Tourist trap!

Tourist trap! We stopped at 4 crowded places for 30 minutes without guidance or indication. You could easily do it on your own. Furthermore, they texted me 10 minutes before the pick-up to inform me the price for the pick-up had increased and I had to confirm if I still wanted to do the tour. I ignored the message and asked for a full refund of the cost of the tour. I'm still waiting!

Shambolic

Picked up at 12:15 tour started at 13:45 after visiting other hotels. Guide, was informative, but tried to give a running commentary from the front seat of the bus. Could not hear most of it due to road noise. Stop at Big Buddha should have been for 30 mins. Lasted 50 as some of group late back. Kept waiting around for 20 mins by guide in +36 degrees rather than being allowed back on bus. At Wat Chalong all group came back to meeting point on time only for guide to ignore most of group whilst she continued conversation with another person of the group. People then wandered off to seek shelter from the heat. Rounding people up again took 20 mins. Headed off then to Phuket town in heavy traffic took about 45 minutes. Dropped off and told to come back in 45 minutes. Some in group decided they wanted to go back earlier so guide said to come back 15 minutes earlier, but by the time this had been agreed so of the group had already wandered off. Our bus back from Phuket town then took 75 minutes to get us back to our hotel. Total time for us on this trip was 7 hours and the majority of the time was spent on the bus in traffic. Overall therefore a not a tour I would recommend. Tour originally booked through TripAdvisor UK. This then went via Visitor.com then to Bangkok sightseeing.com to Sun leisure World ,Patong. In this instance therefore profit came before customer satisfaction.

The guide was very nice and kept offering to answer any questions we have but she didn't do much to bring the sites we visited to life, make the tour fun or interesting. It felt more like a taxi between sites and someone to take photos. In Old Town, she just encourage us to shop without any information about the history, culture, architecture etc. Could have been so much better.

City Tour with great guide

Our tour guide Fa was very knowledgeable and accommodating, and she took wonderful photos of us. The tour is a good introduction to Phuket. Fa gives the information while you're moving from one site to another, and she also gave recommendations on good restaurants and cafes. You'll be walking around a lot under the sun, so make sure to wear sunscreen.

The tour was okay. It hit all the points promised, but overall, it was an average tour—nothing too special. Timing wise it was a little tight to really just stroll and take my time.

You won’t be disappointed if you’re new to Phuket

We had an incredible day with our guide Daisy showing us around the wonderful sights of Phuket. From the city lookout to the ‘Big Buddha’ on the hillside, it was a great way to see the city and find our bearings for the rest of our stay. Daisy our guide was so friendly, informative and knowledgeable when it came to explaining details about each site we visited. An ice cold ‘Thai Tea’ in Old Phuket Town was a great way to finish off our trip. You won’t be disappointed with this tour if you’re new to the City.

Well organized tour

This was a great tour for people who want to see the highlights of the island. We went to the Big Buddha, a major temple, a look out point, and the old town. There was a stop at a cashew factory that wasn't on the itinerary which was interesting, but felt a little targeted at selling to us rather than educational. It mostly ran pretty on time, which is always great for group tours.

Best tour company

Best tour company I've ever used I'm in south east Asia for 3 months Used several companies This is by far the best and most honest I missed my tour on the official date because i woke up late They gave me the option to come on a different day free of charge, which I didn't expect They also gave me the option of taking along my luggage in the Van , as my bus departed from Phuket city They're really friendly, guide explained everything If you're in Phuket, this is the tour company you need to go with Thanks again! And I'll recommend for all my friends that are coming here

Frinedly guide, clean comfortable van, good use of time.

Friendly service, starting at the right time (before it was too hot) and a comfortable transport. It was a very pleasant experience.

Great experience

We had a great trip out with Marwin who was a great tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and spoke incredibly good English. The tour was well organised having just the right amount of time at each of the stops. We finished up in Old Town and were given the option to get the bus back to hotel or stay longer in old town for the Sunday night market which we opted to do and was totally worth it.

Great experience

half a day in which I was not bored at all. I definitely recommend it. we visited the most important tourist spots in Phuket. The tour guide was fantastic.

Amazing Tour Guide and Fun Day Out

We enjoyed the tour and had zero complaints. Mawin our tour guide was super lovely, friendly, fun, and informative. Was organised well and I thought the timing at each stop was enough to see everything. Would recommend to anyone who wants to see these view points. I couldn't eat any of the cashews at the factory but still found it enjoyable and loved walking around the shop. Also special thanks to Mawin and the lovely driver who stopped the car at the end to help me look for something I thought I'd dropped (I hadn't dropped anything). They were so patient and kind to me.

Super tour of Phuket!

A great tour of Phuket which includes Old Town Phuket, Wat Chalong, and the Big Buddha. Had an amazing time with this tour. Tour guide Daisy was an absolute doll! Her wonderful spirit is infectious and one of the highlights. Definitely worth the money and more. Would totally recommend!

Best way to see most of the temples in a aircon bus on a very hot day would do again, just need a little more time with everything

I expected more from this tour

A lot of driving around and not enough time for most of the places. For some reason, they brought us to a cashew factory which was not a part of the tour - I'd rather spend this time in Old City because 30 minutes for the Old City is a joke. The good thing about this tour was our guide Daisy - so nice and super positive :)

Great sightseeing tour and great introduction to Phuket. Maggie was fabulous! Highly recommend for the start of your trip for familiarization and to visit temple and big Buddha.

Good overview of Patong and Phuket

Informative guide who new a lot about the local history. Enjoyed seeing the big Buddha, temple as well as a quick look around old town Phuket. Overall a good day out.

Lot of ground covered, lots of fun

Marwin was a really fun tour guide, skilled photographer and we covered so many interesting spots in southern Phuket in a short time. The small group tour allowed us to get to know the other tourists as well. We travelled as a couple and a 10 year old child. Highly recommended.

Wonderful guide

I booked this as a last minute activity and it did what I wanted it to do. Showed us around the city in a short amount of time. Our guide Daisy was amazing, you can tell when a local really loves their city and enjoys showing tourists around. If you’re looking for a concise tour, this one is really enjoyable.

A bit dissapointing

A bit dissapointing. The 30 minutes at Phuket Old Town was not accurate. We stopped for a photo and then we had to head back. I had to stay and get a taxi just to see old town. Also, the stop at the Cashewnut factory was a bit unexpected (even though the nuts themselves were great)

great tour

daisy was a great tour guide. they picked us up from our requested pick up spot that you select when booking and dropped us off as well after the tour. the whole trip was informative, relaxing and a nice time. they also gave us a complimentary water bottle during the tour. daisy will take photos and videos for you and they come out pretty great. would definitely do it again.

Great tour that hit a lot of famous stops very quickly

We booked this tour at the last minute, and it was everything we could have hoped for. Daisy was very sweet and takes all the pictures for your group at some pretty historic places. Great way to see a lot of stops in a single afternoon. Definitely wish it spent a bit longer at Old Town Phuket - there’s tons to explore there!

Scam

My hotel was out of pick up range so I called trip advisor and I was quoted an additional 100 baht for pick up. After the second stop of the tour they asked for 700 baht. For that price I would have taken a taxi to the two places on the tour worth visiting - big Buddha and the temple

Affordable half day tour

Our guide Daisy was very friendly. Prior to pick up she advised of the female dress code. The tour itself was good. Generally had plenty of time at each stop. The shuttle bus was running the entire time with the AC on. Option to be dropped off at hotel or any where in Karon/ Patong.

Great sightseeing tour!

This tour was a great opportunity to see all the key points around Phuket. Daisy, our tour guide was so lovely and accommodating. Her English was excellent and she was very knowledgable at all the cultural sights. This tour is a must for anyone visiting Phuket.

Afternoon delight.

Daisy, our guide was friendly and willing to answer any questions. A little more time in Old Town Phuket would be helpful as anyone wanting to make a purchase was rushing. The view from both Karon view point and the Big Budha were amazing. Great afternoon outing.

Informative quick tour to several top spots

Well-organized bus tour and nicely timed, a great way to see a few top spots quickly. Karon View Point, Big Buddha, Wat Chalong temple, and Phuket Old Town. We were picked up and brought back to our condominium on time, our guide (Daisy) was very knowledgable and told us quite a bit about the different spots. Fast correspondence via WhatsApp and the messages in TripAdvisor. We were in a group of 6 people, but I guess that group size could go up to around 10 people, based on the bus size. Thanks a lot for the great tour!

Long car ride

It was great to explore Phuket, but there was more time spent in the car than at the attractions. We were given 30 minutes at each stop and I did not feel that was enough time to explore each destination. However, the attractions were wonderful to see and the tour guide was very friendly.

Highly recommended

This is a great tour to see the highlights of Phuket, especially some of these places are little hard to get to. Enough time to wander and take pictures. Guide is friendly and knowledgable. Our hotel is out of their pick up area and the staff was very quick and responsive in their communication.

Good but rushed

Good for the price you pay. Very rushed and the cashew factory was a waste of time, would rather have spent more time at temple or Big Budah.

We did this tour end of August in order to get familiar with Thai cultures and main attractions. But actually it was nothing more than a taxi service around the sightseeings with a smiley local Daisy. She was really nice and kind, but not much of informative guide. She was telling us some words about the place we were heading and dropping off there giving us some free time. So if we had any questions inside the temple or around other sightseeing there was no one to guide us. The best thing I liked from this excursion was a free 7 minute meditation next to Big Buddha (i am not a religious person and don't normally meditate). That i definitely recommend you, but not this tour if you really want to learn something interesting :) Cheers!

Best private tour in Phuket

Kim was a fantastic guide, spoke good English and I enjoyed learning about Thailand from him. The car was lovely and he was very considerate, taking photos for me. 100% would recommend to others for a lovely day seeing Phuket

One of the most amazing experience of my life was Phuket. Phuket is another famous island of Thailand where it is very much well received internationally. Beautiful beaches,fresh air and eye candid. There are many things to do like boat rides , speed boats , snorkeling and many more. Had a great day and enjoyed alot. Thanks tour operator for your great help and guidence.

Good value for money

An excellent way of seeing a bit more of Phuket. It is a short glimpse, but hey the price is ridiculously low. The whole thing took about five hours and I was picked up from my hotel and returned back. Good choice if you’re bored of lying by the pool all day.

Okay

It was okay The AC in the van wasn’t so strong, and the day was very a hot one. The tour guide spoke with a mic connected to the car audio system and spoke way too loud. Making it very uncomfortable for the ears and making myself uninterested to listen. I felt each stop was a little rushed, as I wanted more time to take photos and take in the scenes, especially in the scenic view points. I wouldn’t recommend this tour to anyone. However, it was convenient being driven from point-to-point. I would recommend if you book this tour on a Sunday, to stay in Old Phuket Town for the night market. Or even the iconic landmarks in the area, finding your own transport home from Old Phuket Town.

Family trip to Phuket

Poorly organised tour. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.

My boyfriend and I visited phuket for 5 days and decided to book this tour for the 30th December 2019 at 10am. This sounded like an amazing tour that covered all the key tourist spots but little did we know, this would be such a stressful ordeal. 2 days before the trip and we did not receive any confirmation with regards to the hotel pick up. Finally we received a confirmation through WhatsApp that the pick up for the following morning would be at 9:20am. We were at the lobby since 9:15am till 10:15am and were certain that no one came looking for us at the lobby (we also informed the receptionist to come get us if there was anyone asking for us at the reception). During this 1 hour wait, we approached countless number of tour guides who came for other hotel guests but none of them were for us. I have contacted the agency directly and they did not provide us with much help other then gave me the number to call the tour guide directly. When we called the tour guide, the tour guide was so shockingly rude and told us that he was there at 9am and did not see us (when the confirmed pick up time was supposed to be 9:20am). When I told him that it was supposed to be at 9:20am, he then changed his script and said that he was there at 9:15am and 9:30am and he could not see us. Now thats an absolute lie because we were there waiting at the lobby the whole time. He then told me that I have to go to Patong Beach to meet him (which is about 30 mins taxi ride away) and just hung up on me. Throughout all this contact with the agency and the tour guide, I did not hear a single apology for the inconvenience. Thanks for ruining my trip in phuket. Save yourself the trouble and book with another agency. This agency and the tour guide are just the most irresponsible and rude people.
