Wonderful and recommended day trip from Phuket

This trip was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The two organizers provided clear and thoughtful information at the beginning and throughout the day, ensuring we always knew what to expect and why. Their thorough guidance helped us feel prepared and relaxed the entire time. The trip included visits to three stunning islands, two of which we explored by kayaking through numerous caves. Each pair had their own "captain" who expertly navigated the kayak, which was essential given the sharp rocks and low caves. Our captain, Golf, was exceptional. His attentiveness, quick assessment of our abilities and interests, and his ability to make the most of our time at each location truly enhanced our experience. Despite his modesty about his English, we found his language skills excellent and enjoyed the stories and personal touch he brought to our explorations. We were welcomed with a drink and snacks at the initial meeting point, followed by a light lunch and a delicious fresh dinner on the boat. The unlimited water and soft drinks throughout the trip were much appreciated, and the entire staff was incredibly accommodating and kind. The reason we picked this particular trip was because of the twilight kayaking to see the plankton light up at night. This was a great addition to the trip, and while it wasn't necessarily the best part, I would always recommend it because there's no reason to miss it. It also meant that throughout the day we got to places a little later than the earlier groups, so it wasn't too crowded. The boat itself was large and spacious, featuring a sun deck and a main area that was undercover and spacious enough for everyone. This was particularly great when it was too hot or sunny to be on the sun deck. A standout feature was the provision of dry bags for the kayaks, allowing us to safely bring our phones for photos. Additionally, our guide kindly took lots of fun photos of us, which we greatly appreciated. We would absolutely recommend this trip to anyone wanting to see the Phang-Nga islands, including James Bond Island. The beautiful scenery, exceptional organization, and wonderful staff made it a highlight of our time in Phuket.

Absolutely Amazing 🤩

This trip is a MUST DO when staying in Thailand. There is not one thing I would change about our full day trip with this company and their brilliant, funny, informative, friendly, helpful staff. Each couple is assigned their own guide for when you leave the boat which makes the whole day run smoothly, Alex, Hud, Lee to name just a few were great and made the whole day one we will never forget. Food was also excellent and freshly cooked on the boat. Staff were brilliant with the kids on board and the boat was clean and a great size that you all had your own space and were not on top of each other. Highly recommend this trip to anyone. BOOK NOW

Breathtaking

An amazing adventure with this company. Well organized and informative about the national park, caves and region. Clean and spacious boat with an amazing onboard kitchen. The crew were local, friendly and genuine. The food was amazing and the local coffee they brewed for us for delicious. Busy in some areas we visited, but with the knowledge of the crew navigating the caves we felt like we were the only ones around. Being on the ocean at night with no one around is breathtaking. Shooting stars and all. Cannot recommend this company enough.

Highly recommended!!!

I searched for a long time online and I’m so glad we chose this tour. I’m convinced it’s the biggest bang for your buck. You don’t just get a taste of this beautiful area, you get your fill! The tour went from noon until 8pm exploring this beautiful area. Lots to see and do on the kayaks, plus they feed you tons of great food, and we got picked up and dropped off at our hotel. The whole experience was amazing and all the folks running this tour were fantastic!

Fantastic tour. Was a last minute decision for us and we are so glad we did it. Really well organised, well worth the money. Da was our guide had was hilarious. The sites were great and the caves also a highlight. Food onboard was delicious. Highly recommend this tour. It’s a long day, but well and truly worth it.

Best excursion in Phuket!

10/10, would highly recommend! A nice big boat with plenty shade, but also a lot of places with sun. The view during the tour is breathtakingly beautiful! The food is amazing! Lunch, coffee, dinner and plenty of drinks, even vegetarian options. All very tastful! And there are plenty fun and interesting activities. The crew is the best! Everything was well planned and good executed. They are all very kind and helpfull. They explained everything very clearly in english and german. They make good jokes and are very enthusiastic. As captain of our canoe we had Louis, he is awesome! This tour is just a full day of happines, good food and beautiful views. A day you have to experience for yourself!!

Best Tour in Khao Lak/Puketh

Everything was well planned, our guide metta was really nice and talked us through everything, she can also speak german. On the boat the guide named Alfa also did a great job, he was funny but at the same time explained everything very well. the food was amazing and we were always able to get water or softdrinks. the most important part is the very nice and funny crew. Those men earn the most respect, because they are guiding you on the kayak and show you around, everything while making you feel like you are family to them. totally would recommend. 👍🏽

The best excursion in Thailand

One of the best activities I have done in Thailand. The hospitality was amazing the vibes were 10/10. The staff was so lovely and fun to be around they made the experience so amazing from start to finish🙏🏼It was such a good experience. Got to see planktons for the first ever time. Would recommend to all my friends and family the best time ever!

Spectacular day

Absolutely amazing experience not to be missed. The staff where so friendly and happy to help with everything. The food and kayaking 5 stars. The islands spectacular and the sunset and after dark luminescence is a once in a lifetime opportunity

A unique and memorable experience

This unique tour was an exceptional experience. It starts a bit later in the day and goes on into the night. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and dedicated to providing the best experience for their clients. They worked together like a big happy family. The excursions on the kayaks were memorable and often occurred when many of the other tours had already departed, so overcrowding wasn't an issue. The food onboard was very good and freshly prepared. The final bonus was staying until after dark to see the bioluminescence in the water. Would fully recommend.

Twilight sea canoe was one of the best days spent in Phuket! The whole crew were so friendly and fun! They all go out of their way to make sure you have the best experience and are so accomodating and helpful. My daughter and were lucky to have Done. He was great! He was so good with my daughter and the rest of my family as well , he made us laugh all day but was also very knowledgeable. My families guides were also great! Amazing day out

Absolutely the best experience…. The paddlers looked after everyone- especially as we were older and he catered for us allowing us not to have to climb many stairs etc Our little ones in the family were also very much spoilt by the attention given to them All spoke English and did all the paddling for everyone aboard The food was amazing The whole day was 100% perfect 👌

Fun tour!

Description when booking didn’t line up with the activities, but it still turned out to be a great tour. Tour guides for each kayak were very attentive and fun loving. Alirah (I think that’s his name) is the best! Great photograph-taking skills and goes the extra step to make sure you have a good time. Food on the boat was also amazing. Would recommend.

The best activity 👌

The trip was amazing, if anyone was thinking about booking this activity DO IT! The crew were amazing and so funny, they made my birthday so special too 😄 a big shout out to Al-pha he was our paddle guide, so informative friendly and funny too, and also woody who arranged it all he's the best! The bioluminescent plankton was the cherry on top so beautiful 😍

Amazing experience and fantastic tour guides

Myself and 2 friends thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The tour guides were friendly,helpful and extremely funny. The boat wasn't crowded like you normally see with other tours and everything was done for you. All canoeing into the caves were led by experienced people. We say monkeys in the caves one carrying their babies. I would definitely recommend this tour and company to anyone visiting thailand.

Best guided tour in Phuket

The whole trip was planned extremely well, with food and drink constantly available on deck. The highlights of the trip include canoeing through the caves by skillful guides (mine was Arrut) + the bioluminescent plankton experience. I can not recommend this enough. 10/10 !!!

Best for value day trip in the Kingdom

Breathtaking scenery and a realxed journey this andventure day isn't just one of the best experiences in Phuket, it is one of the best experiences on the planet! The guides are very knowledgeable and VERY funny. The pacing of the day was perfect. The boat is roomy and there was more than enough seating for everyone, unlike other day adventures I never felt "squished in". The food served was so delicious I wish I didn't have breakfast back at my resort so I could fit more in and there was more than enough food to go around, no queing up first to get a good serve. The islands and caves were like nothing I have ever seen before, no amount of perfect pictures will ever sum up how beautiful the sights on this tour are. If I only had 1 day free in Phuket I would spend it doing this trip with no regrets.

Incredible!

Such a day! It was something we’ve never experienced before. From the bat caves to the plankton sightings at night all the way to the swimming everything was incredible. Alan our guide was absolutely amazing ♥️ grateful he was our guide as he walked through history / details around every stop. I’d say the only cons to this trip was how long it ended up being..we started at 11am as pickup time and didn’t get home until 9:30pm - so definitely be mindful of this pre booking! Our driver also drove very fast to and from which was a bit concerning, but overall the pros weigh out the cons.

Incredible!

Such a great day! From the bat caves to the canoeing to the lit up plankton this tour was amazing! The staff were incredible and the food was delicious too! Only downsides this tour is VERY long 12:00-9:00 or so depending on where you are staying. Also, our driver drove very fast to and from which was a bit concerning. Otherwise all was amazing! Alan our guide was like no other guide we’ve had - thank you Alan 🤍

Fantastic experience

This was a fantastic experience, from the enthusiasm and attentiveness of the crew to the excellent food. Can't recommend it highly enough, in fact we told everyone we came into contact with during the remainder of our holiday that if they were going to do one excursion this should be it.

An Amazing and Once in a Lifetime Experience

The whole experience was amazing. The light lunch and dinner was well prepared and delicious. The experience itself was once in a lifetime. From seeing jellyfish all over, to going into caves, to hornbills, mudskippers, and even a monkey, to the bioluminescence, and just the beautiful views everywhere we looked. Nick did a good job of explaining the day and guiding the whole group. U-Sen (our guide) took care of the rest and he was amazing. From his humor the whole time to all the knowledge he shared, I’m thankful and glad we drew his name. For anyone contemplating this tour, stop and book it now because it was worth every penny and every second!

A great day out, despite the engine trouble!

The day started really well - good organisation from the staff, and they were all funny and welcoming. Unfortunately we hit a hiccup about halfway through the day when we hit a buoy in the water and it broke one of the engines. This ultimately meant that we could move slower in the water so we had to rush the plankton at the end and we were in danger of missing the transfer buses back in Phuket. They got another boat to come and get us and we moved onto it, but that should have happened earlier. We ended up getting home two hours later than planned. A shame as otherwise the day was great. - good sights and a lovely crew.

What a day

This is a brilliant day/evening out on the water, the boat set up was professionally run, with lots of staff especially Golf our canoe oarsman , the food was great, lots of space to sit. A word on the cave canoe if ur a bit claustrophobic close ur eyes the roof gets a bit close but we'll worth it. The evening canoe was AMAZING seeing the bioluminescent in the water 😍😳

Best trip ever!

Hands down, the best trip ever. I cant describe how perfect it was.The entire team was amazing, food was delicious, and none of the places we visited were crowded. Watching the sunset in the sea was another highlight of the trip.Our guide went above and beyond to show us the planktons, and we did see a lot of them. I highly recommend it.

An amazing trip

We loved our day/evening with the Twilight team. The entire crew were super knowledgable and they couldn’t do enough for us while we were on board on exploring in the canoes. They also clearly had an expert understanding of the tides/sea and amended our itinerary as the trip went on the make the best of the conditions and beat the crowds as best they could. The scenery speaks for itself - just beautiful. And the food was totally awesome!

Beautiful scenery, fun day

Fantastic scenery, the paddler was very nice. We would definitely not have been up to all the paddling ourselves. I would have given 5 stars except the tour office where we waited for the tour to begin was oppressively hot, and needed more fans

Best trip we ever had

In accordance to the trips we already had, we can clearly state, that this trip was definetly the best we ever had. The whole crew is friendly and always willing to create the best experience. Everything is organized very well, the food is more than excellent and the tour stops are literally stunning and absolutely amazing. All in all, we can 100% recommend this company and it's trip.

Highlight of our Thailand trip!

We booked through a partner agency via GetYourGuide and were not really sure what to expect. This tour exceeded all of our expectations! The crew was super helpful and caring, relaxed and funny. The stops in Phang Nga Bay were amazing and our canoe guides never failed to point out the best views / wildlife (incl. the cutest skipper fish climbing up a mangrove!) and get us as close to the action as possible. The tour covered lunch and dinner - there was plenty of really delicious food (in fact one of the best Tom yum soups I’ve had in Thailand), and in between fruit, muffins and coffee + tea for everyone. We were a big group traveling in two ships but those were very spacious and clean (great toilets) so it never felt crowded. We also got to James Bond island in the afternoon and there weren’t too many others and I didn’t feel like I needed to bend over backwards or wait forever to take a photo without others in the frame. The last stop with glowing plankton was definitely a highlight! Highly recommended!!!

Don't skip this one!

Mind-blowing! So we did the standard phi phi Maya bay day trip for one day & the next day we did this Twilight trip. After doing this one, trust me you will forget phi phi! Our day started at 10.30 via a pick up from our hotel & it took around 1.15 min to reach the pier. From there we were transferred to a cruiser @12.15 approx. Our first stop was panakh island where we did cave canoeing. Basically, one staff member is allocated to you for the day who will do the canoeing so all u hv to do is chill.. our 2nd stop was hong island, similar to panakh, n then we did some swimming/ self paddling in the sea, post which dinner was served. After dinner, the game changed - we went for canoeing one more time, but this time to experience the " glowing water" . Just one warning - don't expect it to be the way you see in videos, it's not that strong but still worth seeing. The team doesn't stay on water for long- it's a quick ride, so it left me a little longing for more, also the lights from other cruises are very strong, i strongly recommend the twilight company to consider switch it or dim it for sometime, while people are canoeing... Plus another bonus was started gazing from the deck... magical! Some more data - Meals - they cover light lunch, snacks & dinner. For vegetarians they had arranged some soup & fried rice. Also note this day trip is not available everywhere with all travel agency. I had booked it from the travel desk @ jungcylon mall. You may skip the phi phi day trip but don't miss this one! Summary - two cave canoeing+ swimming/ paddling+ glow water canoeing + star gazing + two meals ...what more!

Great food great people

The crew were very kind and worked tirelessly including the ladies who cooked lunch and dinner. The sea plankton was the least spectacular view of the day but that is up to nature. There were a few other boats following the same path as us but it didn’t detract from the incredible bay, caves and limestone outcrops. Highly recommend as it was a great day. Food was great. Both crew and guests were lovely. It’s an 11 hour trip from your hotel and back so be prepared.
