    • A minimum of 2 people per booking is required. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund
    • Complimentary transfers from/to hotels in Phuket. Hotel pick up may be 30-90 minutes prior to tour Start time/Departure time (depending on hotel location). Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time.
    • Prior to commencement of tour, passenger may be required to sign to acknowledge participation in tour for legal/insurance purposes.
    • Passengers with food allergies or special dietary requirements must advise at time of booking so that tour operator can attempt to make appropriate arrangements for lunch
    • Please note that this is a food only menu. Beverages can be purchased during the tour.
    • Weather and sea conditions determine whether the tour operates. The Supplier reserves the right to cancel any trip in case of bad weather.
    • The Company will not be held responsible for any changes made to the program due to the weather, tide level, sea conditions, accident, or any other reason that may modify the program. These changes are made for the safety and comfort of all guests and no refunds can be given.
