A Memorable, Interactive Experience!

Diamante exceeded expectations! What a beautiful park. We had so much fun. We went with a couple families, four kids in total. I did not expect the two 4-year-olds to be able to zipline, but they weighed enough to do the two smaller ones, which was so exciting. The staff were very accommodating to the varying sizes and levels of our group, helping us during the split so the adults could do the Superman zipline, which was insane. The views were epic. After the ziplines we explored all the animal life, hung out in the ethereal butterfly enclosure, watched some sloths, got some cold drinks, and enjoyed a delicious lunch buffet with a variety of food for everyone. It was an emphatic five stars from us. We will absolutely come back again.

False info

False information. There are 3 different passes. This one here is the aerial pass, which does NOT ihnclude the crocodile bridge nor the animal sanctuary. We were kind of upset that we didn't get to do that part. This ticket was also like 15 $ more expensive than the aerial pass, so a total flop! However, the rest was fantastic. Just book at the official Eco Adventure Park website

Amazing

It was great seeing the monkeys, and other animals & most of all making coffee, chocolate & juicing sugar cane…. There was a lot of walking so be prepared for that & the bumpy ride to & from the park….

Recommend for a quick zip line thrill without too much waiting

Diamante is great- staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. 4 ziplines in total with 1 superman. They're all good and kid-friendly.

Amazing!

This was an amazing experience! First time for my husband and I zip lining. We were nervous but the staff helped us have an enjoyable experience. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and comforting. 10 out 10!! Highly recommended.

Amazing Safety

My daughter’s first time ever zip lining. I was a nervous wreck. My husband was so impressed with the amount of safety all the employees showed for every visitor. Everyone at Diamante was extremely friendly. I would recommend this experience to anyone visiting. We can’t wait to go again.

Thrilling Family Zipline Adventure

Our family recently went on a zipline tour, and it was an unforgettable experience! The thrill of flying high above the ground with breathtaking views all around was simply exhilarating. The staff were incredibly nice and ensured our safety throughout the tour. After our adventure in the air, we had the chance to see some amazing wildlife, including monkeys, crocodiles, and toucans. We highly recommend this tour for anyone seeking an exciting and unique adventure!

Superman 2.0

So much fun. So glad we decided to do it. Everyone was wonderful. Easy checking. Close to hotel. Food and drinks was a plus.

Fun zip line

We did the zip line which takes about 1.5 hours. the view is amazing. Superman zipline was special (about 1 mile long, up to 100 km/h). They will take your pictures along the way, and the price to pay to get them is not too high. However, they are very unorganized. You have to wait close to an hours until all pictures are collected from the different cameras and then you need to find your own picture. Most people, including me, just gave up. I think they are loosing a lot of money because of that

Father and son zip line!

My son and I did the zip line tour and it was awesome! Our favorite was Superman. What a RUSH! The staff could not have been kinder and more helpful. We had a great time.

Incredible experience

The zipline was incredible!! One of my favorite experiences all trip. Everyone was great at their jobs we all had fun and felt safe. Definitely not to be missed- the view is spectacular!

Fantastic experience for the whole family

We recently did the canopy tour and had a great time. One of my daughters was too small for some of the bigger zip lines around the area, so I found this option and it was perfect. Still big enough to be fun but they have the right equipment and staff to also make it a great experience for the little ones. Thanks!

Zip lines

The zip lines were so fun and all the guys who helped us were fun and fantastic. They were fast and efficient. We were first group of the day and we had no wait time. It was the best experience. My Superman zip line was the most beautiful and my favorite!!

Excellent day on the Ziplines!

This was the best money we spent on this entire trip. Do yourself a favor and do the Zipline tour. It was fantastic. The animals were nice way to end the day.

Amazing Experience!!

We did the zipline experience. We were so impressed with the professionalism of the staff and their ficus in safety and fun. The experience is truly one i will never forget!! I highly recommend it even if it is a little terrifying!

Great place! Very professional and I felt well care for and safe. The whole area was clean and all the staff were so kind! The zip line experience was phenomenal!!

An Adventure of our Lifetimes!

First of all, the challenging road to get ther was well worth the drive! All 15 of us (aged 7-74) LOVED the zipline and its amazing views. The staff was so competent that any fears we had of flying the Superman segment were allayed. Lunch was delicious with lots of choices for picky eaters. We loved the animal park especially the sloths and monkeys. Finally, we took the cultural tour with worries that our grandchildren would be bored but Kevin and his team were so engaging and entertaining that all of us enjoyed it thoroughly. Our grandkids even were able to ride a cow!!! A must see and do adventure in Costa Rica.

Fantastic experience - Superman zipline

Well organized, amazing views, speedy and ontime bus schedules, friendly staff. Superman zipline was amazing. Never done zipline before and thought we might be being too exploratory for the first time, but, the confidence the staff provided in how safe it was led us to go for it. Must do activity if you are in CR.

Incredible family experience

Cannot say enough good things. The Superman experience was the most intense zip line I have ever been on. The staff was awesome, the kids loved the animals.. massive, beautiful park.

Zip lining fun!

If you are interested in trying zip lining (& especially if staying at either Rui resort as we were) highly recommend. So fun & professional staff focused on your safety and experience. Beautiful views of forest and ocean beyond. Superman wasn’t as scary as it looks and really worth it. It also is a good half day max activity- we were scheduled for 9:45 and back at hotel by 12. Timing around weather patterns is probably key - it rained often in afternoon so I think we lucked out with our timing. Visibility great. Walked around the animal sanctuary after (the 5 zip lines finish there) and the sloths are adorable. Free shuttle back forth to Rui which was nice every half hour.

Superman experience

The Superman zip line was incredible! I will admit I was Super Nervous. The guides were super knowledgeable , calm and kind to me, that it put me at ease right away. They were sweet, show you step by step what you need to do, and they are encouraging. I have done zipline before.. but nothing compares to the views like the Diamante Superman zipline!! Amazing! Do it, you will be so happy you did.

Exciting!

It was pretty exhilarating experience. Especially the almost 1 km Superman zip line scare. My husband pretty good but in a fun way. Will definitely be back with family one day. Thank you for a fun time!

Best zipline!

These ziplines are incredible! We especially loved the superman of course. There is also a free fall jump at the end and that was the scariest part lol. Would definitely do again!

best memory making!!

The staff was so helpful and friendly. We LOVED the ziplines! Everything moved quickly and smoothly so the heat wasn't an issue. a great day, unforgettable memories for my husband and daughter and myself!

Zip lining

We had a fantastic time. Loved the zip lining and the drop zone. Walking around to see the animals. Loved being close to the sloth. Highly recommended this adventure.

Fun but short

There were a number of ziplining options within a 30-minute radius of Playa Flamingo, and it was difficult to decide which one to go to. I chose this one because a) I liked the idea of the automatic stopping mechanism, b) the Superman zipline looked cool and different from other ziplines I had done, and c) I liked the idea of doing some of the other activities at the park (although, in the end, we did not do them for personal reasons). Diamante was a very professional outfit and I had no worries about their safety protocols. If you purchase the aerial ziplining package, there are just four ziplines, three of which are done in the traditional sitting stance, and one "Superman" horizontal position. While I'm glad I did it for the sake of something new, I have to say that it was actually more difficult to take in the views from this position, as you naturally look "straight ahead" (which was down) and you want to crane your neck up and to the side to the sea. If you are too scared to do the Superman line (or have kids that are too light), you miss out on the next zipline, as well, resulting in just two ziplines. While I had a lot of fun overall, the whole experience was pretty short. If you have never been ziplining before, I think going to a canopy tour in the rainforest with more lines would be a better first-time experience.

AMAZING!

100% worth it! Views and experience were incredible. Staff were fun and supportive and friendly. We were nervous but they made it a great time. You fly through the air, and it’s extensive/lengthy enough. 4 different zip lines with the package we got and all were breathtaking.

You gotta try this........

Diamante was awesome. It's a must do when in Guanacaste area. We just wished the Superman zipline allowed you to see better when zipping across. They way you are strappped in only allows you to basically look down. But other than that it was great and highly recommended.

If you make it to Costa Rica - you need to make it to Diamante Ziplines

The grounds were beautiful, ziplines were great - the staff running the ziplines were top notch - a well oiled machine - seriously the nicest people as well. The ONLY downside was the wait for the superman - it was hot -tips for the park supervisors - put some shade, music, hydration drink, power bars and seating - for that wait, HOWEVER - I am glad I waited - it was a great experience.

Night mare super man zip lining

Was stuck in the middle of the super man zip line !! To make matters worse the employee told the other guests it was my fault for poor form . Terrible . Was not safe or professional . Don’t do it

Best Zipline experience in a long time !!!

We had a great time at the Zipline Excursions. The zipline operators were extremely friendly and hard working and made sure that a good time was had by all ! The Superman Zipline part is probably a once in a lifetime experience that can't be beat !!

I’m no Supper Man

The zip line view is amazing! When you get there they show you all the information and how to do everything. There are 5 zip lines in total with a bungee jump at the end (optional). All of them have 2 people going at the same time. The first zip line is pretty short and is really fun. After that you take a shuttle up to do the mile long “Super man” (optional). If you decide to do it you will go to another small zip line to the main cabin. If you want to skip a shuttle will come for you. Once you get to the main cabin you do another zip line to the bungee jump. Like I said the jump is optional it is 30ft high and is really fun is you like adrenaline rushes.

Incredible!

The zip line was amazing. This was my first time doing this and I felt safe and secure the entire time. The park staff were friendly and accommodating. Excellent value for the experience!

Fun zip lining!

Really surprised at how much fun the zip lining was! Our family of 6 went and everyone loved it. My 9 year old did freak out at the top, Superman zip line, but they were great and took her and I down the mountain in a car so she could finish the lower course. Roads to get there are not great.

Fun! The scenery is better than one could expect

This was my second time to visit Diamante and do the coastal zip line. The second experience was just as good as the first. The biggest compliment can and should be given to the staff— completely professional, helpful, and friendly

Diamanté zip line brake failure

Caution ⚠️ to anyone considering Diamanté zip lining - brake failure on 4th line caused me go full speed into back stop - major accident Feb 2023 resulting in damage to left leg, right ankle,back, bruising all over body due to harness and whiplash! I am still undergoing therapy due to this accident which they are now not taking any ownership of!!! Terrible management team! Example of a business not doing the right thing!!!!

If you only do one one activity off your resort, this is clearly the one to do.

The price is very reasonable. We started with the ziplines. Absolutely amazing! The animal sanctuary was very clean and there were so many animals to see. We even got to watch sloths being fed! Everyone was so nice and a shuttle runs every 20 minutes to take you back to the resort. Such an amazing day.and the views were breath taking

ZipLining!

What a great experience! Such a well run facility w professionals who explained clearly, and were so safety conscious! First time for me / husband in our 60’s! Highly recommend!!!

Excellent day in Costa Rica

Amazing time, experience was top notch and safety was fantastic. Daughter and friend were scared of heights but still able to work through the full experience, staff helped greatly. Will absolutely visit again.

OK, but not worth the price

We did the zip-line, including the superman zip-line. The view is beautiful, but I don't think it was worth the price overall. Its very short... we were done in less than an hour. It felt safe, but in hindsight the staff didn't do a great job of explaining how it works, or providing a proper debrief beforehand. The zipline operators didn't put in much effort, in terms of creating a fun environment or ensuring people have a good time. I've travelled a lot and done many adventure activities, and the staff normally try to contribute to the fun - the guys at the zipline just tried to get you gone as quickly as possible. On one zipline, they clearly made a mistake/miscalculation and I stopped way before the end. They hadn't told us what to do in these situations. They tried to throw a rope down the cord, but it was still quite far away. I had to grab the zipline above my head and pull myself down the line, which was pretty difficult as a healthy, active person in their 30's. I can't imagine how someone would fare if they were older or someone who doesn't exercise regularly. To me it was meh - I wouldn't recommend it for that price. Maybe if you do one of the combo activities which brings down the overall price... but I'd save my money and put it towards something else.

I paid us$47.00 and found out there is Not much to see. Hope you have more native birds and other native species. Have more information at hotels how to buy tickets directly from you but not by travel agent. Each agent has different prices.

Poor zip lining. Certainly not the best as claimed.

Underwhelming, overpriced, misleading to say this is the best zip lining in Costa Rica, and deceptive advertising. Aerial pass advertised as best and a 2 to 3 hour experience. Done in 45 minutes which included waiting to be fitted for equipment. A total of 4 lines and then waited for 20 minutes at the end for a bus ride back to welcome center. Better to vacation in Quepos as the zip line tours there had 11 lines, two of which were nearly a mile long. Most went through a lush forest which was far more interesting than the barren scrub brush at Diamonte. Plus a lunch was included in the price

A must do when in the area!

So much fun! We did all the zip lines. Love how you can zip line together as a couple on dual lines. The Superman zip line was incredible.

Superman Flight

The staff were very pleasant,professional and plentiful. We soared like a bird and marveled at the bus support that carried high up over the canopy.

Best Zipline (Superman)

This was by far the best Zipline I’ve been on so far and I’ve done a few in my life. Superman zip was the best. The people was so kind. Never was a fan to bungee but did the 30 ft drop and felt fine but personally I’m not a fan of bungee so no fault from this place!

Zip Line Checked Off Bucket List!

Excellent experience. While I am not a fan of heights, I did the Superman zip line and enjoyed it very much. If you can spend more time, sign up for a ticket that includes other offerings at the park. The staff was awesome!

Zip line thrills (& small zoo)

Rough roads to get there but worth it. Superman zip line was great—except when sandwiched in their harness, one cannot look up— only down or sideways. Still at 50 seconds long, and at least 80 feet above ground, it was thrilling with lovely sideways view of Pacific. Lunch was acceptable. Small zoo was sweet with 3 sloths only 20 feet away. Enjoyed the humor of Kevin teaching about coffee & chocolate harvest & preparation. Worth a whole day visit. Price quoted was $118 but cost $133 when I paid. You may only choose 1 of zip lines, or ATVs, or horse riding.
