Great tour

We really enjoyed the castle tour and informative commentary by the guide. We appreciated the bus ride included in the price to take us up the hill to the castle.

It was a very interesting trip. Ross, our guide, was very clear and informative with a sense of humour.

Terrible.

I never meet the guide operator. After an hour I saw a lady I supposed was the guide and asked if she worked for viator It was her. She never contacted me. I called her several times and never answered. I bought a new tickets to enter into the castle.

Great to start learning about Prague and Czech history!!

Ross is very knowledgeable and tells great stories!! The comprehensive tour covers all the important sites with the necessary tickets! St Vitus was stunning both from the outside and inside. And knowing the history and tales enhances the experience!

Disappointing Fail

We were unable to locate the tour guide and did not get to go on this tour. Google maps took us to the wrong location and we were given no landmarks or contact information and no information to help us locate our guide (many tours have instructions to look for the Orange umbrella, etc). All we were given was an address and we are from the US and are unfamiliar with the country. Very disappointed and we paid for three tickets and don’t even know how to get a refund

Had a wonderful guide and spectacular trip. So glad i booked it! A small group and lots to see! Meet other nice folks on the tour.

Fabulous Tour

Magda was the tour guide and did a great job. She was informative and friendly and made the tour very interesting. It would have been nice to go back into the castle after the tour was over, however, the entry ticket was a single use entry, so I couldn't get back in to further explore.

Marcella was an EXCELLENT guide. She was an absolute fountain of knowledge and was so attentive to us. We learned so much. Her energy is amazing and she is so warm, pleasant, positive and upbeat!

Urgent Need for Improved Flexibility, Communication, and Customer Respect

I experienced concerning issues with this tour company, including inflexibility with minor delays and significant internal communication gaps. Their second guide was uninformed about our situation and unprofessionally equated handing us our tickets to giving them to strangers. Alarmingly, she suggested withholding our tickets if we posted a negative review. While my intention is not to disparage, I urge the company to enhance internal coordination, customer service, and respect for client transparency. I hope this feedback helps improve future customer experiences.

Just excellent

Our guide Ross was the best guide we have ever had. He was extremely knowledgeable not only about the castle but Czech history and the Czech state. He made the the tour very memorable. I highly recommend if you take this your, sake for Ross to be your guide.

Fascinating Places to See Inside

We had an excellent walking tour with Hannah who was super knowledgeable and showed us a lot in the time were with her. She was efficient and managed to get the whole group on to the tram and then quickly through the security by entering a back entrance. She certainly knows her history. Great insight as she walked us around the Castle complex, through the Vitus Cathedral and St George Chapel. The places are really fascinating and she did a great job of making them come to life. Highly recommend this tour that includes the entry tickets.

Flexible and professional

I read negative reviews about the lack of professionalism and flexibility of this tour operator, but instead my experience was super positive. We mistakenly bought tickets for the castle tour when we were already at the castle and only 15 minutes before the tour started. With a 9-month-old baby we wouldn't have had time to get to the meeting point, but with a simple phone call to Fun in Prague we immediately solved it: they gave us the guide's direct telephone number and we agreed with him on where to meet to join the group. The tour is done well, earphones to follow and the guide (Vaclav) very experienced with perfect Italian. Super recommended.

El problema que tuvimos...

El problema que tuvimos es el del lugar de reunión puesto que la indicación para el google maps nos llevo a la plaza, y era en la salida del metro, por lo que pudimos juntarnos con el grupo ya en el castillo.

Esperienza positiva

Tour molto bello con la guida Jana che ha spiegato in modo molto chiaro ed efficace le cose più importanti del complesso del castello di Praga. La cattedrale di San Vito, San Giorgio, il vicolo d'oro, il palazzo reale. E Anche una parte introduttiva avvicinandosi al castello e aspettando il cambio della guardia. Consigliato
