Prague: electric scooter & E-bike live guided tour

Horrible customer service!

Horrible customer service! We booked online for 12:30. Got a call at 12 saying they didn’t have scooters that were charged and if we come at 2:00pm. We got there at 2:00 and then they said their couldn’t accommodate our kids (the website allowed for booking for children from 0 to 17 yrs old and never anything about the fact that they did not have scooters for kids or an ebike or other alternatives in which the lids could ride with an adult). The owner was very rude when I suggested that the website should be more specific both about times (since they had us waiting around for 1.5 hrs for our scooters) and about not allowing for booking of children.

Caution: Fun ahead

Had a blast. Abdul toured us around the city. We went to Lenin Wall, and he was gracious enough to go back and get pens so we could write on the wall. At every stop, he always offered to take pictures, and they were outstanding! he knew exactly where to have a stand, how we should pose, and at one point he even took videos of the different members of our team through the park. I rode an e-scooter and it was easy to maneuver. Be careful if you aren’t 5’4” or taller. It’s impossible to get on and off if you are any shorter. At the beginning of the ride they offered us all coffee and at the end of the ride, shots of alcohol. These guys are great fun and their vehicles were quite safe. Highly recommend.

Fun experience

This was such a fun experience. Randall was a great guide with a lot of knowledge. I felt safe biking around the traffic and was able to see so much in 2 hours. Highly recommended!

We opted for a non guided e-bike tour which was perfect for us, bikes are great fun, be careful with the speed as they can reach up to 25km per hour!, saddles very hard, could really feel it next day. Staff are super helpful and informative, it's a great way to see the little streets of Prague, would highly recommend!!

Best way to see Prague!

Sebastian was the best! It was just our family so we could go at our own pace. We even got to see “the smallest house” in Prague. He knew all of the picture taking spots and his knowledge was fantastic. It was our favorite part of the weekend.

Got to be the best way to see Prague....and the most fun. We rented a trike which is easy to get the hang of. Sebastian took us to all the best places. Amazing views and a quick history of Prague in 2 hours. Very funny and knowledgeable guide. No hesitation in recommending.

Booked the bikes through Viator, great way to see the streets of Prague, we had e-bikes without a guide. Staff really friendly and informative, saddles a little hard but that's a minor thing. Would definitely recommend renting from these guys..😊

Adventurous Tour with Liza!

Our tour guide Liza was so knowledgeable, attentive and helpful. We loved the tour, it was adventurous yet safe and gave us a great snapshot understanding of this beautiful city. Highly recommend (was a nice couples activity to go as 2 people on one scooter)

Prague in 2 hrs

Great tour. Sebastian was fantastic guide! The day was quite hot, 32 C, he adjusted the tour to be in the shade as much as possible. Even our teenage kids were interested along the way.

E-bike tour in Prague

We are a family of 4 with 2 kids of 17 and 18. It is normally tough to get their attention on a guided tour. Our guide Liza has been excellent in this, but not only: very nice tour on e-bike with a few stops to see key items and take some pictures. The explanations were clear and the path with the e-bikes covered places we were not able to see before. Excellent tour overall!

Relaxing and funny tour with many landscapes

Great tour of Prague with children (7/11 years old). The guide Randall has very well explained the history of the many visited places, stopping where we could enjoy breathtaking landscapes. A fantastic way to visit the town and have fun with the children.

Amazing time— loves every second!

We did the 2 hour trike tour with Liza— sooo much fun! We highly recommend it! We did it together with our family, which included husband, wife, 14-year-old and 7 year old. Everyone had a total blast!! Our older daughter had to use an E bike, but she really had a lot of fun and both of them rated it 4 stars all around, and it really was the highlight of our trip to Prague! Highly recommend— don’t miss out!

Exploring Prague with young teenagers

I was expecting an electric scooter like the children have in the uk, however these bikes/scooters are more powerful. We also choose to take our own tour, on reflection, with young teenagers, we should have opted for a guided tour. The teens had no difficulty, or fear! However, the streets and roads in Prague were very busy (July) and I regretted not opting for a personal guide. However, I have to stress that the teenagers loved this activity, it was the highlight of their trip and they were begging to go back for more experiences! We found a hilly park, near the rental place, and they had such fun! I would definitely book these scooters again, with a guide, to help us navigate the roads and city safely. The staff at the office were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Great valuetour, just make sure you're confident on ebikes before booking or book the trikes!

We were initially assigned a couple of bicycle-style ebikes, but my wife wasn't at all confident on it, so I asked if we could swap to a trike with just me driving. Our guide, Tippy, sorted this for us and this was much appreciated by us, as it meant we could still do the tour. The tour itself was good fun and Tippy was a chirpy guy with many interesting facts to share, with a good sense of humour. He was also always offering to take photos of us all with our phone cameras, which was nice. I'd definitely recommend the tour with these guys, just be aware of the type of bike you're selecting when booking as we were lucky there was a free trike to swap us to. It's a great way to see many of the key sites in a fun way. Once again a "thumbs up" and tha ks to Tippy!

Fantastic four with Seb!

Our tour guide - Seb was fantastic! So friendly and funny the whole time and he was really interested in what we wanted to do rather than sticking to a set route. It was a really enjoyable experience and I would recommend to anyone visiting Prague as it's a great way to see such a beautiful city, 10/10

Best tour ever, with even better tourguide!

We had an amazing tour in Prague! Liza showed us around en told us some nice details about the city. Liza was very enthusiastic en knows a lot about Prague you can tell she is really in love with it!

Liza was a great tour guide! She gave us very detailed history lessons on all the places we visited. It was a great way to see areas of Prague we otherwise would not have seen. Plus, Liza was a great photographer!

Fun and unusual tour of Prague

Liza os an excellent guide with a different perspective of Prague. She made sure we were always safe on the tricycles and her photography skills also came in handy during the planned stops at amazing locations. She tailored the trip to our needs and was very informative. I would recommend her tour any day!

Prague Tour on E-Cycle

Our Tour guide Liza was amazing. She was very informative. We saw all the major spots of city. She is a professional photographer as well. She clicked many photos for us. We also drove to all the photo spots. The cycles are pretty new and we don’t have to put in many efforts to drive it. It’s easy to drive.

Awesome

We had a family day out with this company and enjoyed every second - we all had the electric bikes which made getting around Prague so easy and great fun at the same time! Liza, our guide, was a gem. So full of knowledge and lots of jokes on the side, which made ingesting the information so much easier. Some beautiful sights from different view points too. There are a few steeper hills - so if you're a bit of an adrenaline junkie like my family - you'll love whizzing down the hills toward the end of the journey (safely of course). Highly recommended 11/10!

E Bike adventure

Very friendly, efficient staff. Good quality bikes. Everything was exactly as advertised. Would recommend. For the non-guided tour, you must be confident riding a bike in a city environment whilst reading Google maps!

Although the weather was chilly out guide Sebastian took wonderful care of us. His knowledge of Prague was brilliant and he was happy to answer our questions.

Fantastic experience. Our tour guide was Tippy, he was polite, informative and generally really caring, he ensured the safety of us and even gave me his gloves because, my hands were cold! Great views and plenty of opportunity for photos. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Prague.

Euro Segway the best way to discover Prague

The guided tour was a great way to get a snapshot of all that Prague has to offer. We used the electric trikes and they were a fantastic way to get around, so much fun.Sebastian was our guide and he made the experience so special with just the right amount of commentary, history, photo opportunities, drink stops and humour. Sebastian you are the best. If you come to Prague and don't do this tour you will be missing out on a great experience and memory that will last for ever.

Trikes are fun and the guide was excellent

We used the trike scooter and they were great fun. The guides Sebastian was very informative and knowledgeable about the sites we visited and some great top tips. We also had the help of Abdul to keep us on the straight and narrow whilst in traffic and close proximity to pedestrians. Worth every penny.

Amazing

We had an amazing trike trip in Prague with our tour guide Rasho who was absolutely great from start to finish, thanks so much Rasho! We would definitely recommend this to anyone in Prague who is looking for an interesting, fun experience.

im not one for doing reviews but i have decided to do one even if its a bit late! we went on a 2hour tour of prague and it was amazing Rasho gave us loads of information and was really helpful on the day. he has so much knowledge about prague i think we could have been with him all day! we went on the trike e bikes and they were great - 100% recommend to any one!

Perfect way to see prague especially if you have mobility issues

This is the perfect way to see prague the local knowledge provided by the guide was amazing. Its a great way to orientate yourself to prague amazing views and stops. You get a glimpse into what else you might to go back to and take a longer look. I cannot recommend the tour enough my partner had a broken leg it was with pins so he cannot walk far so this electric trike was perfect for him and anyone with mobility issues. Loved it. X
