Great airport transfer

The driver was punctual, very friendly and the vehicle was comfortable and clean. Highly recommend Viator services.

Great service

Evidently the transportation companies policy is to pick up 3.5 hours before your departure flight but we asked for 2.5 hours before hand. It’s only a 30 minute drive to the airport. Two hours was plenty of time to check in and go through security with, plenty of time to spare.

Driver never showed

The driver never showed up, my booking was confirmed and no one showed up. I haven’t been able to get a response from anyone to get my $ back or anything. It was a horrible experience, we had to get an Uber last minute.

Easy and roomy!

Martin was the perfect host. The pick-up was smooth and the ride was informative. We were a party of 6 with backpacks, carry-on’s, and two large checked pieces. The van was the perfect size.

Great arrival transfer service!

Our driver (Petr) was waiting for us in the arrival hall with a distinctive name sign with an orange border. He graciously assisted with our baggage to his vehicle. He negotiated the busy city streets and pointed out a few sights. He again helped getting our baggage into our hotel lobby. We were very happy to have booked the transfer service to avoid uncertainties with grabbing a cab.

Late driver

The driver was 30 mins late as scheduled, unfriendly / cold attitude! The experience with this apps was bad as we had consecutively 2 bad experiences

Excellent door to door service from Prague Aurport

Our driver from Prague airport to our hotel was excellent! Perfectly on time when we arrived, even though our plane was late. The car was beautiful and clean and he was considerate and offered to take my bags for me. We had a nice conversation in the car as he pointed out sights along the way. After a long day of flying, we were so thrilled to see him waiting with my name on the card and took a collective sigh of relief. It was a small price to pay to get quickly and comfortably to our hotel. Considerably lower than all other options that were available.

Best way to get to the airport in Prague

Our driver was fantastic. Absolutely so enjoyable on the ride. He talked to us about Czech culture and other things going on in the country, showed us points-of-interest and helped us so much with our bags. He was awesome and on time..dressed well. Absolutely so worth it.

Service with a smile, very professional and safe driver who helped us through the airport and delivered us to our hotel. Spoke good English as well, which was a relief after such a long flight.

Stay away!

Booked and paid for my transfer June 13, tried contacting them for 2 days before we weee to be picked up. No one would answer or reply to me. Ended up having to get a taco and it cost a fortune!

Are Negative Stars Possible?

Well, it’s tough to review when the driver never showed up and leaving us stranded. The operator has yet to respond Still waiting to hear if I will get refunded.

Great service

The driver was there on time waiting with a name sign and helped us with the luggage . Trip was pleasant and good and arrived at the hotel where he again helped with the luggage . The bottles of water and the maps as well as the small guide were a great touch. I would recommend this service

Driver was a no show

Tried to get hold of the company the day before to tell them we needed a 5 am pickup. No answer. Waited outside until 5:15 no one showed up. Had to take a taxi to the airport. I want my money back. A total ripoff.

Taking me away from Prague

My driver came to take me to the airport at 3:30am so that alone gains him 5 stars. He was prompt, a safe driver, and kind during my sad drive to the airport that was taking me away from the beautiful city of Prague.

Nice reliable transfer

Our driver sent us a message before we arrived and was waiting for us. The car was very comfortable with bottling water. The driver was very professional and gave many recommendations. Iit was a nice welcome experience.

Never Showed

Do not use this company! They never showed up to take us to the airport. Tried multiple times calling all 3 phone numbers listed on the reservation details, 2 numbers- no one answered and there was no way to leave a message; the 3rd number was disconnected. You're better off calling a cab.

Great service. Called me to make sure I was ok, as the flight was delayed. They were very patient that way. The driver was very polite and the car quite comfortable.

Too early

Gave my friend a heart attack, when the front desk called at 3:18 am to say that our transfer had arrived and was waiting. He was supposed to pick us up at 6:45 am. Needles to say we sent him away until the correct time, but our sleep was disturbed big time by the scare that we had overslept and his poor driver left home a 2:30 am. This error by the company was a major inconvenience for both us the passengers, & the driver. :(

We arrived at Prague airport and while we were waiting for our baggage the driver text to say he was there in the arrivals lounge. Nice guy who pointed out different landmarks to us. Would us3 this company again.

Pickup at Prague Airport

Although I thought I properly completed the online form for pickup at the airport to take me to my hotel and despite it saying it was an arrival transfer, somehow the driver through it was from the hotel to the airport. However by calling the number on the voucher, the problem was quickly resolved and the driver came within 30 minutes.

I booked for a 3am...

I booked for a 3am departure time and was confirmed, but the driver did not show up, we ended up calling for a taxi instead. We got a text at 4 am, when we were already at the airport that the driver has arrived to pick us up. I did not get a refund. Not a good service, I would not recommend it.

Useless

If I could rate it a 0 I would. We had pre paid for this at least 7 days before we were due to be collected for departure transfer. I was informed by Viator I needed to contact the company to arrange my collection time. I spent all week, and my weekend away on holiday, trying to get in contact with the company and I just had no luck. When it was time to go the taxi never shown up resulting in me having to ring to arrange my own taxi to go to the airport last minute. They never attempted to contact me or anything. I am beyond disappointed and will never be using again.

Fast and on time

Great experience! We weren’t sure if an hour would be long enough to get through customs but it only took us ten minutes! The driver was right there waiting for us and we had a speedy and friendly drive to our hotel. Thank you!

Arrival Pickup

I booked the transfer 3 hours before I arrived at Prague airport. On arrival the driver met us and showed us to his vehicle which was very clean and tidy. The driver pointed out landmarks and points of intrest on the way to the hotel and explained the best way to get around Prague. An excellent service from start to finish. We would definitely use the service again.
