Amazing place, animals well looked after, staff friendly and very knowledgeable. Everything flowed, no waiting around. Plenty to do. We went just for half day tour which we thought was enough for us

Fun with information

Great to see the animals. There were really interesting talks given on snakes, crocs, cassowaries and koalas with plenty of tome to wander around and see other animals. The tour bus was on time for pick up and return. A really enjoyable afternoon.

Croctastic

Absolutely fantastic experience. Crocodiles everywhere! There were other animals to see as well. Learnt a lot about crocodiles; tour guides within Hartley’s were experienced and shared a lot of information. It was fascinating

Excellent tour

The beautiful drive to Hartleys, seeing the Koalas, Kangaroos, and crocodiles up close. I enjoyed the crocodile feeding show and the stories of how they ended up at Hartleys.

Amazing day

Was collected by Beaches Meet & Greet for transfer on time from my hotel. I never usually give 5 stars but I had an amazing day saw all I wanted to see arrived about 1.30 pm in time to get a picture with a koala before the snake show then a quick wander round before the crocodile Attack show then a cruise round the lagoon to see how croc feed. A totally amazing afternoon would recommend

Entertaining

This experience was well run and communication was great. Bus was lovely and comfortable and Hartleys was worth the visit

Croc Farm

Hartley’s is OK if your into crocodiles - but you don’t need a full day there, 12 onwards is perfect unless you have smaller children you need a little more time The shows were good and the staff were very knowledgeable The highlight of the day was getting to taste crocodile meat (you pay for that, it’s in the kiosk section)

Exciting, awesome and entertaining

As close as we hope to ever get to real reptiles! The croc feedimg show is amazing and the kids were entertained throughout the entire demonstration.

Exciting.

The best part was watching the crocs jump out of the water to grab the dangling food, and the croc attack show, where a trainer spent 30 minutes teasing a croc and putting himself up as bait.

Amazing crocs

Our favourite part of the day was definitely the 3pm croc attack show. The keeper was very informative (and brave!) she did a great job. So many crocs to look at, just amazing creatures

Not great

Not that much to do, missed out on some activities such as the feeding show since the tour only arrives around 1pm. For the same price would rather do an island day trip.

Fun day for a family

The staffs were very enthusiastic and the shows were good 👍 Highly recommend to families with children.

Best half day experience we have had in a long time!

This was simply an unforgettable half day. The boat trip, croc and snake shows, crocs, snakes, koalas, kangaroos, cassowaries and the really friendly, knowledgeable and entertaining staff made it a treat. Recommended to us by a ranger further south when I asked where we should see crocs. Just awesome!

THE BEST!!

Wow wow wow! This was by far the best animal experience Place we have been to. Everything was just amazing, educational and just breathtaking seeing them so active. So well organised as well.

Never smile at a crocodile

What amazing creatures the crocodiles are and we were certainly entertained and informed by the funny and witty staff that perform shows and boat tours there. Our friendly coach driver gave us some interesting facts about the area, so thank you all for a great experience

Great family experience

Highlight of our trip to Cairns. All the family had a great day. Picked up from hotel on time by very friendly driver Robert. All the exhibits were very good and great presentation by all the handlers. Highly recommend.

Awesome fun at Hartleys

Had a great time at Hartleys! Definitely do the cruise, stay and watch the croc show at 3pm and have a photo with baby croc. Closest thing to a dinosaur!!

one of the beat attractions we went took was Hartleys croc farm enjoyed the day out there I recommend this place

Get close to a salty

Want to see saltwater crocodiles and not be eaten by one? This is the place. Yes, the crocs are enticed to the surface by feeding, but it is quite an experience to see them.

Half day is too long for...

Half day is too long for this. We end up with sitting there doing nothing waiting for pick up for an hour and half.

Perfectly timed and very educational

Great day out getting introduced to all the local animals. Fantastic talks and shows (snake, crocodile attack, cassowary feeding and koala talk). Transport was on time in both directions and was accompanied with entertaining commentary. Recommend for an afternoon tour in Cairns, especially if you’re coming in the morning and don’t want to waste a day not having a tour.

Hartleys Croc Park

Awesome day out with so much to see and do. Croc Attack show was the highlight of the day but enjoyed the whole park.

Lagoon cruise was amazing! We loved seeing the crocodiles in action. All the shows are interesting and a must see.

Crocodile Thunder

Without a doubt the boat tour - it was sensational seeing these majestic creatures in their habitat behaving the way you would expect attacking their prey. Second was the crocodile attack show as for a moment I thought the handler was in grave danger then again they are so experienced. All the shows were interesting and informative. The only drawback was not having enough time to watch the snake show to its completion as I had to go for the boat tour which started at 2.30pm. Everything is excellent from the shows, tours, food and gift shop. Staff were very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Would definitely go again if I venture to CAIRNS again.

Good value

Very organised and professional. Pleasant driver with good commentary. Not too much, some drivers talk way too much and about themselves.

Great 1/2 day

Croc show is great & holding the koalas, snake show interesting wish you could hold a wombat staff are friendly & food ok too.

We had a blast.

This place was fun. We had a great time and the staff were entertaining and helpful. Definitely recommend going to this place with children. Holding a python was a highlight of our trip. Worth a visit to this amazing park.

Fabulous

Picked up on time in an airconditioned bus. The driver was very knowledgeable which is always good. Enjoyed Hartley’s Crocodile Adventure, could see all the animals in their enclosures. The Croc Attack Show was amazing. Picked up at the end of the day on time. Would highly recommend this tour.

Croc show petting zoo

Being able to touch and pet Kangaroos and Koalas was a great added experience. Very interesting croc show with tons of great information. Loved it.

Must do while in Cairns.

Amazing day out. Wildlife encounter was the best we have see to date... must watch the croc attack and snake shows. Farm tour is a must for those looking at how crocs are farmed. It is hot... so don't forget to take some water and sunscreen (there is a Cafe and food shop)

A great half day tour definitely recommended

Fantastic half day tour. Plenty of time to see the park, watch the crock attack show, go on the boat. Easy to get pics with baby croc and Koala and at reasonable prices. The bus driver was great and informative along the way up and back.

Loved the demonstration of the crocodile death role, the show was spectacular. The staff very informative. Great to see a Cassowary

Great day out

Great day out. Lots to see, great shows, good trip up and back in a comfy air conditioned bus. Driver was great and had good knowledge of the area and wildlife. Good for kids. Highly recommend.

Interesting informative day out

All aspects of the tour lots of very interesting information. Great shows on crocodiles and snakes. Brilliant bost ride with funny jokes.
