Relaxing

The meatloaf and apple strudel were very Taste. The gentleman who played the accordion 🪗 really got the other attendees stinging right before we were ready to dock boat again.

A boring cruise

Not what we expected...the first hour we went through a lock then turned around and came back through the lock. The second hour was more what we wanted to see. The driver took us to the boat and made us wait until a huge group of tourists got in line which we did not think was fair. We got a seat on top and there were no announcements about anything. No narration and the music was provided by one man playing an accordion. The dinner was ok but nothing special. This boat trip was a waste of money and time.

Just okay!

It was just okay. Time had changed so it was dark from the beginning of the tour. LIGHTS were pretty. Food was okay, drinks were okay.

Brilliant

The scenery and going under Charles bridge was really nice. The food was good. and proposing to my now fiancé

One not to miss

Transfer from my hotel went to plan with return waiting when we came back. Content of the cruise took in plenty of sights during sunset which was beautiful. The music was fine. Mostly British cover versions with a guitar. Nice boat with retractable roof. Food traditional with lots of hot options. Could have been hotter but no big deal. Entry drink was only a shot of something which we refused so chose small draught beers at Around £2 each. Drinks had table service and food was queue up buffet but food didn’t run out so shouldn’t need to panic. My wife and I would really recommend.

Worth to go

Nice cruise for affordable money. Loads of food to choose from. Would like to have an option to choose from alcoholic and non alcoholic welcome drink. Good service on boat. Also nice to see Prague lighted up at night.

Prague Buffet Dinner Cruise with Music including Hotel Transport

I have always had problems with other trips with other companies in the past, The drive turn up on time, when we arrived at the riverside the driver got out and queued up with us to make sure we got on the right boat, he also was waiting when we got back which was fantastic . The trip was good, food was OK and the staff were very friendly and I would book again if I every come back to Prague

The lights of this city!!

I did not realize there was hotel pick up so I can't review that. The food was pretty good and there was plenty of it. I would say the dinner cruise was half filled that allowed to easy access to great photos. A bit chilly on the top deck. Voucher did not include drinks. Service was good.

Quite boring

Little commentary. Appalling live music. Tepid food with very poor choice, and disorganised queueing so just a mad free for all rush. Expensive and limited drinks menu. 20 mins there and 20mins back stuck at the lock i long queue of tour boats

<p>This was a total rip off!! The tour was awful! We had to wait 30 min . to board, while they cleaned and took out garbage. We had to go through a boat to get to our boat. The boat we went through was beautifully set up with table cloths, wine glasses, place settings.<br/> We boarded our boat. Nothing was set up. It was cold empty tables with nothing on them. We sat with other people we didn't know at our table. The server said she couldn't do separate bills, even though we didn't know the people at our table. The food was awful, the people running it were awful. The room we were in on the boat was awful. It was ugly, it was hot. I don't know what the food was.<br/> Totally unappetizing. When I went on top to get some air, I noticed the boat was parked. So it went for awhile then parked.<br/> There was absolutely no commentary about what the heck we looking at. Couldn't wait to get off.!!!!</p>

First they Said 1 hour bus trip with the aircondition bus without aircondition . er got 30 min the food was no good and the boet went up and down the same place 3 times. the whole thing is too earn as much as possible I did not like it

Dinner Cruise

The food on the dinner cruise was disappointing. There was no organization when it was time to eat. To many people rushing in without knowing where the beginning of the line started. The rbening sites from the boat were beautiful.

Prague at night

Cruise was great. Seeing Prague at night from the water was a different experience especially compared to walking over Charles Bridge and thru old town with thousands of my closest friends. Great picture opportunities from the boat. The welcome drink was not much ( tasted like Fireball liquor) but alcohol selections were good. Most surprising was that the food was good. We had anticipated a normal boat cruise buffet where emphasis is on sightseeing and not the food, but there was a good variety of cold and hot entries. The only complaint is that it was very disorganized. We thought they would go table to table so that there was an organized line; instead it was a mad dash by everyone which resulted in a number of folks being stuck at their tables and unable to get out with the long buffet line blocking them in. Overall, however, I would recommend this dinner cruise.

Beautiful Night in Prague

We very much enjoyed the cruise. The driver was on time picking us up from the hotel. The food was good. The ship was nice and the river at night was wonderful. The only complaint was that the buffet style meal was unorganized. They should have advised sections to go to the buffet line, but made no announcement and the lines were uncomfortable

Enjoyed!

My husband I were invited this tour by his Czech friend and could spend a nice journey. Scenes from the boat was very nice. The time at which the sun set was about 8:00p.m..So about from 7:30 to 8:30 things were covered with brilliant yellow-orange lights. It was so great! The boat went up and down the river some times, but the scenes from the boat weren't the same. It was changing with time passing by. Dishes were also great. I enjoyed some Asian cuisine, too. I want to recommend my friends who will visit Czech to join this river cruise.

Third Rate - Waste of Time and Money

The views were nice but, not worth the money. The food was the worst, I had to pay extra for wine and water. They never served coffee during dessert. The staff was nice and I realize that everyone has to make money but, the whole experience was horrible. There were to 2 barely playing music. They were more into the buffet. Skip this 3 hour cruise and maybe do a 1 hour one.

A nice evening

First off, anyone expecting a quality meal on a buffet dinner cruise has a rude awakening. I was happy that my selection that were sent to be served warm were in fact warm and those that were meant to be cool were cool. That's the best one can expect. I did not feel cramped, there was plenty of elbow room. Other than the sights lit up at night table companions and the opportunity to to meet folks from around the world was great. We booked using Viator, the local contact was Prague Bus Tours. There were a wide variety of fellow passengers, families with small children, couples, and singles. You can move from the Dinning Room to the top of the boat for great views night lights, and people watching. If you're looking for a comparison Prauge is not lite up as bright as Budapest. Judge each city on their own offerings.

<p>One of the top experiences of our weeks in central Europe. This four hour cruise had great food and a wonderful band guitar player and Sax player! Prague at night is absolutely mezmerizing!</p>

Relaxing on the River

This was a great night for my wife and myself. What can I say. The boat went quite far up river through locks and past many interesting buildings. It was fun watching locals and visitors alike enjoying themselves on the water and on the river banks. The crew were courteous and service was good. The buffet meal was very good with a nice selection of hot and cold food. The musician was good also and played a variety of different instruments well with music for all tastes. This must be a great cruise earlier or later in the year when the light is dark enough to show up the floodlit buildings. Unfortunately we were back before it was dark. A cruise worth recommending!

this was amazing, the cruise was great with the music in the background. the sights were spetacular. the staff on the cruise were really good to us. please go on this trip. it is worth the money

boring waste of time

By boat you travel 70 minutes from the starting point (approximately at the metronome) south (to approximately Vyšehrad), then back again at a considerably slower speed (including two panoramic loops at Charles Bridge), further to Karlín and then finally back to the starting point. The shuttle service from and to the hotel, which operated reliably and smoothly, was positive. Personally, I still didn't like it. First, because my fears became reality. - the music was the usual jazzy lounge-babble - the buffet was the usual food for "culinary low flyers" Most of all I didn't like it, because compared to the three hours you could see very, very little: of the three hours the ship stood 3×20 minutes in a lock. (If you sat in the interior, you only saw canal walls, if you sat outside, you almost suffocated on the exhaust stench of all waiting ships.) The 2 panorama loops at Charles Bridge were unnecessary. Because every tourist sees this panorama already on the first day while strolling. All in all this shipping is not worth its money and a boring waste of time!

The pick-up from our hotel was right...

<p>The pick-up from our hotel was right on time and ride to the pier was very pleasant. The boat, however, hosted multiple groups and felt very very full. The food itself was average, often with long queues at the buffet. Tables are for 6 people, so be prepared to sit and eat with strangers if you're a couple and hoping for a romantic dinner. Music was quite mediocre with the band playing a single song, then stopping for 15-20 before continuing. What was most frustrating is the fact that the boat had to stop several times in order to cross certain parts of the river where the water level was to be adjusted. For around 45mins we were simply staring at walls. We saw several other boats which looked nicer and more luxurious glass tops and smaller tables for two. Will not do this tour again.</p>

A delightful cruise lovely music and wonderful food with a menu variable enough for vegetarians, or others with dietary limitations! Musicians were phenomenal!

Fantastic evening

Lovely evening on the river. Choice of food was excellent, something for everyone. Entertainment was very low key but most enjoyable.

Wow

This is nothing like advertised, the boat doesn't take you anywhere to see anything, it just goes up river and turns, we went around the same bit 4 times. The electric keeps flickering on and off. The food is lovely great variety but just nothing to what we expected it to be as we booked it for my friend's birthday and I'm just so disappointed with it

<p>One of the best River cruises I have been on. Beats Paris hands down. Friendly relaxed and the all you can eat buffet was fantastic. Would recommend the evening cruise next time I would do a day cruise and maybe the Jazz cruise.</p>

<p>An excellent trip. The hotel pick up and return saved us any travel problems and we were dropped off right next to the boat. We had a complimentary drink on arrival but further drinks had to be paid for. The staff came to the table about 1/4 hou r before the trip finished. Payment could be cash or card. The buffet consisted of both hot and cold meats, salad, vegetables etc. Plenty for all guests. Several sweets were then served with cakes and fresh fruit. The music was provided by two musicians, which blended nicely with atmosphere on board. The actual cruise took us from the berth under Cech Bridge and then past Charles Bridge down as far as the other side of the Railway bridge. The best time to see the Castle is at the beginning and end of the cruise as there is a weir that the boats have to bypass through a lock which is on the castle side of the river. Transversing this can take quite some time depending on the number of other boats on the river. We went at the beginning of November and the weather was cold outside, so needed a good coat. The temperature inside was pleasant and relaxing. The tour took about three hours and the driver was waiting at the berth for our return to the hotel. <p>This was a really nice way to spend an evening. The food and service were great and the music is nice as well. The only drawback to be aware of is that in Prague the boats have to spend a good amount of time in small channels which regulate the water level and this takes up about 20 of the time. Its not so bad if you know about it up front. For me it was just unexpected and I was confused why we were sitting still in a small channel for so long. All in all this is a nice tour and worth the money. All the boats have to deal with the channel issue</p>

<p>Overall, this was a mediocre experience. There was no information provided as to the sights we were passing or why we seemed to be stationary facing a stone wall. We later discovered there are locks on the river which raise and lower the level so boats can change levels it would have been nice to know that explanation. The music was an OK New Orleans style jazz ensemble. The food was below average.<br/> Under these circumstances, it was too long. The pick up and delivery to the hotel was appreciated.</p>

<p>I am generally not the critical type but would not have taken this tour if we had known of a few issues. First, its a 3 hour boat ride but zero advance notice that 50 of the time is spent in a lock looking at stone walls. Second, dining room is exceptionally noisy and third, smoking is allowed on the top deck so for non-smokers be prepared to have just about non-stop polluted air while up on top. I love boats but could not wait to get off this one. Sorry but big thumbs down.</p>

The staff were not friendly at all.. until it came time to give tips.. Well they got none. ha ha.. next time you will think about the was you treat travellors</p>

<p>This was a relaxing cruise in a beautiful location. Unlike other dinner cruises that we have taken that feel rushed, this was a 3 hour event. We really had time to take in the sites and enjoy ourselves. The food was delicious and the services was friendly and prompt.</p>

<p>Lets start off with the bad first. From the time we got onto the ship to the time we left no one spoke a word. When it was time to go to the buffet it was a free for all no one let you know when it was open. Also as we went up the Danube River no one pointed out places of interest, total silence. You have to pay for your drinks even Soda.The entertainment was fair a couple of guys trying to sing Elvis. Not happening!! However with that said the food was excellent and they had plenty. You could eat all night long.</p>

<p>This tour is a must. the staff was friendly and accommodating. The live music was good, no mater what type of music you like.Peaceful and not loud. The food was very good, they had a cold selection of food and hot selection of food. there was many types of meat products, and some vegetarian options however Prague is know for their meats.. The welcome drink was good, nice cash bar service with good priced drinks, for being a tour. The views were great, and the atmosphere was wonderful.</p> <p>Its hard to distinguish who the driver is too pick you up, he walked right past me after waiting in front of the hotel also his van was parked around the corner of the hotel, So I had no clue on who he was., he did go to the front desk and asked them. so notify the front desk at your hotel, that a driver should be picking you up, if not he will leave the area, and you will have to flag him down...</p> <p>Note to the tour company, indicate where the boat is on the pier, so people can go there is the diver leaves.</p>

Believing we would have a romantic scenic dinner cruise after just getting engaged, and in actuality we were stuck in river traffic for full time of cruise in between two walls in a canal with no view whatsoever. By the time we got out of jam it was time to return. Don't recommend this at all and it would have been nice to have some warning of this in advance. it was an evening wasted.</p>

<p>This was a most disappointing tour. The music was a trio of old men who stood at the front of me he boat while underway and most people couldn't hear them. The food was plentiful and had very little taste except for salt. Couldn't have tell the difference between the chicken, beef and pork. All in all not very good.</p>

<p>What a lovely night! The buffet was quite good and there was plenty of food to eat...and plenty of variety. The staff were attentive and friendly! The boat was amazing... a clear canopy so that your entire view was unobstructed. The city was magical as the lights came on during our cruise and the music was delightful. It was interesting to go through the channels of the river as you passed under many of Prague's beautiful bridges. Thank you for a highlight of our trip :</p>

<p>Fantastic did this on valentines evening .picked up from hotel on time driven to the boat which was all dressed up with heart shaped balloons we got a free drink of bubbly on arrival and the ladies even got a red rose each.Food was buffet style starters and mains which was all excellent quality and they even had the chef carving a hot leg of pork.Despite some of the reviews I personally could not fault the quality or choice of the food and the staff onboard went the extra mile to make the evening one of the best nights we spent in Prague.I would certainly do this again next time we visit.</p>
