The tour was so fun and amazing! My whole family enjoyed it so much and we all had a blast! Our favorite part was zip lining into the waterfall and getting dropped into the water, which was so beautiful. Franklin, Byron, and Adrian were all so helpful and so nice! BEST DAY IN COSTA RICA!!!

This is a must do in Manuel Antonio!! It was the best, most exciting trip we took in Costa Rica!! It started with a backroad/off road trip that set the tone for adventure!! Action-packed, with zip-lining through the jungle, rappelling down waterfalls, Tarzan swings and a drop into gorgeous water beneath the falls! So much more fun than zip-lining in a park and much safer--the zip-lining stops were so much smoother!! Unbelievably safe. The guides--Antonio, Davis and Bryon--were bilingual, funny and super friendly and gave clear instructions. All topped off by a delicious home-cooked Costa Rican lunch!! Don't miss it! Family of 5 (kids ages 23, 21 and 19, but no doubt younger kids would love it!) from Long Island, New York

This is by far the best...

This is by far the best tour we have experienced in Costa Rica! It was so much fun and our guides at Amigos Del Rio were so friendly and helpful the whole tour. Our guides Antonio, Byron and Davis put safety absolutely the first and stay on top of it. They gave very clear direction for every action-zip lining, rappel, free fall and Tarzan swing. Even though we went through the entire tour in the pouring rain, we still experienced the breathe-taking beauty of the jungle and water falls. Will definitely do it again next time when we are in Quepos.

This was such an awesome experience! Antonio, Daveis, and Byron, were such great tour guides! You do so many different types of activities while attached to the zip-line. They make you feel comfortable, are super kind and helpful! If you’re looking for some adventure, this is an amazing experience! HIGHLY recommend.. this was one of the best parts of our trip! Best adventure ever!

Best adventure ever. This was our third time doing this 10 in 1 tour. We’ve come to CR many times and always make sure we don’t miss this. We’ve done other zip line adventures which are also very good but we like this 10in1 the best. It’s absolutely awesome!!!

Great day of zip-line and rappelling

We took the 10 in 1 rappelling, zip line trip with amigos del rio. It was a truly amazing experience for our family, especially the kids (age 8 and 10). Our tour guide Antonio was awesome with kids. It was our first time, but the whole crew was very patient and knowledgeable. The thing that impressed us the most was the safety first approach of the crew. At the end of the trip, they served a home cooked meal that capped a great day. We strongly recommend Amigos Del Rio for planning activities in Quepos.

Awesome Tour!

This is basically a zip line tour with a few interesting elements thrown in. It was awesome fun. Bernal and Franklin took great care of group. We always felt safe while having an afternoon with one after another adrenaline rush! Especially enjoyed the Tarzan swing upside down over a waterfall! Thanks guys!

A very fun tour!

It was a really great day with a lot of fun! Our guides, Byron, Deivis and Bernal did a super great job in instructing us and feed us with information. The things you have to do are doable even if you are medium sporty.

Fun for all ages

This was an amazing experience! Everyone loved it and the guides were amazing. Micheal and his crew made us feel comfortable and safe. My 8 and 10 year old love adventure and had an epic life experience. We met other great people and had a fantastic day. This was much more than zip lining. Best holiday adventure

This guys are really amazing, Mikel and his team provide professional service mixed nicely with friendly atmosphere full of humor. We felt 100% safe even while the most delangerous looking tasks. Sorry guys but there was something more incredible then you - the Nature!! OMG, this secluded gorge in lush jungle we had activities was amazing, overwhelming. Thank you for taking us there. The road to get there itself was an adventure ( big aplause for the driver) Activities in this scenery gave us experience much over our expectations, not to forget and definitely to be repeated one day.

Best birthday ever!

We had the most amazing time! Our trip to Costa Rica was for my 40th birthday and this was my favorite activity we did! Franklin, Davis, Alvin, Byron, and Jordan were the best crew to have! I don’t think we could have had a better crew. I didn’t even know zip lining through a rainforest and waterfalls was on my bucket list until I did it. I will be back and will send others. Definitely want the same crew next time too. They were truly the best!

The most fantastic adventure team in Costa Rica

This was the highlight of our trip to Costa Rica. We had been ziplining before, but this experience was unique. The amount of different types of ziplines, over the rainforest, through the rainforest, in to a waterfall, actually into a waterfall, then dropping into a pool, abseiling down, by time we got to the tarzan swing we almost felt brave. What made this trip and experience unique was easily the people that took us, the guys that run Amigos Del Rio, Maicol, David and Antonio. They made sure that we were all safe, entertained and that we all had an unforgettable, once in a lifetime experience. Without those guys it would not have been the same.

Amazing River Rafting Experience

We went rafting and the views were amazing! Our guides were so fun and helpful. I highly recommend this place, they were awesome, and we had a blast. We stopped at a beautiful waterfall halfway through. The lunch they provided was incredible.

Great Day with Great Company at the 10 in 1 Event.

We´ve booked the 10 in 1 Adventure Trip which was just terrific. It had everything. Awesome Zip Lines, Nature, Great Views and a bit of Hike. Our Guides Keylor, Bayron and Deivis were also a big reason that day has been so nice for us. Not to forget Umberto that drove us safe through all rivers but wasnt part of the actuall Event. We´ve felt safe the entire time. They are professionals in spotting all sorts of Wildlife and did not forgot to kindly remember us several times what we had to remember while we are there (dont touch the trees :) Bayron also seemed to know any Plant and even got us some sugarcane on the way. Great Job Guys, you made our Day unforgetable.

Amazing experience

We went on this tour with Bernal, Keylor and Deivis and honestly the guys were awesome. They were patient with me and explained everything well. (First experience ziplining lol). My husband was just in his element and just enjoyed the whole tour. Highly recommend this tour. It was amazing. Great views, great company and lunch was great too. Thank you for an awesome time!

The Three Amigas

Our trip with Michael, Antonio, Jordan, and Davis was far beyond our expectations. The three of us girls wanted an adventure… and we got one! We got zip lines, repelling, seapelling, hiking, and dips in waterfalls and the freshest water we’ve ever been in. As dangerous as it could be, we felt safe all the time. Gringos Locos Blue Team Honeymoon Group!

We had a wonderful time during the 10 in 1 tour during our honeymoon. Michael was an absolutely wonderful guide. We opted for the photo package and Keìlar took some amazing shots of us. Adrian was awesome and helped us with anything that we needed, and Roger was a very competent and cool transport driver. The zip lines were amazing! Our favorite part was zip lining into the waterfall and dropping into the pool below. Overall, we felt very safe and secure during the entire experience. We had a great pineapple snack before hiking out and driving back to their office, where they proceeded a cooked us a very wonderful lunch. This was probably our favorite experience during our time in Costa Rica and we’re looking forward to coming back to have our son get a taste of ADR Adventure Park! Loved!

Great experience! We had a super fun time trekking through the forest from zipline to zipline and the views were breathtaking. We learned a lot about the land and the ecosystem through our guides, Franklin, Deivis, and Bernal. They made us feel super safe and got incredible pictures of us. Highly recommend it was a super fun activity and we had a delicious costa rican lunch at the end while viewing our pictures.

Best first time water rafting!

Ulysses was an amazing water rafting guide! He made sure we were certain on what the rules are and made sure we were paddling the right way. I fell into the water and his voice kept me calm and patient while I waited to be rescued! If I come back I’m booking them again!

Our first time in Costa Rica & everything went just amazing! From our ride to our guide was just phenomenal- so professional & all the guys made us feel so safe! Def recommend for everyone and we all cannot wait to come back and do the harder rapids next time! Muchas gracias!!!

Fun adventure in beautiful nature with excellent guides

I went on this adventure with my son. He's in his 20s and fit - I'm in my 60s and overweight. We both loved it! We ended up in a group of about 12, but it never felt crowded. We are not particularly outgoing people, but one of the unexpected joys of the day was getting to know some of the other members of the group, who were also having fun with their families and enjoying the adventure. I think the youngest person was around 9, and she handled all the activities easily. The only "con" was my fault, so I'll get that out of the way because there were a TON of "pros!" The zip lines, rappels, tarzan swing, waterfall plunge, and most of the hiking were challenging in a fun way, but easy to manage. However, for an old chubby guy like me, the extended uphill climbs really tested my limits. But the guides were really supportive and helpful. Now, onto the many pros: First and foremost were the guides. The main guide was Michael, a friendly and knowledgeable guy with a great sense of humor. He was thorough, careful, and very helpful, but also made sure everyone in the group had fun. Of all the people we met in Costa Rica, Michael was the one who really embodied the country's Pura Vida spirit (which is a real thing and one of the reasons we love CR). Michael and all the guides were extremely helpful and patient, navigating us through each part of the adventure joyfully. Second was the beauty of Manuel Antonio park, and it says a lot about Michael and the guides that nature came in second to them! The sights, sounds, fresh air and water were amazing to take in the whole time. The views from the zip lines were breathtaking. And finally, the adventures themselves. The zip lines were long and fast - zip lines can be notoriously dull, but these were thrilling. We had good guidance and excellent safety equipment, so we felt confident doing the rappelling, swinging, and ziplining. The swing into the waterfall followed by a drop into the pool was probably my favorite thing, like nothing I'd done before. We ended the day with a drive back to the main office and a healthy, delicious lunch with the whole group, watching a montage of pictures that one of the guide/photographers took during the adventures. They provided us a QR code for ordering any pictures we liked at our leisure, but did not make it a hard sell at all. Bottom line, this was worth every penny, and made dozens of great memories. Michael rocks!

Must do!!!

This is a must do tour!!! This tour was the highlight of our trip. Adventure!!! The beauty of ziplining and dropping into the waterfall. The tour was extra special thanks to our guides. My mom is scared of heights and they all encouraged her and said, "come on mom, great job mom" this made her feel special. Muycol aka Happy got to know everyone on the car ride. If zip lining through a tropical river gorge, repelling, and rope swing over a robust jungle river is your idea of fun, this is your team! This crew is professional, courteous, clean, and punctual. We’d go again and again and again

Hands down a family favorite! Our kids are 13 and 14 and love adventurous tours just as much as we do. The scenery is beautiful. The rappelling, zip line, tarzan swing, etc were awesome. Our guides Maicol, Antonio, and David made us feel safe, made it more fun than it already was, and spoke English very well for those that didn’t speak Spanish. We had delicious fresh pineapple and butter cookies as soon as we finished. After driving back to town we had a full meal of the typical Costa Rican lunch called casado. I would recommend having cash on hand to tip the guides, driver and cook at the end. Would also recommend slightly longer shorts or tight capri pants so the harness doesn’t rub on your groin/upper thighs. Water shoes or strap sandals with good grip. Quick drying clothes since you will go in the water and also get sweaty from humidity. I usually wear glasses, but chose to leave them behind so they didn’t fog up in the humidity or get lost when jumping in the water.

Best Tour Ever

What an amazing experience! I’m not sure I have the words to adequately describe how awesome our day was. With a teen and a pre-teen, it is difficult to find things we enjoy doing as a family. Every one of us couldn’t stop talking about this tour, and will be a day we will remember forever. Having never zip-lined or rappelled, I was a little apprehensive. No need to be with these fabulous guides. They make sure everyone is safe and having fun! There was not a single dull moment. I cannot recommend enough! Worth every penny! Shout out to Franklin, Antonio, Michael, and the rest of our crew today! Pura Vida!

An amazing experience. Well worth the trip. So glad we did this experience. Best zip line experience I’ve had. Beautiful scenery and amazing crew. Guides explained plants and animals long the way. The dinner after was delicious!! Definitely a must do!

Excellent Tour

We had 4 people in our group on this tour. I just have to say that the tour and especially the guides were beyond amazing. We had done many other tours throughout Costa Rica, but this one definitely was top-tier!!! The tour included the Jeep ride up the mountain, hiking & zip line within the rainforest, rappel down small cliff, Zippel (zip line & rappel combo), Waterfall rappel & jump, Tarzan swing, then ended with a super delicious traditional Costa Rican meal cooked by one of the guides wives. Altogether tour took about 6 hour & totally worth every dime!!! Bernal, Keylor and Byron worked as a team. Bernal was the main guide who also spoke great English. Keylor was our “paparazzi” as they called it, took tons of photos along the entire tour. Byron was there to make sure we remained safe through the tour. All 3 guides were Knowledgeable, efficient and of course funny. They truly made this tour a superb experience for us. I did fine. Some parts were a little nerve provoking but the tour guides remain calm and I felt safe the entire time. I suggest being a bit in shape as some parts of the tour require extensive climbing and walking along side narrow cliffs. All in all, we rate this tour 10 out 10! If you are in the manual Antonio area you don’t want to miss out on this phenomenal experience :)

Fantastic family fun!

This was an excellent adventure for our family! The guides were knowledgeable about the area and entertaining. The hike between zip lines was challenging at times, but the guides were phenomenal at pacing the group to keep us moving, yet let us rest when needed. Safety was top notch and the snack and lunch provided were delicious!!
