Best floating club

Best floating beach club I’ve been to. Hopefully I’ll come back one day really enjoyed it. Music and food was great and best pizza in Thailand

Just ok

It was boring. The DJ played the same boring house music for the entire time. Like you have international guest like change up the music for the love of God. Food was tolerable their appetizer dishes were better than the main course dishes so skip that. Overall a blah experience u can skip wont miss anything.

Nice place, awful people

An experience, for sure. The drinks, food, service, and facility was great. The other guests were pretty terrible. There were roving gangs of 6+ Arab and Indian men getting wasted, not handling it well, and sexually harassing the few women on board. These same people treated the staff very poorly, testing their patience and degrading everyone's experience. I don't know how to address the issue other than maybe requiring a 50/50 distribution of men and women. I know that I definitely won't be back. It was essentially paying to hang out with the worst people on the planet.

Must have!

Absolutely breathtaking. Had an amazing ceaser salad and a refreshing mock tail. Enjoyed the scenery and the pool water temperature was just perfect

Trip was bangers won't lie. Highly recommend, good party experience, the food and drinks were also really good. Worth the price.

Yona beach is where it's at! Amazing day!

We ended up having an amazing time at Yona! It was a bit chaotic to start with but the manager was great at making personal contact to resolve the issue. The site it self is stunning! The most beautiful surroundings. The food and drinks actually exceeded our expectations and the credits that we got with booking a cabana actually served us really well! The pool, the people, the vibe were just remarkable! A MUST for anyone visiting Phuket! I cannot wait to return! Thank you for making our experience fabulous!

Such a vibe. If you love beach clubs this is one for the books. Recommend getting cabana on the 2nd level for great people watching

Excellent

Really great experience. We booked day tickets without seating, there are tables and other areas where u can chill with a drink. Food and drinks prices were reasonable considering. Had the best day and would defo recommend anybody thinking of booking to got for it as you won’t be disappointed.

Incredible experience

It’s been an amazing trip! Yona beach club is spectacular from the staff to the view. Would recommend to anyone who wants to top off their time in Phuket with a bang!

The staff was very nice and helpful not just for Yona but the whole island of Phuket, wish everywhere in Thailand is like YONA

Amazing scenery, well organised throughout. Service was impeccable. Food and drink was lovely. Glad I experienced it.

Very crowded but fun

Yona Beach Club is VERY crowded even on a Monday. Everyone saw the IG ad like you did, haha. To make sure you have a seat, BOOK A TABLE otherwise you hover around the few tall tables by the pool all day. They have speed boat transport that gets you on & off the boat from the pier every so often (maybe 30 mins, I’m not sure of the interval) but I was definitely wondering how that worked if anyone’s curious. They only played house music and I wish there was more variation. Had fun though!

Quite simply awful

Myself and my friend booked to visit yona beach and I cannot stress how underwhelmed we both were by the visit. The pictures online sell you a dream and it is simply not lived up to. We arrived at the jetty and were greeted by two friendly staff who searched our bag and checked us in. We were served a complimentary drink to start which was nice. The shuttle bus over was fine too. Upon stepping foot onto the boat, we have no positive words to say. The staff have no basic manners and should not be working in the hospitality industry. Be warned, that unless you pay for the pool beds etc, you will probably be stood up all day. Staff seemed very disinterested in us and were not helpful with any of our questions. We wanted to sit and eat lunch and were told the lunch area was only available for 90 minutes. We thought this was fine and reasonable. After 15 minutes at the table, we were asked to leave. The waiter then refused to serve us drinks at the table. Granted, we probably weren’t spending as much money as some other patrons, however it was not a cheap experience and one would expect to be served with some level of respect. We love a pool party, beach club, etc. and this was definitely a club vibe which was great, however we were unable to enjoy it because of how terrible the rest of our experience was. The pool was packed like sardines in a can; probably not the cleanest place to be. 10/10 would not recommend.

Great vibes, great staff, great day. Would highly recommend to anyone staying the Patong. The food was lovely and cabana is fantastic

Yona beach club was an experience

Did this as a family. Basically a nightclub in the harbour. You pay a price and like all these types of things you then get a credit against food and drinks. Seats and loungers are set around a central pool and it’s all well thought out. I did note previous comments regarding safety and slipping and this still appears to be a risk here. The top pool area will spill out into the deck of the sea isn’t calm. Food and drink, service was great. The boat out to and back from the beach club could be better.

Sales hassling

It's is our 4th visit to Thailand and this visit was mainly to try Yona beach club. We booked our flight on May there was availability on their shuttle but after confirming flights there was no availability so we changed our flight times to be in April also there was availability when we start booking there wasn't availability 😞 so we text them to try to find a pool bed or beach bed which costs 13,500THB and explained for them what happened they replied that they can provide us a pool bed but we have to buy champagne with 10,000 THB additional fees when we informed them that we don't like champagne they offered us to book the pool bed for 30,000 THB 😏 Which let us feel that it's a kind of discrimination to book for clients who pay more only which is not acceptable

Wonderful experience

Really enjoyed the experience with everything that the package is offering. It was pleasant stay with great drinks and service was on point.

Amazing day!

A great experience! Make sure you reserve a month ahead otherwise there is literally nowhere to seat. If you go on the day pass only make sure you only bring suntan lotion and you glasses there is no storage place anywhere, and you can’t set it nowhere. Also if you try to upgrade once you are there to a sea bed or pool bed or cabana they will upcharge you 300% cause you have to get bottle service. Don’t get fooled. Insist to speak to a manager and have them only charge the price of the bed. Other than that the place is a blast!!!!!!

Worth every penny

Incredible experience. Felt safe and comfortable. Great music, great drinks, delicious food (especially the sushi). Gorgeous views.

The greatest beach club I’ve ever been to

Absolutely one of my favourite days in Phuket so far! Staff are very quick and very helpful and friendly. Atmosphere and vibes were just incredible. Reasonably priced food and drinks. Music was 10/10. Just a very overwhelming experience. Definitely recommend.

Once in a life time experience

The food and service were amazing. Their staff was attentive and everyone appeared to be having a great time. My cousin and I visited Yona Beach Club on our trip to Phuket. It was one of the highlights on our trip. We went together but left with new friends. The food and drinks were plentiful and delicious. I thought that the experience was somewhat pricey but worth it.

10/10 boat party

Very stylish boat party. One of the best I’ve been to. We pre booked from the UK and booked a cabana on the upper floor with £1000 THB wristband to share between 4 people. That was enough for us for drinks but we didn’t order any food. They play house music and some old classic pop so if your into that definitely book on.

Terrible

I paid with Viator and when I got to the gates the staff said I’d cancelled even though I hadn’t, the money was out of my bank and I had the e-ticket on my phone so I had to pay a second time there and then as my friends were waiting for me on the boat, I haven’t had a refund and no one has been in contact, to say I am upset with this service is an understatement!

Amazing beach club and really good value, 10/10 would really recommend. We had a day pass and they give you a seat in the restaurant for the first 2 hrs when you arrive to get some food. Then we went and sat in the pool near the back of the boat.

Is “an experience worth your personal sefety”

We recently did the Yona beach club but we left with a very bitter taste in our mouths after our experience. The first part was great. Took a lot of time to get service as the bartenders were focused on the Russian tourists who were spending a lot of money despite us having a designated hostess for our kabana. Drinks are super expensive and so is the food so the included credits don’t last long. We didn’t drink much and only had a cheese board and still had a AUD$700 bill. Music was not very loud at the beginning and everyone just stayed in the designated areas just looking at each other. SAFETY ALERT- the decking boards are so slippery when they get wet there were a lot of falls. Stone cold sober I slid down stairs, my partner also stacked it with a decent elbow wound and grazes to his back. More importantly, a guest in front of us slipped hit his head on stairs and became unresponsive with no pulse. I am an experienced Emergency Nurse and my friend an experience ICU Nurse. 3 rounds of CPR were administered and we got him back. We asked several times for a defibrillator in line with Basic Life Support and no one knew what we were talking about or where it was. We asked for an immediate medi vac for this guy for urgent medical attention. A shuttle boat was organised to take him ashore and not sure if he ended up in hospital or not. At the end of the night I asked the manager about the about access to the defibrillator and the urgent need for staff training. I was told the defibrillator was locked away in the captain’s quarters. My partner was being harassed by one of the waitstaff to move away and get off the boat. I had to respectfully ask the staff member to move away and not get involved and he kicked up further to the point the manager had to ask him to leave. That night I emailed Yona executive about the incident and was assured measures were being taken like extra defoliators were being order to be put on the main deck and wholeheartedly hope this happens. However, in this email we were told this gentleman “fainted” and was fine and although our response was appreciated, was not necessary. Basic life support tracing states if you start chest compressions and rescue breaths and the patient doesn’t respond, you keep going until they become responsive. This was completely passing the buck and reliability for this company. My friend “ICU nurse” has also emailed them twice about safety issues and has still not received a response. They are dodging this issue as a legal liability and will be ensuring that minimum safety standards are met for all patrons as the staff don’t seem to care. My advice is travel with caution on Yona

UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE!!

This is the BEST beach club experience ever!!! The ambiance, music (exceptional DJ Kai), delicious food (Michelin star quality), great staff and TOP HOST, Pierre, made it an unforgettable experience for us. We were in Phuket celebrating our participation to the Phuket 5’s Football Tournament and what a way to end that weekend. Amazing value for money and it exceeded my expectations! Can’t wait to go back or try any other Yona beach clubs that will hopefully open up elsewhere. Am a fan 🤩🤩🤩!!
