While my husband and I were confident we could have navigated the Prague public transit system, we did not want to deal with the hassle after a long flight. This was the perfect solution! Our driver was at the airport when we arrived with a legible sign and we were taken right away to our car and driven to our hotel. It made the arrival process so easy and simple! Highly recommend!

Prague airport pickup

Driver showed up in time, but not the same driver I was informed. The driver was nice, but Not be able to communicate in English speaking. We were nervous on what’s going on, till he showed up on his phone text message with our name listed. The car is aging, no air condition.

Not worth the money

I was expecting a luxury car & excellent service. Instead we got a 10 year old, brown Hyundai mini van that we had to wait 15 minutes for. No sign with our name waiting for us after 15 hrs of travel. To make it worse, the driver lied about being late. After several texts that he was "on his way", "in the hall" (when he wasn't), "just about there", the driver said he was "there the whole time" waiting outside even though we walked outside several times and saw no one with a sign with our name as promised inside the airport. Save your cash and time and grab a cab waiting outside airport hall!!

Left us high and dry with no refund

We arrived in Prague from the US and the airline made changes to our arrival flight. It arrived two hours later than the original plan. Since we were on planes and in foreign countries we were unable to text until we landed. The car service notified us that they left and would not provide a credit even after my explanation. This was insulting and beyond inconvenient. I immediately told our hotel concierge to warn people against using this company.

Within seconds from exiting the customs section of the Arrival Area, I immediately saw the driver holding out his phone with my name on it. Once my identity was established, he took charge of our luggage, and brought us to our hotel with efficiency and professionalism.

Excellent Service

Very good value for money. Our driver was waiting for us and took us straight to the car, we were at our destination in the city within 30 mins of leaving the airport. Lovely car with a courteous, helpful driver. Our return journey was great too. the driver arrived 15 mins early, and although it felt like he was taking the scenic route to the airport, we arrived there within 30 mins. Really good service and we'll definitely use them again.

Hotel Transfer

My driver Neils was waiting for me when i got off my flight. He was very courteous and friendly. He brought me straight to the door of my hotel, and as it was late at night I was glad I had a taxi booked and didn't have to be looking for transport. It was nice to be greeted by someone pleasant after a day of travelling.

Everything was good, met on time at the airport and brought to hotel. No issues for the most part, but the driver smelled of sweat really bad.
