An amazing experience with family and friends!

We’re are a group of 10+ with young kids, so safety is our utmost concern. Sufficient coaches were assigned to take care of our group to ensure all kids are well taken care of. One of our kids got scared when he got to the highest point and want to withdraw, coaches were experienced in handling the situation and eventually all of us were about to finish the entire ride. It was truly an amazing experience for us. While all the coaches were great, Ericsson looked after our group well. It is arguably the best and safest zip line park in Phuket!

Worth the Visit

Views were amazing, zip lines were fun and filled me with adrenaline. Roller was fast and entertaining. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys nature and loves excitement.

Safe and well orginized

We took plan c+ . 1 adult 2 children age 6 and 8 at 13 oclock . Didnt notice it was only 3 zip line. It was to hot to do the sky walker. The roller was good. But very safe and well orginized

Overrated, not worth it

Not worth it The activities are overrated There is no air conditioning area They do not have the courtesy to offer water When we finished the zip-line we were left for 15 minutes no one is talking to us until i talked to the manager and he had to instruct people to tKe us to rollercoaster, apparently they forgot us When we finish our ride is not ready and he were parked in the heat and humidity for more than one hour and the manager respond when asked, i do not have an answer when the car is coming it is not our responsibility we only call the company So i paid extra 1,400 to be parked for one hour in humidity and hot weather They are definitely not organizer or property managed

Thrilling experience 👍

This place was so much fun!! A must visit when you're in Phuket. Our family of 5 had a wonderful time going through the courses. Blue & Joker and the rest of the team were so friendly, funny and helpful!! Even though you’re completely safe, it’s still a bit scary jumping off the platforms for the zip lines. We had an absolute blast 👍👍👍

Exhilarating Adrenaline-inducing Activities

As an adrenaline junkie, this was the best set of activities ever. Very friendly staff. Had such a blast. The zipline, roller and skywalk are the best. Not only that, but Hanuman World is such a beautiful place. The scenery alone is worth it, let alone the actual activities. Would 100% recommend. It's a must see when you come to Phuket 🇹🇭💃🏾 💃🏾.

Worst experience!

Worst experience! They know there were wasps but they still let people go to the skywalk. We got stung by wasps and there was no emergency response. Very thankful for the Filipinas who helped us. The company didnt want to give us refund even if we cant do the other activities anymore. They also want us to pay for a ride back to the hotel.

Worst experience. Got stung by wasps 5 times and the managers didn't even want to refund us. They even want us to pay for our return transportation. The managers didn't care about our wellbeing. They don't have any emergency/medical response. Thanks to all the Filipino staff for knowing what to do. They should have closed that section if they knew there were wasps in it. I don't recommend

Long hot wait for nothing

We arrived before 1230 for a 1 p.m. tour. 2.30 we cancelled. It is now 2.45 and the group we were with are still waiting. Clearly overbooked and understaffed. Only one person putting on the harnesses for 20 + people. Very hot, poor service from the counter staff. David the American was helpful.

Must try in Phuket

So, we did the Hanuman Zip line at Hanuman World.. it was an amazing and a must try adventure.. we did the Zip and the roller coaster ride.. it was a mind-blowing experience.. i would definitely recommend this place to each and everyone who visits Phuket along if it's for a tour visit.. I would rate 9/10 for the whole experience.. the food, the staff, the safety and the way they maintained hygiene.. Good jod the entire team ...

Wonderful experience

We didn’t have enough time because we had to go to the airport. So I was very sad thatI had to choose only 10 platforms. It was really good. Two guides (Peter and…) made us safe and fun. I wanna come again next time. Thank you.

Fun time!

Everything was amazing and very well organized. There was a bit of a wait for the roller but they gave us water and cool cloths while we waited. It was definitely worth the wait as it was a great thrill! Staff was pleasant and food was good too!

Lisa greeted us and was very accommodating. My wife and I did the zip line and roller, and both were super amazing. I would highly recommend it for the roller experience alone.
