite amazing if you swam to the rocky area.

Nice experience!

The tour is great but got hit by weather. It rained most times so visibility was poor for snorkeling and couldn't see sunset at dinner. The tour ended early as well. The staff was amazing. The food was good.

Fun way to spend the day!

Such a fun experience for the family. Kids loved snorkeling and doing slides into the ocean. Highly recommend! Mom even tried the slide!

Our family had a wonderful experience! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, serving us cocktails and fruit drinks, plus a delicious meal which we all enjoyed. Snorkeling was fun, the sunset was epic, slide is super fast and overall cruising was a perfect way to enjoy the beauty of Costa Rica. Great investment!

Super fun

The whole family loved this excursion emdespite some rain at the beginning. We saw Dolphins, saw beautiful fish, and had lots of fun sliding and jumping into the warm water. The guides are super nice and helpful and create a fun atmosphere. The sunset at the end is the cherry in top.

Family day trip

Decent food and amount! Easy pick up and drop off. Music was definitely loud as other reviewers had said. Bring towels; not supplied. Beautiful way to spend half the day.

Really Fun Afternoon!

The four crew members were AWESOME! Very thoughtful and helpful in everything. They work really hard before, during, and after the cruise. There is even one person down preparing a delicious dinner. You cruise out near the national park, look for whales/dophins, and then go snorkeling or swimming for about 30 minutes. They will have dinner prepared, and then you head back while watching the sunset. There were three different types of liquors that you could mix with different juices or pina colada mix. The mix’s were all nonalcoholic, so perfect for kids or those who don’t want to drink. There was a fun slide and place to jump off the boat for those wanting a little thrill. I would definitely do this again if we come back!

MUST DO while in Manuel Antonio

Family of 4 from Ottawa, Canada! We did the sunset Catamaran on December 17th and it was worth every $1! It was beyond amazing! A very spacious Catamaran with wonderful crew, yummy food , beautiful music! Not to mention two huge slides and amazing activities for all ages! We saw dolphins, did snorkelling, kids enjoyed jumping off the Catamaran and going down the slide! It was truly a wonderful experience! Thank you to the fantastic crew for making such a memorable afternoon for us!

Paradise Day on the Ocean

Imagine you best friend bought a boat and invited you out for a day on the ocean. Then he not only cooks for you, makes drinks, plays music, and provides fun activities, but he makes sure you get back "home" okay. Can't ask for more. Thank you Planet Dolphin for best memories ever!

Catamaran fun in the sun

Jorje and the crew were amazing. So friendly and such energy. They went out of their way to make sure we had a good time - even stopping and waiting when there was a humpback in the area until it breached and we all saw it

Memorable Experience

Very enjoyable coastline cruise of the beautiful Quepos and Manuel Antonio National Park areas. The catamaran is modern, well maintained and has excellent staff. The swimming and snorkeling right on edge of Manuel Antonio is memorable. Then was served onboard with an excellent lunch of grilled fresh Wahoo kabobs, pasta salad and drinks. Highly recommend.

Excellent day on the water

Fantastic day on the water. Jumping off the boat and taking the slides into the ocean were a ton of fun, our 8 and 6 year olds loved it. The food and drinks were nice as well, would absolutely recommend this

Great day on the water!!

We just returned from our first trip to Costa Rica, and this was one of our favorite excursions. The marina was beautiful, the catamaran was large and comfortable, the staff was great. Cocktails and NA beverages were complimentary, and we had a delicious lunch of fresh BBQ'd fish skewers, pasta salad and fresh fruit. Delicious! The snorkeling was fun, the water slide was a blast! A super fun day on the water!!

Such a great way to see the sunset!

This was such a great way to relax and unwind. The weather was beautiful, the dolphins were playing, and the cocktails were flowing. You get amazing views of the coast along Quepos and Manuel Antonio, and then you also get the opportunity to swim in the ocean or snorkel, which was very refreshing on a hot day. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming and made sure that everyone was having a good time. Originally we had booked a morning tour but then ended up switching to the sunset tour instead, and I’m so glad we did. It was my very first time catching the sunset on the Pacific Ocean and it was absolutely breathtaking out on the water. I would definitely suggest doing the sunset tour.

Amazing! Went with 3 friends, all of us in our mid twenties and had a great time. Not a total booze cruise even with an open bar.

This activity was perfect for our family as it was a good balance of relaxation, fun activity. We were picked up on time. Our group consisted of families. First we spent relaxing time getting to the snorkeling area. The tour guides were really good in helping spot dolphins! We spent an hour doing water activities such as snorkeling, sliding into ocean etc. Our kids are 9 and 6, both had a great time! We think the guides could have provided a little more details on how they keep track of everyone in the water while snorkeling. The food was great! The staff was friendly and overall a great time for our whole family.

The slides and jumping off the boat into the water were so much fun!!! We had a beautiful tour of the bay. The food was excellent and the crew was very helpful!

Beautiful Day!!

Manuel Antonio is beautiful and this catamaran ride is a great way to see it from a different perspective. We were also able to view a mother and baby whale while sailing. The slides were a hit with everyone swimming and snorkeling!

10/10 would recommend!

Jorge was an amazing captain! We were able to see whales and also had plenty of time to snorkel. We were all pleasantly surprised by how good the wahoo and pasta salad were for lunch!

Professional and enjoyable tour

This tour was absolutely top notch. It was well-organized, we left on time, and the whole experience fun and enjoyable. The tour guides were fun and chill, and very adept at spotting the whales. The food was spectacular, varied and fresh and delicious. Loved swimming in the ocean. Two of our party got a bit seasick, it was helpful to be up front. Overall a fantastic experience!

Don’t miss this boat tour!

We had the absolute best time on this tour! The drinks were great, the food was yum and the service was lovely, we were so looked after! Shoutout to Jorje, he was the best! We even got to see a mother and baby whale on the shores of the National Park, as well as some tropical fish snorkelling. The price-quality ratio is top notch. Can’t recommend enough!

Cool whales, meh snorkel.

Seeing the whales was pretty awesome. Jumping off the boat and going down the water slides was another excellent part of the trip. The food was good! Very needed after a few hours of swimming and playing. The only downside was snorkeling, they didn’t have enough fins for everyone so it was pretty difficult to swim out to the snorkel spot if you were part of the unlucky half. The snorkel area is simply a rock with a few fish swimming around it, no reef or anything like that. If you’ve snorkeled before you’d probably be let down by this portion of the adventure.

Great trip! Magical experience!

This was a great trip! The boat is lovely and the crew was very attentive. We saw a whale and her baby on the trip and the captain slowed and stopped far enough away to let them still feel safe. We stopped at the bay and jumped in the water and it was so refreshing - lunch was FANTASTIC! Loved the fish and veggie skewers. I didn’t partake in jumping off the boat or the massive slides but I did watch many others have a blast doing that. Fantastic trip and hope to do it again!

Amazing day, Amazing Deal!!!

What a fantastic day. Saw dolphins and tropical fish. The islands and cliffs were amazing to sail by. The younguns enjoyed the platform jumping and slides. The well drinks were free and delicious. The meal was incredible. Such great deal. We will be back for sure!

Whales and dolphins galore!

The views were amazing! We saw a humpback whale with a baby. The mother whale breached a couple of times which was really fun to watch. Tons of dolphins followed the boat and surfed the bow wake, also awesome. All of the staff on board were super friendly and ensured everyone was having a good time. The music was perfect, not too loud, not too quiet. The main guide Jorge, was great and provided a lot of information about the sea life and Manuel Antonio National Park. Highly recommend this tour!

Great experience

We had a great time on the catamaran adventure. The crew were excellent and delivered top notch customer service. The food was good, too. Some people complained about not having chicken (we had fish) but I like fish so it wasn’t an issue. I wish we had a little more time to play in the water but it was a great experience overall.

Fun boat adventure with snorkeling

The staff was very welcoming & friendly! Made this a great experience for my partner & I. We got to snorkel, eat delicious food, and enjoy some drinks with the best views. We even saw whales and dolphins! Highly recommend if you’re visiting Manuel Antonio. You won’t regret it! :)

Cool Boat

My main complaint was that even after they pushed back the leave time (supposedly because of weather even though it was sunny) we ended up waiting almost an hour and a half after we were told to check in before the boat left. this would have been ok except when I booked it, I booked it for 8am with plans to do something else in the afternoon. we ended up not getting back until 3ish so it consumed most of my day (the delayed time was 10:30 however we didn't leave until almost noon). Besides the late departure everything else was fine. The boat was nice and there was plenty of time to swim/jump off the boat when we got to that portion. The food was also very good. I would have rated it higher had we left on time.

Comfortable, Interesting Eco Tour

Comfortable, interesting tour with a kind, responsive staff and delicious grilled wahoo kebabs for lunch. The piña coladas were tasty and the fresh fruit at lunch was flavorful. We saw humpback whales, including a mama and her calf, numerous birds, and had an hour for water activities. Snorkeling wasn’t great because the water was too murky from the nightly rains, but the fish were there. I have a special interest in birds and one of the staff made sure to show me what he saw. Meanwhile my grandkids sunbathed on the net in front of the boat. I certainly recommend this eco tour!

Fun boat party with snorkeling and whale watching

This boat trip was really fun! We saw humpback whales which was a nice treat. Snorkeling was fun and people jumped off from the top of the boat. Food was great too! A fun little boat party!
