We highly recommend this service! We had a large group of 40 people that they were able to accommodate without any problems . Transportation was fast, clean and safe. Additionally , we ended up booking this same company for multiple transfers and a day trip. They were absolutely fantastic and the price was very reasonable compared to other companies.Jacob was very responsive via email and text and answered all of our questions . They arrived constantly on time or early and were easy to locate. The entire team was very gentle!

Marvellous service

Our driver Jacob was great. He informed us when he arrived at the airport but unfortunately it took 2 hours to get through immigration. We kept in touch all the time and he was waiting patiently when we eventually got out of the airport. The drive to our hotel was very smooth as he knew the roads and avoided the pot holes. We arrived at our hotel and we're the only ones checking in so was very quick. Overall an excellent impression of Costa Rica aftera bad start going through immigration.

An awesome hot springs experience!

The tour was amazing. Andrés, our guide, was fantastic. He knew so much about the local wildlife and recommend to anyone visiting the volcanoes. 10/10 would Costa Rica. We stopped for breakfast and a buffet lunch. The hot springs were one of my favorite things about Costa Rica!

Beware! Do not use!

DO NOT USE. They canceled on us 1 day before leaving us scrambling to find an alternative for 10 people! This was booked 2 months in advance. They gave no reason for the cancellation. It is the cheapest for a reason I suppose, should have known better!
