Deceptive Description

I do NOT recommend this excursion if you have trouble walking uphill and tons of steps. The walk to the waterfall is not for the faint of heart. It took 40 minutes to get to the waterfall. Spent more time getting there than actually enjoying it once we got to the top. Anthony and Richard were extremely helpful and polite. Do NOT take this excursion if you don’t know how to swim.

Fun times sliding and jumping!

The driver picked us up perfectly on time, engaged with us and answered many questions on the hour long drive, the waterfalls were beautiful and thrilling, and the guides were so fun!

Increíble !!!

Such a great experience. We were a group of six, Andy and his team were very accommodating!! We all had a blast! Driver allowed us to DJ which made ride to and from great. Assistant provided us with refreshing drinks as well. Waterfalls and hike were awesome!! Natural water slides and jumps to get your heart pumping. Def something I recommend and will do again if I had the chance.

Lots of fun!

My boyfriend and I had so much fun doing the waterfall tour. Being picked up from our airbnb in Cabarete made the day so easy. The meal you go to after is very good! Rose is amazing and gave us lots of good info about the DR history on our drive. Highly recommend booking with Anddy, great service and lots of fun.

Great experience from working with Anddy to book the 27 Waterfalls tour, to Mariano who drove our family there and back, all was handled perfectly. Highly recommend.

Great day canyoning

Great day in this magnificent canyon immersed in the jungle. Course made with my son of 11 years. Completely adapted. Turquoise water, some nice jumps. We also feel that we could organize some slides, we should check if there is enough bottom and that the currents at the exit are not too constraining. Organized in the form of an eco-tourism model, it is a whole community that we make live. We feel this atmosphere.

Very disappointed.

The organizers cancelled on us the day before and Its been almost a month and we have not received our refund. Very disappointed.

Poor communication over transportation.

Very poor communication over transportation. Last minute had to walk 15 minutes to a pick up. Had to find tour operator myself for ride.

Reliable and great experience

Great driver and tour, safe and trustworthy. Anddy will sort everything out and he’s very reliable. Not to mention it was a smooth transaction.

Best experience we’ve ever done!

This was a fantastic excursion!! We booked it ahead of departing for our trip (which had its pros and cons, if we’d waited we could have gotten more for less through the resort) but we decided to stick with this one and we’re blown away! We woke up sick on the day we were supposed to go and they allowed us to change days 20 minutes before our pickup time! The waterfalls themselves were great, as were the stops at the shops and coffee/chocolate producer!

Best experience of our cruise

My family of four did 12 of the 27 waterfalls and had such a phenomenal time. Both my 8 and 10-year-old children were able to participate and loved it! The water was beautiful and cool, but not freezing. The tour guides were knowledgable, safe and friendly. The highest jumped was around 25 feet and was exhilarating.

Amazing Adventure

Elvis, our tour coordinator and his son provided an outstanding excursion. They provided personal photographs and videos to capture every moment. A great Caribbean meal with Rum and Coke. A stop at a local gift shop that offered unique products made by local people along with learning how cigars are made. The only thing that was a little confusing was finding Elvis and his van. Once off the ship, we had to ask many people where we could find our tour guide. We needed to walk off the property of Carnival, which was secure and gated. Once we were along the road behind Carnival's property, we found Elvis waiting for us holding a sign with our name. This tour offered so much more than booking the same excursion through Carnival. Personal attention with a private tour. Thank you, Elvis, for a fantastic experience in the beautiful Dominican Republic.

27 Waterfalls

Oh my God this was one of the most wonderful experiences. The island is beautiful and our tour guide Anderson at Andy tours was gracious very well spoken and precise. We felt welcomed not pressure and had a great time, will definitely recommend everyone to utilize Andy tours on the Amber Coast. We also booked with a couple of other tour guides and did not receive the level of service that we did with this company. This company went above and beyond to leave a lasting impression on their clientele. Definitely deserved a five-star, will continue to use their service the next time we are in the Dominican Republic.

painful airbnb for owners or landlords

painful for the landlords even proving that the check in was done with the document of the client who booked a shared room by mistake, he said that we had not attended to him and they penalized me by paying for a hotel. ole your fucks...! They are scoundrels because it works for them to scam owners who go through the hoops of their corrupt policies without question. It doesn't happen to me a second time! My friend told me what was going to happen to me and she was right because it is more difficult to configure booking but much better... and I should have listened to her from the beginning.
