When we travel to new cities, we always hire a personal guide to provide historical and cultural backstories to the usual and unusual highlights that each city has to offer. Recently in Prague, we were fortunate to be guided by Sarka through the Jewish Quarter and old city. Not only did she provide us with an incredible amount of information and history, but she also took us to several restaurants that we never would have found on our own. Sarka is a wonderful guide -- and person! She is very knowledgeable, personable, and flexible. Communication before the tour was timely, clear and thorough. During the tour (two 1/2 days -- definitely a good way to take a whole day tour), her knowledge and personality shine. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Sarka. Outstanding, amazing, and will absolutely use again

I cannot even begin to rate our guide, Lenka, highly enough. She deserves the highest possible rating for going so far and beyond expectations: 1) She made sure our three kids were engaged during our tours. She brought coloring books and markers for them, created interactive activities for them related to our sightseeing, even brought snacks! We were absolutely FLOORED by the level of consideration she showed our kids! 2) Lenka went far beyond what we expected, and made our experience truly unique. She managed to get us "extras" at every turn (a private tour of the Grandhotel Pupp, including a visit to the Presidential Suite!). I've done many tours, group and private, and none compare to the level of service Lenka delivered. 3) Lenka was knowledgable on so many topics, and if ever we stumped her, she was sure to find the answer and get back to us! She is truly dedicated to her craft, and it's clearly she has a passion for sharing culture, history, food, and all aspects of travel.

Wonderful guide and tour

We had the best time with our guide, Marek. We spent five hours seeing the best of Prague. We met the guide at our hotel and discussed our must see sites. The tour was tailored for us. The company was very easy to communicate with through email. Highly recommend.

Take a stroll down history lane :)

This is an excellent tour! It gives you the full architectural picture and history of Prague especially around the castle area! Take a stroll in the beautiful and luscious gardens of the Prague castle and small palaces surrounding it! My guide Betty was wonderful and really knowledgeable about all the history! She even took the time to show me the less touristy area surrounding the Prague castle and we happened to discover beautiful alleys, which makes it even great for taking pictures! I totally recommend this tour and Betty as the guide! She is the best!

See the soul of Prague.

Life, and your trip to Prague, is too short to waste your time on commercial overpriced tour companies that will only show you the McD version of what life has to offer you. Treat yourself to a guide who knows and loves the city and can take you of the standard routes and show you the soul of the city. (And guess what, you still get to see the highlights) On top of that, had some great overall conversations about life, art, philosophy etc. Had a marvelous time in Prague thanks to Sarka! Secret tip: ask her what the acoustics are like in a church, and you will get a private concert.

Art & Architecture served up in style

We had a great 6 hours with Martin, who showed us the most important buildings indicative of Gothic, Baroque, Art Nouveau, Neo Classical, etc. and took us under the City to see 11th century foundations which were built over after a major flood decimated parts of the City in the 12th century. We got to see contemporary art as well, including a wonderful stop at glass blowers par excellent Preciosa's flagship store, where a senior crystal expert explained in great detail the history and the science. Our guide Martin with his organic chemistry background was able to add some interesting facts to the Preciosa ones! We also learned a good deal about local garnet and moldavite, which came in handy at the end of our trip when we invested in fine jewelry.

A+, Top Shelf, Best in Class Tour!

My 16 year old daughter and I toured with Jana and Personal Prague Guides, and it was clearly the highlight of our trip to magical Prague. Our guide was educated in Prague and France, and very knowledgeable about the history and architecture of the many castles, churches and ancient buildings in this amazing city. Perfectly fluent in English, our guide created a custom itinerary based on our interests, and was perfect in the execution of the tour. We would definitely tour with Jana's team in the future!!!

Отлично провели время в Праге. Благодаря очень хорошему гиду - Любе Балловой. Поездку планировали заранее. С Любой связались и договорились об индивидуальной экскурсии. Мы были семьёй 5 человек. Попросили учесть нюанс - мама по состоянию здоровья не может долго ходить пешком без отдыха. И Люба очень удачно спланировала наш экскурсионный день. Комфортно было всем. Увидели за день все главные достопримечательности Праги. Люба уделила нам максимум времени и внимания. Рассказала много интересных фактов и историй. И всё это было очень интересно, легко воспринималось и с хорошим чувством юмора) Поэтому атмосфера нашей прогулки была очень приятной. Цена также отличная. Люба предложила нам за целый день среднюю цену 3-часовой экскурсии. Ещё раз спасибо Любе Балловой за отлично проведённое время в Праге.

Хотим выразить благодарность Веронике за проведенные экскурсии. Брали два тура - авто-пешеходная по Праге и поездка в Карловы Вары. Понравились обе экскурсии. Вероника очень знающий и образованный гид, подстраивалась под наши возможности (передвигались медленно), однако во время движения подавала нам много интересной информации не перегружая датами. Отдельное спасибо за обед в пивоварне на обратном пути в Прагу: было очень вкусно и дёшево. Вероника отвечала на любые вопросы, даже не по теме тура. Оба раза забирала нас из отеля без проблем. Тур по Праге был очень интересный, посетили все значимые места. Если хотите узнать историю Праги и окрестностей, не потратить много денег и при этом получить удовольствие от общения - рекомендуем всем Веронику Пашкову.
