Excellent service. Very good communication - pick up easy and driver extremely polite and helpful. Informed by text that the driver had arrived for our pick up and they both escorted us to our hotel and carried cases. Free walking tour included which was a lovely bonus .

I have to say that this pick up and transfer to our hotel was absolutely fantastic. The chauffeur was polite and helpful, very professional and the vehicle was extremely clean.We were taken to our destination in a timely and safe manner.

Careful with booking amendment!

Super easy booking, cheaper than most and reliable. Pick up guys excellent, helpful and transport are excellent and comfortable. However, amendment to return transfer time have been confirmed on email but not adhered to. Still have to get picked up on the pre booked time. When we got in touch with booking, we were told they never got request for booking amendment.

Defo worth booking

This is worth doing, you can get a tram and a bus to prague for much cheaper but its a lot of messing about especially on your return trip when you are tired from all the walking! They got my dates and times wrong to start so do check the email is correct at the start!

Met on time at the airport - clear name board as we went through arrivals. Smart clean vehicle, dropped outside hotel. Timing of return flexible for us. Again on time, with text alert driver had arrived. Good professional service.

The driver was waiting for us as we exited the baggage area into the arrivals hall. We shared the transport with two other couples and we were the 2nd to be dropped off. The driver drove extremely carefully and was very polite and helpful. Highly recommended service

Efficient and Comfortable

We booked a shared transfer, which meant we waited about 20 minutes for 2 other parties from the same plane as ours to make it through customs and immigration. No problem, as we expected it. On the return, it was just us, so was a very quick transfer. Driver was waiting for us both times. Only downside is that we were transferred to the airport an hour before check in for our flight. We did not know any better, so went along with the 3.5 hours before our flight pick-up. That had us at the airport 3 hours before our flight, when check-in did not open until 2 hours. So, you might want to request a different time for your return transfer.

Overall good

My only issue is with our arrival - taxi driver was on time, very polite, however we then had to wait over an hour for another passenger as the non-eu passport queue was snaking through the airport. He was very apologetic and visibly frustrated by the long wait, surely there is a way around this? I don't mind waiting but over an hour is ridiculous. Pick up on our way back was perfect. It was the same driver and he was early ! Perfect.

Perfect

Driver was waiting for us with name on a board even though plane was delayed. Transfer into Prague was comfortable and quick. Pick up on return was on time and again trip was comfortable and quick, all for a very reasonable price.

Couldn't fault them even if I wanted to. Drivers were prompt, polite and friendly. I received emails with status updates and text messages to inform me the cars had arrived outside, but the drivers still came into to look for us anyway. I would quite happily use this service again.

Excellent service. Both trips I received texts stating ride had arrived but no one there! But did arrive a few minutes later. They should probably wait to send text to avoid those few minutes of anxiety. Great drivers.

Received a text as soon as we arrived in Prague telling me that our driver was waiting. Excellent service. Although we'd booked a shared shuttle, we had private transfers for both. Excellent value for money, would recommend.

Chauffeur driven

To be honest, I just wanted a cheap and effective means of getting to and from an airport that I knew nothing about in a city I had never visited and with the probability that my flight would be delayed. I arrived an hour late (thank you Wizz Air). First thing that happened on turning on my phone was a text message confirming my driver was waiting for me and there standing at the gate was George, dressed in a suit with my name on the board and smiling. He was polite and enthusiastic, friendly and engaging and everything I needed. I honestly couldn't believe the high standard of the car and even a bottle of water offered for our journey. My trip was shared with another couple but George was precise (and correct) on the travel details and within 30 minutes I was safely at my hotel. The return trip was just as efficient and pleasant. Text messages inc one apologising for being 15 minutes late, efficient and polite and this time a car to myself. Traffic is an issue but I do think the 3 hours ahead of flight is a little much to be taken out to the airport (may be negotiable) but I completely commend this company on the basis of my experience. Back in Prage? I will use this company without doubt

Great service, just what we needed.

Great service when we arrived, the driver was waiting for us. Going home a bit too early for the pick up as we arrived over an hour before we could check in and the flight delay meant we waited four hours before take off.

Excellent Service and price

This is an excellent service and I wish it was available at other airports. The driver monitored the flight arrival schedule and was standing outside of customs as directed with our names on a placard. On the day of our departure he arrived on schedule. I would recommend this service to anyone when visiting Prague.

Ponctual, polite and good humour

Our driver was there at the airport waiting for us. The mini van was A1 and very clean. We dropped off a family and were at our hotel in speed time. He gave us info for the return trip home and a booklet/coupon for sightseeing. Highly recommend.

Good transport, decent service

The car arrived on time both ways (to/from airport). The driver on the way was really nice and friendly. For some reason the driver on the way back got annoyed that one of us needed to sit in the front passenger seat with him and was rude the entire time. Great company and service but need friendlier drivers!

First class service !!

I cannot praise this company high enough. Wonderful service from the minute we arrived at the airport until we were picked up for the return journey. Our drivers were very kind and courteous and the transport was very clean and comfortable. Reassuring that they also sent us a text to say that the driver was waiting for us. The price was amazing and we even had a free walking tour and guide book thrown in. Very highly recommended

Got me where I needed to be but...

I will start by saying the service on the outbound journey was excellent. I received a text message saying my driver was waiting on arrival at the airport and was greeted by a very friendly and professional driver. The return journey had more of an issue. The company had sent an email before my travels with the time i would be collected and did not ask for any response confirming (only if I needed to change the times). On the day I waited until 40 minutes after the collection time and the driver still hadn't arrive forcing me to contact the booking company. Eventually it was arranged and a driver arrived an hour after originally planned. No explanation was given as to why I hadn't been collected on time. The driver who did arrive was again professional and courtuous however this didn't really make up for the fact I had been left concerned about getting to the airport in time for my flight if they hadn't arrived.

Efficientb and reliable

Amazed at efficiency of the Shared Service received in Prague. Would recommend to anyone visiting Prague and need transfer from Airport and back.

Terrible return trip to the airport

Our pick-up from the airport was great. The gentleman was very professional, kind & was waiting for us when we arrived. Our return trip was terrible from the beginning. As soon as we walked up to the driver he told us that we were supposed to be downstairs 20 minutes before the pick up time. I told him that I was never told that; only the pick up time. He stated that the pick up time is the orientation time and said that five other customers were waiting in the bus. He then walked out of the hotel without us. After we were in the bus he had begun again to tell me about the 20 minute rule and it is always told to everyone. I reminded him that I was not told and was not lying. At the airport I informed him that I had booked through Trip Advisor and showed him not only what the description was on the app, but my last message with the supplier telling me what time to be downstairs. There was nothing about a 20 minute rule. The pick up time was 10:50 and we walked out of the hotel at 10:54. I told him that he had stressed us out because of his treatment and attitude towards us. I was there with my two children. We did not receive an apology. Instead he informed that if we had booked directly through his company then we would have been informed. He then told me to write to the company to tell them that I wasn’t informed and that he will write too. He didn’t seem to understand that it was not my fault nor was it my duty to contact the company about their internal rules and making sure that all chauffeurs follow them. I would think that the most important rule would be to provide a pleasant and comfortable ride to all customers. Not to talk down to them in front of hotel staff and other customers in the bus. An apology for his treatment would have been appreciated.

Transfer Prag airport to hotel and back

the Welcome in the airport was OK. You just have to find out your name at one of the many boards when exiting the arrival hall. Put your glasses... The waiting time till every peoples stated on the board arrived was around 15 min. Nothing to complain. The return to the airport was bothersome as the driver forgot to pick us up despite the agreement when arriving at the hotel. After 35 min waiting on the agreed location ( outside on the road ), i had to call England ( +44 number ) to explain the situation. A car with a driver arrived 15 min. later. The reactivity of Viator was excellent.

Failed Pickup

Got into Prague around 11:38. Our scheduled arrival time was 11:30. We taxied for 30 minutes, and it took about 20 minutes to get our bag and go through customs. In the details for the purchase, it says a driver will be waiting outside of customs for an hour after your arrival time (11:38). We got out around 12:30 and nobody was waiting for us. We attempted to contact the company via phone and email. I did not receive a response until 15:30, by which time we had already taxied to the hotel. It’s been two days and I have yet to get a second response about a refund, or the status of our departure pickup. I understand mistakes happen, but the company’s ability to make amends thus far are non existent.

To and from transport in a strange country must be reliable since delays damage the holiday experience. Transport to and from Prague airport was efficiently and professionally done. We can recommend this company.

Fantastic!

Gwen arrived at the Prague we went to pick up our luggage. Then walked outside and the driver was there waiting for us. He spoke English very well. He was very personable. We very much enjoyed our ride into our hotel. The van was very clean. It seated all 7 of us very comfortablely. Our return transfer was just as wonderful as our ride into Prague. Great service despite almost 2hour flight delay

We arrived in Prague almost 2 hours late due to a flight delay and also this was in the middle of the night. After a little worry as to where our transfer driver was, after waiting for 15 minutes or so our driver arrived and we had a private transfer to our hotel. The ride was very comfortable. Our driver wasn’t particularly chatty but it was around 1am. He gave us a free map and a guide to Prague which we used throughout our entire stay to explore the city and it was very useful. On the return journey our driver arrived on time and was very friendly and gave us a bottle of water each which we really appreciated due to the very hot weather. Again a comfortable journey to the airport, although the air circulation in the back was limited and we were relieved for the water given to us during the journey. Overall would definitely book again and recommend.

Avoid

Do not use this company avoid like the plague transport didn’t show up although we had pre paid and received confirmation Contacted company Viator after waiting for an hour at the airport who said that they would ring me back but didn’t. Rang them again and was told that “they had no capacity?” So I had to get a taxi which cost a lot more. To add insult I was told that I had to contact Trip Advisor myself to get a refund.

I booked a airport transfer last minute however the shared taxi was waiting even through my flight was delayed by 40 mins and the driver was very polite and helpful, even offering us free water, maps and a voucher for a free 4 hour walking tour of the city as it was our first visit to Prague (which we took up and recommend). The return trip was also seamless and we arrived back in the airport well in time for the flight home and had plenty of time to do some duty free shopping :-)
