A fantastic present!

This was just a fabulous present! We enjoyed a wonderful trio, on sax, contrabass and drums, great energy. Truly good! The food was nice, the scenery splendid and the service very friendly. Yes, we would very much recommend this if you are a jazz lover!

Comfortable, enjoyable, classy, well paced. 10/10 would recommend

The live jazz was very enjoyable- they played inside but you can still hear them on the upper deck. The inside of the lower deck is very nice, the food was good, and the waiters attentive. The boat went nice and slow so I did not have a problem with motion sickness. The ride was 2.5 hours, which is longer than the quick rides I saw everywhere else. The upper deck has a roof so you are not exposed. Because the boat was not full (or perhaps they always do this) after dinner we were able to go up to the top deck and get better views. I would definitely recommend this tour and would do it again.

A Wonderful Experience

The entire experience was well organized. Food was delicious. Staff was attentive and kind. The musicians were wonderful and kept the crowd entertained and engaged. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Great experience

Would recommend sitting outside. Great views, and the live jazz is so much better than the other boats that blast party music yet no one seems to enjoy it. The desserts weren’t that great but I’d recommend the trialing.

Once in a lifetime!

They were very accommodating. I bought the ticket for the wrong day because it auto populated instead of giving me the date request. However, I was able to get message by the tour guide where it was brought to my attention that I picked the wrong day. Customer Service wasn’t very helpful on Viator’s end, But the two guy is the one that made the trip so special for me. They were able to honor my request and allow me to go with all my friends that I traveled with And no extra charge. After bringing that to the attention of the customer service rep, they were able to change it for me. This was an amazing experience that I will never forget. I highly recommend it to anyone coming to Prague.

Brilliant!

Was not sure prior to the trip what standard of music or food to expect. All was excellent. The food, though fairly simple, was of good quality and well presented by friendly staff. My friend’s request for a gluten free meal was met completely. The music was of a very high standard provided by vocalist Veronika and her accompanying guitarist and saxophonist. A thoroughly enjoyable evening with the backdrop of beautiful Prague.

Little Gem of a Trip

Band were wonderful. Such a lovely evening and the food was delicious too. You seriously won’t be disappointed. A great evening and would thoroughly recommend!

Avoid the crowds and large boats. Go on this more intimate and personal Jazz boat tour. I have been on many river cruises throughout my travel. This dinner cruise was a great combination of Jazz entertainment, dinner and cruising the river to see the beautiful sights. Great value. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Jazz, Fantastic views, great afternoon chill.

Fantastic cruise. We did a 4.30 pm cruise on a Sunday afternoon. The boat is small and intimate. Very clean, toilets are very good for a boat. The 3 musicians were great, playing 3 sets of music. We didn’t have the dinner, but instead ordered an antipasta and nachos to share. Very decent servings. We saw others having their 3 course meal, and they looked good as well. You could buy wine by the glass, and had a good selection. If you wanted to go up on deck to take photos or listen to the jazz up there, you could. Great views along the river, and they travelled under most of the bridges, did slow circles, so people could take great photos of the various landmarks. Travelled through one of the lockes, so got to see a bit further up the river. Highly recommend.

We had a very nice evening. Meal was excellent and the music and staff were great. You could go to the upper deck if you wanted to. Was a full bar available and a really easy ride on the river!

Wonderful Jazz Dinner Boat

Great experience. Nice meal and wonderful music. It seemed Iike a good amount of time. The singer seemed a bit irritated that everyone wasn’t listening while she sang but it is probably cultural differences. It was a 5 out of 5 that I would do again.

Great atmosphere, great drinks and great music! Well worth trying out! We didn't try the food but it also looked great!

Great trip for jazz lovers

I would definitely recommend this trip I received a message earlier in the day asking if we would like to move to the top deck as the weather was so lovely which we did On arrival we were directed to our table and offered blankets just in case it got chilly. The food was very tasty. Just a small issue with the main course being cold which was rectified straight away The views are amazing! The atmosphere was great. The Jazz trio were excellent and played a number of sets. In fact we later went below deck to watch them and eat our desserts The staff were very good - I would highly recommend the trip if you’re a jazz lover 🎶

It is a lovely lazy cruise

Exactly what it says on the tin, lovely views of Prague whilst a brilliant jazz band play their music. We didn’t have a meal so can’t comment on the food but the drinks were nice and the staff very friendly, if you enjoy jazz and want to see some sights this is perfect.

Warm Boat Trip

Excellent peaceful scenic evening, and to anyone doing this in April, the boat is enclosed and warm !! Only improvement would have been a jazz singer.

Amazing evening tonight. We were miming and arguing about booking this but I am so pleased that we did. Thank you so much for a great evening. Great staff, great band and great food. We had a great night. The staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help us. Would definitely book this again

Closed air boat

I think the issue was for me that the jazz was in a closed air space so you didn't relaly get much of a boat experience, and to be honest Prague isn't that great to look at from a boat at night

Fantastic!

A group of us went on the Jazz Boat cruise on Thursday 4th April. Unfortunately, it was a very wet evening and the taxi driver took some of us to the wrong Quay. (3 instead of 18) However, the Jazz Boat waited for the rest of the family. The lovely man waiting for us at the quay came out with an umbrella to escort us on to the boat and took our wet jackets to dry them out. Everyone was so nice and considerate. The cruise itself was a small one and was just terrific . 2 and a half hours of excellent music. Just wonderful. Food and drink prices were good too. We had a great evening. Thank you. I would definitely recommend this cruise.

Wonderful jazz cruise

The music started as soon as the boat pulled away from the dock. Good variety of songs and eras. At the end the band invited people to get up and dance.

Recommended, note that every evening it's a different band, different instruments.

One of the best experiences of our whole trip, excellent music and nice food, didnt buy the whole meal and a plate of cheeses with wine was perfect.

Lovely Evening

This was a fantastic experience; the boat was easy to find. The musicians were very talented and the ambiance on the boat was lovely. We had the fish menu, which we enjoyed! Overall, really glad we did this!

Good night out

Pleasant evening. The waiter service was excellent. We had the vegetarian option which was lovely although could have been warmer. The jazz was performed by three really good musicians. A little loud in a small area. Overall a great evening.

Jazz cruise exceeds expectations

Excellent music from a very engaging jazz trio. To be honest, we weren’t expecting fantastic food but the meal was really very good and the drinks reasonably priced. It’s quite magical going down the river with all the buildings lit up. A good night.

Excellent Food, Wine and Beer, Good Views of this Iconic City, and Great Music

Memorable evening. The information in advance and the ticketing system was excellent and worked well. It’s a long way if you walk, number 18 of the river boat docks, so allow enough time. Great food and service. The quality of the (healthy) food and the cooking was very good, and the wine and beer were outstanding. The waiters did a superb job, they worked very quickly and efficiently to deliver top level service. Amazing views. The jazz was very good, the musicians very talented and the vocalist had just the right low key resonance. The keyboards sounded great, and the guitar was hitting the spot right through the evening. A saxophone would have made it even better. Some of the numbers were original compositions, I’d have loved to hear even more about the creation and meaning of those pieces. My partner would have preferred more traditional, ‘dinner jazz’ type music, Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong, for example. We were seated directly opposite the band and the brilliant drummer was a good few decibels too loud for us to really 100% enjoy the evening. I know drum kits don’t come with a volume control, but maybe he can beat those skins a bit less vigorously? This isn’t a large concert hall, it’s a small boat. We’d love your amazing rhythms even more. A really great evening, floating down the Vltava with the iconic buildings, hills and statues on either side, listening to good music with great food and service. Not cheap, but worth it.

Great option for a nice evening in Prague

It was an amazing experience. We went with my 11 years old son and he loved all of it! Great atmosphere, nice food, attractive band. Would recommend!

A great evenings experience. Food, drinks and entertainment first class. On the outside, it looked a little tardy, but inside was well presented, clean, very comfortable and we were amazed.

Night of Jazz

We had a very enjoyable time on the Jazz Boat. Musicians were great! Food was good and a variety of drinks were available. The cruise is very relaxing as you cruise down the Vltava River listening to great music and passing by Pragues beautiful landmarks.

Family visit to Prague

A lovely way to end a long day. The music was very relaxing and the food was amazing. I would definitely recommend this excursion.

Beautiful, amazing, romantic!

An amazing and beautiful experience that I highly recommend to all couples visiting Prague! I was told that a river boat tour was a must when coming to Prague but this experience was far better than I could have asked for. The band were fantastic! They played so beautifully and we were both mesmerised. Felt very romantic and scenic, we adored the whole trip. We didn’t originally plan on getting food so only bought tickets for the seating only however we soon got food envy when the meals started to arrive so opted for the meat and cheese board and wow! It did not disappoint! An amazing experience and I couldn’t recommend this enough to anyone for a love of live music and a truly unique experience!

Plunge into another world created by the organizers for a moment

We really liked the atmosphere that the organizer managed to create. We had a very good time. It was as if I had been transported to a slightly different world. And the food there was also very tasty. And they communicated very politely. They also have nice staff :-)

Go, you won't be disappointed

Nearly didn't go as we were so tired from walking all day, but it was our last night so decided to go for it. So glad we did it was a fabulous evening. Elena and her two fellow musicians were great, so friendly and the atmosphere was really intimate and cosy. Food was served to perfection and was a lot better than we thought it might be being on a small boat. Thoroughly recommend, go and you won't be disappointed. Would go again if we go back to Prague.

Music was amazing

The jazz band were amazing and so was the food. A great ambience. We unfortunately had a rowdy group on our boat which was a shame because we couldn’t hear the music over their talking. Otherwise it was 10/10

Just amazing

Breath taking!! Such a gorgeous evening spent on the Jazz Boat, we would 100% recommend anyone visiting Prague to go and listen to the amazing Jazz Band whilst watching the sights go by!! The food was lovely too and great service, staff were friendly and happy to help xx
