Our driver German was extremely nice. He texted us right as we were walking out to assure we didn’t go with the wrong driver. He gave us suggestions on places to go and drove us to our hotel with no issues.

Customer Service was a 10, drivers were on time, and very helpful, I would highly recommend them , and will use them again on our next trip.

OK but...

The pickup wasn't smooth. I thought there would be a very clear sign for us but after interacting with someone I was not very confident in it worked out ok. After we eventually found Erick he was very good.

I can’t get anyone to respond to me to set up the return van. I don’t know why this was done when we were picked up but the driver didn’t know

Highly recommend for hotel shuttle service

Just like the paperwork provided stated, the gentleman was wearing the maroon shirt holding up a sign with my full name right outside the doors at the airport. he parked close and took our luggage and loaded quickly. It was nice to have a private shuttle without other people. He offered us cold bottles of water for he ride. He was quick and got us there safely. Coming back, he arrived at the hotel as stated on their paperwork and loaded up the luggage and dropped up right at the terminal for check in. Great experience.

BEST TRANSITION SERVICE

BEST transportation service I have contracted. Nice, new, clean vans. Had to leave the hotel abruptly at 10:00 pm and Carlos, our driver, graciously agreed to pick us up from the hotel and take us to the airport on Easter Sunday. Truly grateful.

Driver was on his phone the whole time , barely engaged with us ! it was hot but when we turn the Ac down ! Than we didn’t even expect a van for just the two of us .

Our driver was Aaron. He was right on time to meet us at the airport when we arrived and he had cold water for us when we entered the van. He was very pleasant and got us to our hotel safely.

Exactly as advertised, good price

We had a great drive from Liberia airport to our resort (RIU Guanacaste). The driver was easy to find, waiting for us upon arrival, and got us safe and sound to our destination. Good value for money. My husband joked with him en español throughout the drive and he gave us tips on what to see while we were on our trip.

Round trip experience

I definitely recommend this company. My Driver Aarón was on time and very helpful. Arriving to CR, I met him outside holding a sign with my name and when it was time to leave, he met me outside my hotel lobby 3 hours before my departure flight. The ride to and from the airport was smooth and the car was clean and comfortable.

Went to Costa Rica for a destination wedding.

We used this company for transportation to a hotel in Riu. Our driver was Jose Fernandes and he was awesome. He drove very safely and gave a nice history of Costa Rica which we enjoyed. He also spoke about the areas which we were passing by. Definitely recommend anyone traveling in Costa Rica to use them.

I loved our trip from airport to our destination, the driver was was waiting for us patiently very polite and friendly It was an unforgettable experience. People there very nice we felt safe all the time every where that we went.

We were there celebrating my daughters 25th BHD and my husband and I 34th Anniversary.

The resort makes sure there’s entertainment for the guest day and night. The food was good. The hospitality was amazing. Especially Joaquin from front desk and Marlene from housekeeping.
