The island feeling..

ile aux cerfs is a nice island with plenty of activities.. we have a nice time snorkeling, doing parasailign activities.. the food was local and delicious!! feeling the island life :D great organization !!

Incredible boat ride by benny..

Great time at ile aux cerf islan.. thanks to benny for the incredible boat ride.. pure adrenaline :D.. we saw plenty of fish during snorkeling.. Indeed magical.! local food was nice and had a couple of local drink.. again an amazing day!

Avoidable

Rude and unprofessional tour operator. Ile aux cerfs is not at all what it used to be. Really disappointed.

Great private trip..

Great organization.. our driver keshav took us on time.. we had a great time at ile aux cerfs despite it was raining. Our guide koko is a fantastics person.. the speed boat ride was amazing.. The guide prepare chicken barbecue for us. Local drinks was good especially the rum. Overall we had a nice dayy out.

Better play the money at roulette you save some time!

If u imagine a boat that is rushing to take you to places while doing other trips for others as well then this is it. Nothing that say it is included is really... everything is a joke for the money you pay and the so called services they offer... You have no water. You have no special snorkeling. They pick you up on one point and drop you off in another where you have to walk into small beach jungle so that you can reach the road. The lunch was terrible took over 1 hour to serve some chicken and we were afraid to eat the fish when we saw that there is no fridge and they keep the cut fish in the sea by the shore! Of corse there is no "wide selection" of alcohol they tried to give us beer and the children had one sprite and that's it! Simple water was absent the entire trip! On the island were there was the dinner there is no bathroom. We stayed there 4 hours while the boat was making other non private trips for other tourists - private boat tour has a new meaning and tripadvisor supports this! They shouldn't be allowed to post excursions!

Have done better trips

Pre visit comms confusing - told 7 pick up then 0845, then called at 0800 for collection. Transfer fine, met speedboat but no introduction to the driver. Quick whizz to the waterfalls, stopped very briefly as other parties had seen some monkeys. Dropped at Isle Aux Cerfs with a pick up of 1230. No sign of the boat, eventually told another one would take us for lunch. 5 min trip to lunch - which was very good. But, collection scheduled for 2 1/2 hrs later - sat on plastic chairs, very little shade or anywhere to sit out. Asked to be collected early so dropped back at the jetty by 14:30. Just not worth the money unfortunately- we have done similar trips on catamarans and thought a speed boat might be nicer. No stopping for swimming or snorkelling. One good thing was the taxi driver Roshan who was fabulous 😎

Amazing Ile aux cerf

we had a fantastic day at ile aux cerfs island. Very beautiful island with many activities. We done parasailing which was very nice. the views was amazing.. Our kids had a lots of fun swimming.. Crew was simply amazing!! The lunch was great. Great organization by the company..

Simply outstanding

We wholeheartedly recommend FreshVerde Holidays to anyone who wants an “out of this world” experience in what probably is the best part of Mauritius. Organisation and transfer were perfectly organised and on time, the boat trip was simply magical (and Blue Bay with its coral reefs is the dream for those who love snorkelling) and everyone was friendly, professional and taught us a lot about this incredible island. We’re going home knowing we couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Ein Reinfall / unverschämte Abzockerei

Das Beste war die Kommunikation mit dem Fahrer. Auch wenn er nicht um 07.00 Uhr sondern erst um 08.30 Uhr kam, die Kommunikation und auch der anschließende Transfer war gut. Das Boot war ausreichend für uns vier und die zwei "Fahrer". Kurz nach der Abfahrt kam der erste Stop: Gegen ein nicht geringes Geld, hätten wir in der Form eines Astronauten durch das Wasser waten können. Der Preis reduzierte sich zwar noch,.. aber das war nicht in unserem Focus. Nach einem kleinem Wasserfall, hielten wir im seichten Wasser zum Schnorcheln. Seitens der Guides kam der Hinweis, dass diese Stelle uninteressant sei, aber man ja mal Schnorcheln könne. Aber auf der Rückfahrt würden wir noch ein Riff anfahren, dort wären die Gegebenheiten zum Schnorcheln hervorragend. Nach dem Aufenthalt ging es zur Ile aux Cerfs. Nicht ohne auf die Möglichkeit des Paragleiten hinzuweisen, was auf Plattformen im Meer mehrfach angeboten wird. Viele Boote ankern an der Insel oder liegen im Sand. Dementsprechend viele Gäste. Touristisch sehr erschlossen, incl. Restaurant, Toiletten und Verkaufsständen. Unsere Guides fuhren mit dem Boot wieder weg, mit der Ansage uns um 13.00 Uhr abzuholen. - Was nicht geschah, sondern erst 20 Minuten später. Anschließend fuhren wir im "Schneckentempo" an einen weiteren Strand, wo das Mittagessen stattfand. Auch hier fuhren die zwei "Jungs" mit dem Boot wieder weg, auch mit dem Hinweis uns zu iner verabredten Zeit wieder abzuholen. Gleiche situation: Wir waren an der vereinabrten Stelle, ads Boot mit den zwei Guides nicht... Kamen erneut rund 20 Minuten später. Nun waren wir voller Vorfreude auf den anstehenden Schnorchelplatz gespannt... Doch das Fahrtzeil und der abschließende finale Stop war der Startplatz vom Morgen!! Auf die Frage des noch anstehenden Schnorchelganges angesprochen, kam der lapidare Satz, sie hätten kein Benzin mehr!!! Was sich durch die diveresn längeren "Privatfahrten" der Guides erklären lässt. Jedwede Diskussion und auch Reklamation mit den Guides wurde ignoriert. Das gilt allerdings auch für die unmittelbar nach dem Urlaub an den Veranstalter (Freshverde Holidays) geschriebene Reklamation. Mittlerweile sind über drei Wochen vergangen, ohne jedwede Reaktion! Eine absolute UNVERSCHÄMTHEIT!!

Perfekter Ausflug

Einfach schön und toll organisiert. Der Fahrer war pünktlich sehr freundlich. Wir hatten viel Spaß und haben wirklich viel gelernt und gesehen.kann man nur weiter empfehlen.

Cher pour ce que c’est

L’activité en soit est pas mal, mais très cher pour ce que c’est, on s’arrête 10 secondes devant la cascade, 2h sur une belle plage, et ensuite on mange sur une petite île ou 20 autres groupes mangent, un repas très peu qualitatif au vu du prix de l’excursion. Le seul point fort c’est d’être seul mais là encore j’aurais aimé pouvoir voir plus de choses. Je pense que vous pouvez trouvé mieux et/ou plus complet comme excursion au vu du prix.

+ Die Fahrer und der Skipper waren pünktlich, alles hat soweit gut geklappt + Der Wasserfall am Anfang war schön aber auch keine Sensation (nicht riesig) + Die Insel ist schön aber nicht unbedingt schöner als bestimmte andere Strände auf der Hauptinsel + Das Essen am Strand war sehr lecker und die Jungs dort gaben sich grosse Mühe und waren sehr freundlich - Wir hatten eine Privattour gebucht, ab Mittag war dann aber noch ein Paar dabei, was wir nicht okay fanden weil wir ja extra mehr bezahlt hatten, für die private Tour! - Die Insel war irgendwann sehr voll (viel mehr Leute als an jedem Strand auf der Hauptinsel) - Wir kamen um ca. 09:30 Uhr auf der Insel an, wurden sogleich von einem "Guide" in Empfang genommen, der uns verschieden sportliche Aktivitäten verkaufen wollte. Um 13 Uhr ging es weiter zum Lunch, die Zeit dazwischen scheint darauf ausgelegt, diese Aktivitäten zu buchen (kann ich auch auf der Hauptinsel, für das muss ich nicht extra auf die Ile aux Cerfs und habe ich z.T. im Resort sogar inklusive!) - Das Schnorcheln besteht im Prinzip nur darin, dass sie dir zu Beginn der Tour eine Schnorchelausrüstung mitgeben wollen (wir hatten unsere eigene). Danach ist Schnorcheln nie mehr ein Thema. Der Guide auf Ile aux Cerfs sagte uns, dass man hier "nur Sand sähe", dass man aber eine Schnorcheltour (gegen Bezahlung natürlich) buchen könne. Das hatten wir uns ganz anders vorgestellt! - Bei der Buchung konnte ich nur Erwachsene auswählen obwohl wir 2 Kinder haben und es hat sich von sich aus auch niemand gemeldet bezüglich des Transfers. Zusammenfassend kann man sagen, dass die Tour keine Vollkatastrophe war aber für uns persönlich hätte ein halber Tag gereicht und wir würden es in der Form nicht weiterempfehlen!
