Our tour guides were fun and informative we had perfect weather we seen some whales which were totally amazing, seals and dolphins the scenery in the Tasman is next to nothing I’ve seen before my family really enjoyed the experience and made our first trip to Tassie a memorable one! Highly recommend to everyone

Amazing trip must do!

A fabulous outing

We saw amazing wildlife on our trip: a massive pod of common dolphins as well as fur seals and a beautiful white breasted owl perched in a tree. The weather was amazing and the staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

The sheer rawness of the Southern Ocean and the interesting facts about the sea. Tour guides were interesting and had great sense of humour.

The scenery was spectacular and the commentary by Tom and Lily was brilliant ! I would highly recommend this tour for all who visit this magnificent area of Australia and to travel The Yellow Boat Road !

Spectacular cruise and...

AMAZING!

This is an experience not to be missed. We were lucky enough to be on the girl power boat with Lily and Jo. Lily did an excellent job of navigating the beautiful coastline of sea cliffs and caves and the exciting Southern Ocean swell. We were well looked after by deckhand Jo. Both Lily & Jo gave interesting commentary of the area and pointed out wildlife as they saw. Thanks so much and go girls!!

From being picked up in...

From being picked up in the city to being dropped off at home, the whole day was a fabulous experience. The weather was beautiful and the water, whilst a bit lumpy at times, was great fun. The island is full of history and the wombats a delight. Maria Island is a must see destination. Thanks to the staff who were all an amazing.

Rough experience

Remember the weather can totally affect your experience on an open speed boat. Several passengers were very sick with the scary waves and wind. The cliffs were stunning but I was really happy when the trip was over! The captain was really trying to make the best of a rough sailing day. I would ask about the weather conditions and only do this tour if you don’t get sea sick.

Wow what a ride!

Crew was fabulous and managed to keep their passengers safe and entertained while expertly navigating around the jaw dropping scenery. Fab morning out.

Great experience!

The views of the landscape and wildlife were exceptional! Dolphins, Australian and New Zealand fur seals (and babies) were all a plus to the strikingly beautiful scenery. The cliffs, the Tasman arch, the Totem pole and the Candlestick were amazing. A little more recent rain would have made Waterfall bay more exciting, but it was beautiful nonetheless and you can’t make it rain! The commentary throughout was excellent as well.

The tour is amazing!! The whole team makes a wonderful job. Our skipper Ben told us so much about nature and wildlife! Saw many seals, two pods of dolphins, albatross and other birds.

It was a different perspective of the coast line of Tasmania that you do not see driving around I do not want to say anything more

Don’t miss 3 hour Tasman cruise.

This trip was wonderful. To see those gorgeous cliffs from the ocean was simply majestic. The dolphins and seals were gorgeous to see too. Highly recommend since this trip is only available for 60 days of the year. Damo was a wealth of knowledge that he can’t help but impart.

Amazing tour with excellent crew. Wildlife and scenery was spectacular. Even though your in open ocean, the boat was extremely stable and made the experience very comfortable.

This trip was an tourists must do. Angie and Andrew were both so knowledgeable. The information given through every part of the trip was just brilliant.the wildlife we saw was worth the money spent. Plenty of photo opportunities.

My girlfriend and i did the morning cruise from Port Arthur, what a great experience! The scenery was truly epic, the trip was very well planned, plus we saw so many Dolphins, Seals and Birds. The whole experience was fantastic, our bus driver was excellent, the boats were very impressive, the trip was awesome, but the real standout was the staff, in particular our skipper Gary. He was passionate, happy, funny, entertaining and his commentary was so professional and informative, and he and the deckhand were at all times conscious of everyone being comfortable, safe and having a good time. Overall 5 stars

What an amazing wildlife adventure…great experience & staff

Friendly, helpful, grateful staff! Such a wonderful experience….dolphins swimming with us, 2 types of seals, incredible cliffs (with explanations) , caves ….. our 15 son didn’t lose his smile the whole time! Should have taken the ginger sea-sick preventer tablet though… was feeling a wee bit ‘ookie’ by the end of the trip!

Must do expereince

This is a must do when you are in Port Arthur - the only suggestion I would make to the operators is to install a small PA system in the boats, then you will only have one person describing the landscape and history instead of two people talking over each other. This didn't dent our experience it was still fantastic.

An incredible tour at seeing the rugged coastline on a boat that let's you see and really experience the ocean and the coastal sights from a perspective many would only see in photos. The staff were fantastic. It was a complete highlight of our one week holiday "speed-dating" Tassie.

Not to be missed. Beautiful experience with family and friends. Its worth for 2 hours and 30 mins on the boat exploring the mother nature.

The cruise ride was amazing. It was interactive ride and was done with so much patience where customers did get time to enjoy spots, click photos and enjoy the ride comfortably.

The view along the coast is amazing. We are lucky to see a group of dolphins. The guide is very informative. Everyone in the family agrees the cruise is the highlight of our TAS trip

Wilderness Adventure by sea

The Wilderness cruise was so worth the time n money. The staff were brilliant, informative, interesting and keen to help in any way. The views, sea life and ride across the waves just added to how special the day was. Recommend highly

Thrilling, amazing experience.

This was a standout of my Tasmanian holiday. Thrilling and informative with friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable staff and, most of all, the most stunning wilderness experience. We saw so many beautiful dolphins, which come up and swim with the boat. We also saw sealions and fur seals, all happy to lounge around and let us look at them! We were also incredibly lucky to see not one, but 2 humpback whales, slowly moving through with a pod of frolicking dolphins as their escorts. An albatross graced us with its presence as well, just for some good luck ;-) The boat is fast and furious, I absolutely love the rough water but those who are not as keen as me, may want to take some motion sickness medication to be on the safe side. You won't regret this 'cruise'. It is one I will remember for a long time....

Great views. Cold, windy and wet. Bring lots of layers. The tour company provides an outer layer of long slicker.

Great views and wildlife

The views of the cliffs were amazing, and we were lucky enough to see dolphins, whales, seals and an array of birds. The staff were also super friendly and very conscious to ensure everyone was comfortable. Overall an amazing trip.

Rain or shine, this tour is well worth taking!

This tour was a great experience! The views of the Tasman Peninsula and its surrounding sea cliffs were breathtaking. The weather was not the best the day we went, but the tour was still 100% worth it. I think we experienced all four seasons in the 3 hour period, but that is somewhat to be expected in Tasmania. Even in the pouring rain, the cliffs were so beautiful and our guides had some really good commentary throughout. The guides had excellent info on the wildlife and landscape, and were had some good jokes as well! A great way to see the peninsula from a different viewpoint than you would on a hike or in your car.

Not advisable, not unless you're desperate to see the cliffs from below.

WInd pounding on your face, drying it oblivion, your body is cold, sea water getting you wet. There must be a better way to see these cliffs than an open boat. Gruelling 3 hours, except when you stop at a couple of places. How about someone with money come up with a better water transport that is covered? I pity the ones that are seated at the front of the boat.

Tasman Island adventure by boat

Seeing an albatross for the first time was amazing. We also enjoyed seeing all the seals, dolphins and whales. Well worth the adventure!

Had a Whale of a time. Best Moment of our trip.

The staff were great and knowledgable. The scenery was amazing but the best thing was to see Seals and Whales. We were provided with wind and waterproof overcoats which kept us warmer. (make sure you take a warm scarf and beenie as the wind whips around your head) The boats were confortable with the ability to stand up and walk around when we were stopped for viewing and photos.

The whole cruise especially seeing the seals and whales. We saw 3 pods of whales at different times.
