The drivers were professional and on time. I will most definately use them again! I did not have to worry about being in a foreign county and barganing with taxis.

perfect!! Allowed me to skip the sometimes sketchy group of transport operators in the airport for my preferred choice, waiting outside. Kept up with my flight delay, gave up updates on driver location, etc. Will use again!!

Great Experience! I would definitely use this company again!

I was very satisfied with the transportation to my resort. The driver was there waiting for us as soon I exited the airport even though our flight was over 2hrs delayed. The van was air conditioned and the ride was comfortable. The driver even pointed out a Howler monkey on the way there!

Definitely peace of mind booking them!

Easy to book, easy to confirm, and with using WhatsApp we were able to send the driver our exact location to pick us up. Not only that he was there early, made sure we had our passports and even asked if we need to make any stops before heading to the airport. I personally would high recommend them!

Very prompt and professional!

Arrival to Liberia Airport was chaotic, so it was nice that the gentleman was outside, ready for us. And the drive was smooth. I would definitely use this service again, even if I would never go to that resort again!!!

Short and sweet

This was exactly what we needed - a private ride from the airport. The driver was nice but very quiet. When asked a couple of questions about where we were, he gave short answers. But he’s not a tour guide so that was fine.

Vaca getaway

It was a great experience. Weir picked up on time. Had our name Ezi transferred to secrets.. The driver was friendly, knowledgeable, and on time.

Great service for the price

Herman on the way to the resort and Elizabel on the way to the airport were fantastic! Very friendly and exactly on time. Great, safe driving. May have to know some Spanish to have a conversation, but we managed fine!

Good transportation.

Although the transportation vehicle was not a luxury van the air conditioning was on when he brought us to his vehicle. Driver very friendly and informative on our ride to resort. Took good care of us.

Confusion at airport pickup

Would have been an easier and less stressful pick-up had we known a different representative, other than our driver from Guanacaste Viajes who was not wearing a maroon T-shirts, and did not have sign with our name or knew the name of our driver. Eventually we met the driver outside the terminal, with maroon T-shirt and sign with my name. As a result we ended up tipping 2 people. Once we were on our way, Warner, the driver was friendly and took us to our resort. Great driver!

Never Showed Up

Despite bing booked a week ahead they never showed - called 4 times that morning they put me on long hold - and just kept saying driver is almost there no apologies. I had to take a taxi last minute which cost me double and had to be rushed since originally I waited 30 mins for Cancun Shuttle to show up. Will never book them again! Good luck if you use them!

Great trip to our resort!

Driver was friendly and got us to our resort quickly. Vehicle was clean and the driver was outside of the airport waiting for us.

Excellent service

I used Guanacastw Viajes for airport transportation to and from my hotel. Could not be happier. They communicated with me before each pick-up. On my return, they sent me a message telling me the driver was on the way. Clean vehicles and very personable drives. I highly recommend them.

Right on time at the airport and pick up at the hotel. Very easy to Communicate with, and backed by via for. Reconfirmed by email . Vans were clean and spacious. I would use them again.

Super convenient

Great experience! Our driver was wonderful and very friendly. On the drive to our resort, he talked about his island and how much he loved it. If we had taken the shuttle provided to us by the resort we would have arrived over an hour later. With our private transfer we we at the resort within 20 minutes after leaving customs!

Best Transport Service!!

We used them for 3 shuttle services and 1 tour. Exceptional service and very professional. They were always early / on time. Love the maroon shirts because it makes it very easy to spot them. We met 4 different employees and all were extremely friendly and great. Felt safe and secure with them. Also they have a great local reputation. The big companies like Amstar seemed to cause issues for other travelers but Guanacaste Viajes was very dependable and knowledgeable. Thank you Fabian, Aaron, Carlos and Steven.

Relaxing Vacation

Our Driver was very professional and pointed out many of the natural resourses of Costa Rica. Our Name was on the company board and he took our bags to the van and loaded and unloaded them.

Awesome drivers that were safe and on time. I even had to change my pickup time on the same day and they were able to accommodate my request with no problem! Very affordable as well

Professional transportation at a good price

Great communication from the company, and the rate was a good value compared to other transportation companies I found online. Our flight was a little delayed, but it was no issue for the driver to wait for our arrival. He was waiting outside when we arrived, as expected. Highly recommend this company for transportation from the airport.

Accurate, efficient, professional, and prompt transfer service

This was an excellent experience! The booking process was simple and efficient and the communication outstanding! I had to make changes to both transfers and the process to make changes was handled with ease. Communication was clear and accurate, driver arrival emails containing the driver name and vehicle were accurate, and drivers were efficient and courteous, I highly recommend this service and will use them next time I am in Costa Rica!

Transportation from Liberia airport to Occidental Papagayo Resort.

Thank you for being so accommodating to us. Our flight was canceled on Friday causing a delay in our trip. Thank you for not asking for additional money as we were originally sharing the ride with four other people. This was a great company and they were very punctual.

Clean & Cool

Very good service clean and good air conditioning, not very talkative however delivered on what needed. I myself gave them the wrong location however it was quickly fixed and I got right where I needed to be. Thank you for a great ride to the hotel.

Great company for transportation! Very timely, were at the airport far in advance for our pick up as well as for our return flight. Great communication also, to let us know when they arrived. Great price as well and comfortable vans.

Transfer from Liberia Airport to Secrets Papagayo in Costa Rica $50 for two with luggage

As the title says, the driver was waiting for us as we exited the airport, holding a sign with my name on it. There were no other passengers. The ride was in a clean, air-conditioned passenger van and the driver was cordial and informative.

Best shuttle place ever

This place couldn’t have given me a better experience. From the driver getting there early to drop us off at the airport and right after we called since we got into town early to pick us up from Alamo car rental. The driver was super friendly and I did all my booking through emails which I got quick responses. This place is highly recommended.
