2-3-Hour Manuel Antonio Park Nature Guided Tour

A very worthwhile wildlife experience

An excellent tour of this nature park. Our guide, Gustavo, is knowledgeable, friendly and never rushed the tour. With the telephoto lens that the tour provides, we were able to see sloughs, monkeys, butterflies, land crabs and lots of other exotic creatures. An amazing place to visit and a great tour by Gustavo.

Fantastic Guided Tour in Manuel Antonio

The tour was fantastic, we saw a plethora of animals that were on my bucket list!; sloths, vipers, and different types of monkeys. Guach was very informative and answered all the questions that I had. I would 100% recommend

Today we took an amazng tour with Eduardo. He was so kind, personable, and very very knowledgeable. He pointed out animals and insects that we would have never seen. Not only knowledgeable with the wild life but all the plants as well. We really enjoyed ourselves, my kids loved it. You made Penelopes trip with all the sloth findings. Until again CR!! PURA VIDA. Excellent tour of Manuel Antonio Park

Our guide, Gustavo, is very knowledgeable about all the wildlife in this park. He gave us many opportunities for photographs, and always assisted us with the telephoto camera. The tour was not rushed, and Gustavo was happy to answer any questions. All in all, an excellent tour and an excellent tour guide. I highly recommend this tour.

Definitely worth a visit.

Brilliant visit with very knowledge guide from Guach Nature Tours, Edgar. We saw loads of wildlife, including 2 and 3 toed sloths, capuchin and howler monkeys.

Amazing Tour with Eduardo through the park

We had a great tour with Eduardo this Morning in the Manuel Antonio Park. He showed and explained us a lot about the animals. We Even spotted a red head bird which is very seldom. Further more he described us all the paths through the park. It was just amazing.

Amazing Time!

Amazing experience. Definitely hire a guide for this activity. They spotted so many things we would have missed. Ask for Diego if you can. He was very knowledgeable, spotted so many animals, bugs, sloths, lizards, crabs and birds. He also took great photos for us through his spotting scope. The beach at the end is a great place to hang out and swim. Highly recommend this experience.

Great tour, spotted so many animals

Edgar was amazing! He was very knowledgeable about the national park and its ecosystem, and spotted tons of animals for us along the way. Our experience would not have been the same without him! Thank you again!

This was a great experience. Eduardo was an amazing guide. He took us on a hike and found all kinds of animals, insects and plants. He took a powerful telescope with us so we were able to view every animal up close and helped us take photos. I’d highly recommend using Eduardo. People on the same trail but with no guide missed out on seeing so much. I’m also not a great walker and Eduardo let me go at my own pace. Great experience.

Enjoyable and educational tour

Eduardo of Gauch Nature Tours- Our guide was very knowledgeable and great. We saw plants for stopping bleeding, repel mosquitos, salt-extracting leaves, and deadly poisonous one to stay away from. He was experienced at finding animals and knew the plants, eve their botanical, Latin names. He was a good communicator and helped with his telescope to shoot a few great pictures on our phones. We saw several animal and plant species and took nice photographs and videos. He was considerate and even helped others to see what only he has spotted in the jungle. We saw some rare species, flowers, deer, a sloth very close, a few yards away, and several beautiful birds.

Eduardo was a gem 💎 100% knowledgeable about where to find even the smallest animals using sight and sound! Moreover he helped me purchase my park ticket because my internet availability was very limited and he did it without hesitation!! He is the absolute BEST 👌

HIGHLY recommend this tour!

Eduardo did an amazing job taking us through the rainforest and spotting so many amazing animals, even the smallest ones! He had a telescope with him to show us the animals very close up and took National Geographic level photos for us on our phones. Very accessible for English speakers and helped us practice our Spanish along the way. We wouldn't have had the same experience walking through the park without a tour guide. He was very kind and knowledgeable and even gave us a small, handmade momento at the conclusion of our tour. Highly recommend this tour!

Luis was excellent. Very knowledgeable, fun and genuine. Best tour guide in Manual Antonio! He promised us a sloth sighting and we saw 3! 2 different kinds of sloths, monkeys, birds, crabs, butterflies and more. He also helped us get great pics of each animal through his scope. Awesome experience.

Amazing Tour with the Coolest Guide!

We had a truly amazing time! Eduardo was such a charming and funny guide. He was able to show us a lot of animals and had a vast knowledge about everything in the area. He answered all of our questions and even gave us recommendations for our further stay. We are very lucky to have made this experience with him and would recommend this tour to anyone during the offseason. Especially with Eduardo:)

Incredible tour of Manuel Antonio

Eduardo was amazing, he spotted multiple animals and was extremely knowledgable on all of them as well as plants/other parts of the forest. We were so entertained the whole time and would 100% recommend.

Wonderful guide

Milton was a great guide. He was able to point out so many animals, insects, flora and fauna that we wouldn’t have seen without him. We had my 80 year old mother with us and he was very patient with taking multiple rest stops for her. I highly recommend Milton.

Amazing Tour to see the animals in Manuel Antonio

The tour has been amazing. We saw so many animals, including Sloths, Bats and even a Snake. Our Tour Guide Eduardo has been very sympathetic, helping us take the best pictures and giving us some interesting information about the animals and plants we've seen, not to forget his sense of humour. I was very happy sith the tour and would recommend it to anyone.

3 great tour experiences with guide Milton Vall

Milton was awesome!!! I took 3 groups of friends and family at 3 different times and everyone agreed that Milt found the coolest animals (from big to VERY small!) that we would never have seen on our own! He is extremely knowledgeable about the park history and all the animal inhabitants. Highly recommend!!!

Awesome private guide for the national park

I was able to book a private tour with Milton at the last minute (day before) and what a great experience it ended up being. It was 2 adults + my 7 year old, and Milton helped navigate the entrance to the park so that our experience was smooth from the very start. Once inside the park, he navigated around and through the bigger groups and was able to show us a variety of the animals. It was great being able to use his scope, which he kindly adjusted to various heights so that both the adults and kid could see the wildlife. He also was great about using our phones to get pictures and videos of the animals through the scope (it's trickier than you'd think to line up the camera for a clear view).

The park was full of animals and thanks to Eduardo our nice guide we could see them all. The beach in the end of the tour was beautiful and clean. I highly recommend to take a guide otherwise you will miss 90% of the animals

What a wonderful tour through Manuel Antonio National Park! We saw such a variety of wildlife and flora and Eduardo had interesting information about everything. He spotted tiny critters and big, high in the trees critters, from rainbow insects to baby fer de lance snakes to hummingbirds, both sloths, iguanas, and an anteater, and that’s only a sample of what he found for us! We saw a plant use a defense mechanism and we learned about the sacrificial leaves on mangroves. His pace was comfortable and he listened to what we were interested in. I highly recommend this tour!

Wonderful tour and great guide

We had a wonderful experience. Our guide, and owner of the tour operator, Eduardo was very communicative from the beginning. He gave us all the info we needed to get ready and arrive at the tour meeting point. During the tour he gave us tons of opportunities to see animals and answered all of our questions. He took pictures of the animals with our cameras to make sure that we had great shots and also sent to us some additional pictures after the tour. Awesome tour through Manuel Antonio park

Really cool tour, we saw so many animals due to Eduardo like sloths, monkeys, snakes, lizards and a toucan among others. He also knew a lot about every animal and was very nice in general. Without him we would never have seen so much in just 2-2.5 hours. He also brought a telescope with which he made pictures for us, they turned out really good!

Wildlife Lovers Paradise with Milton as Guide

Great time at Manuel Antonio Park, Costa Rica. Milton Valle was our guide and having him show us the animal and plant wildlife was a tremendous help. We would have missed so much without him as our guide. In addition to his knowledge, his enthusiasm added significantly to the experience.

Amazing experience with wonderful guide!

Very nice and well English speaking guide! After 1 minute inside the park he already spotted a deer that we definitely would not have spotted by ourself. We’ve seen everything we wanted and got nice and funny fun facts.
