Prague Walking Day Tour

Do this tour first!

Thoroughly enjoyed our small group tour with our guide, Sebastian. Loved that the tour was broken into 2 parts-the morning tour hit a highlight of areas in the old town and the afternoon was a tour around the Prague Castle! We were able to use our boat tour ticket on any day, so we opted to have a long lunch instead of the boat tour today. Sebastian was very informed on the history as well as a little modern twist on life in Czech Republic today. Highly recommend you start your vacation with this tour, then you will know where to go back to later!

Excellent Tour to Learn All About Prague

We spent the morning portion of our tour with Michal and the afternoon with Vlada. Both guides were very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. They made our day enjoyable. Highly recommend this tour.

Thorough tour of Prague Castle and Old Town

An absolutely jam packed tour! We met at the meeting point just at the end of Charles Bridge and began the first part of the day with Vlad who was super knowledgeable and lovely. We saw many sites and learnt so much. Vlad also gave us lots of tips and restaurant suggestions which was helpful. We then had the boat trip, it was a little underwhelming but informative, the tour could be played in 19 languages. Included was a beer or hot drinks and an ice cream or cake. We then had an hour break and source some lunch. We then met with the second guide, David, also a legend, and did the castle tour. You head to the castle on the tram and then walk all around the magnificent site. David was also really knowledgeable and I learnt a lot. All in all, the tour is really good and you see and learn a lot. I really recommend it, there is a lot of walking in one day of course.

Johana & Anel : excellent tour guides!

We did old town part of tour with Ms. Johana and Prague Castle part of the whole day tour with Ms Anel, both Johana and Anel are super knowledgeable and possess deep and wide understanding of Prague and Czech history. They are excellent orators and full of energy zeal and enthusiasm. They had answers to all our questions and were always very patient with our ignorance. They both speak excellent English. Memorable day tour of Prague

We booked the day tour which was split into 3 sections and included a boat trip. Really interesting walk around the central area with Thomas in the morning and fantastic tour of the castle with Johana in the afternoon - very knowledgeable and friendly guides. Recommend. Thank you 🙂

Amazing tour guides, would skip the boat tour.

Vladia was an amazing tour guide. He did a great job of feeling out the audience to keep the tour moving along and providing fascinating details about the history of the city while also slowing down to give people the time they needed to take in the sights. He also provided great recommendations on additional sights to see in the city and local food recommendations. David also did a brilliant job of providing interesting historical information about the castle. The only part of the tour that seemed a bit lackluster was the boat tour. This was not actually led by the tour guides but a separate company. The boat didn't go very far and didn't take you anywhere you couldn't already see from the main parts of Prague, so felt a bit unnecessary.

Wonderful day tour

Anel was a very professional guide but with a good sense of humour. We did have apprehensive thoughts about an all day tour but it is broken up by the boat cruise and lunch break. Anel was very accommodating and asked if there was any personal touches we wanted and made fabulous recommendations for the city. It was brilliant to see so much of the city in one day, we can now plan the rest of visit accordingly

We started our tour in the morning with Michael and ended with Vladimir in the afternoon. My husband and I really enjoyed the fun facts, pace, and overall route this tour took us on. Both our guides were extremely friendly, insightful, and personable. Since we only stayed for the weekend, this was the perfect tour to go on to get as much info as possible about Prague. Both Michael and Vladimir were great and we learned a lot from them! Highly recommend!

Super tour all round

We spent Valentine’s Day on a full day tour. It was excellent. Vitek was our guide for the day and he was fantastic! He had great local knowledge and fluent English which made the day easy. The best part however was his excellent understanding of historical events. Which gave the tour so much more meaning. Thanks Vitek!

Eventful day in Prague

Michal and Johanna were super knowledgeable of the city, brought us to places that we wouldn't have otherwise visited! The itinerary was well timed, we saw the castle guards change shifts and the sunset ! Thanks for such an eventful day in Prague 😊

Wonderful time

We had an amazing time with Seb today, the weather did us dirty in the afternoon but we still managed to have fun and get some quality time indoors. Totally recommend their acitivities!

Excellent experience!!!

Lucie was absolutely amazing and so knowledgeable about everything. This tour was everything I hoped for and more. We saw so many interesting monuments, churches, and buildings and learned so much about the history of Prague and Czechia itself which was awesome. I thoroughly enjoyed this tour and will recommend it and Lucie to anyone who ever goes to Prague!!!

Great tour of Prague

This was a great tour, we saw so much. Seb was informative, friendly and funny! I definitely recommend this tour and if you can get Seb, you will be very satisfied. He took good care of us and added fun tidbits for even more enjoyment.

Excellent all day excursion

We toured Prague in the morning with Sebastian and the afternoon with Noah. They were both excellent, both had zin-depth knowledge of the city and its history. Very worthwhile and inclusive. (BTW, don't believe Sebastian , he is not part Pirate)

Vitek - a guide with superpowers

Booking the tour on our first day in Prague was the best decision we made. Vitek was a great guide, patient, kind, and with the superpower to walk backwards so you can hear him better while walking in the beautifull gardens. Ahoj!

Best First Day in Prague

This was the absolute best way to spend our first day in Prague. We had two amazing guides, Lucie in the morning for the Charles Bridge, Old Town and Jewish Quarter, and Vitek in the afternoon for the Prague Castle portion of the tour. In between we had a small boat tour of the river and a beautiful canal. They both Lucie and Vitek were personal, knowledgeable and a delight to tour with.

Great tour of beautiful Prague

Today was our first day in Prague. We took One Day See-it-All Prague Tour with River Boat cruise. Amazing tour of absolutely stunning city! Great appreciation to our tour guide Vladimir Koval who was very knowledgeable and helpful during all tour and even had sent us a list of recommendations how to navigate our stay in Prague and places to visit outside the city. Definitely will recommend this tour!

Very exciting experience!

The first half of the Tour in the morning was with Guide Noe and the second half was with Anel . Both Guides did an excellent Job and let us feel, that Prague is an very imposant and exciting City. We were there for the first time and were on our first day on the Tour, which was a good idea. So we could explore the City on pur own the next day.

Would recommend!

I toured the city without a guide for the first day i was here because i scheduled the guide the second day. Would recommend the first day guide so you have an idea of how the city is laid out. Annel was very knowledgeable and made sure the whole group was there. She answered all my questions and gave great recommendations

Informational and fun!

Vladimir is a very enthusiastic guide, bringing us through nooks and crannies (or so it felt) I wouldn't have dared venture alone, and sharing interesting nuggets along the way. I'd highly recommend!

Had a great day with Anel our tour guide.

We started our day on Charles bridge and from there we went to the old town and Jewish quarter and finished in the old town square in the morning . Anel was very friendly and knowledgeable and got to know us well during the day . In the afternoon we had a boat tour and then we spent the afternoon at Prague castle. We did around 18000 steps , so not good if you have any mobility issues. It was a great way to get to know the history of Prague and get to know the city . Would recommend .

A great all day experience. A walking tour around the old town with guide Michal, followed by a boat trip, then a castle tour with Vitek. Both guides were very knowledgeable, also giving other recommendations. Highly recommended.

Prague. A dream

Europe was a dream my wife and I had woven for years. And when it happened, Prague took our breath away, thanks to this group's guided tour. Our guide Adela made us walk a lot in the heat but her smile and her knowledge of everything around took all the pain away. The city is so beautiful, the tour is so beautifully planned. And Adela was excellent. Any fan of Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, we are sure Laila was modelled on her. 5 stars to the company and extra 5 for Adela. Our next part of the tour, the castle part, was done by Anel. She was another sweetheart. Really interactive, absolute livewire. Love and hugs to these two for making our trip even better than we imagined

Perfect one day visit to Orague

I visited Prague with my niece . It was a gift for her graduatuon. We loved both the morning tour with IVAN10 and the castle tour with ANEL. Both very kind and knowledgeable, they answered to my 1000 questione. Highly raccomended

Compete overview of the heart or Prague

Very knowledgeable guide Vitus , had a nice group of people, walking was not hard , it is a beautiful city, the boat tour which is not done by the tour company but they do arrange the tickets, the boat company seemed a bit disorganized but maybe because it was lunch time . The boat tour part did allow a break to sit once on the boat and gave nice views , there is an audio guide for that part. Great weather of the castle and gardens , well worth it

I enjoyed every part of it and the two guides were great, each in his own way: Jochim augmented the tour with his own family narrative, and Yvan was very friendly and interested not only to give us informations about the city but also to get to know us and learn more about our own country and history. I was very happy with this tour and will certainly recommend Pragueway Tours to my friends!

Great tour

Johana and Vitus were awesome tour guides! It was really nice walking around Prague with a tour guide to really get to know the culture and history around all of the pretty views, buildings, and art!

Overall, a very good tour. The tour allowed us to see all of the city's important sights and provide us with lots of interesting information. My tour guide Elisabeth was very friendly and knowledgeable.
