Amazing Service

We were a group of 9 friends who booked the service through Viator because of their ratings. Firstly we booked the transfer from the airport to our hotel. I was amazed about Judy’s communication always informing us the driver, pick up point and everything. We had a smooth land and we were able to meet Mr. Korn as soon as we left the arrival area. Mr. Korn received us with cold water, what was a small gesture but that really made us feel welcome. Mr. Korn drove us safely to the hotel. After a day in Phuket we decided to do a tour to Old Town, Bug Buddha and Temples, so I texted Judy at 8PM on the day before, she replied to me in 1 min and was able to accommodate our request. We had a great time with Mr. Maan. On our way back to the airport we had Mr. Nut who was amazing and explained a lot about Phuket so our 1h30 minutes flew by! Thanks again to the team and keep it up the amazing service! You made our time in Phuket a success

Satisfactory service

We used this same company for our transfer to and from the airport. The service was average. Cold water was provided, which was nice. I just wished the language barrier with the driver on our service to the airport wasn't so prevalent.

Ms Pokie was early which I value in a taxi company . She was very helpful and displayed a willingness to make sure I was comfortable. We had a light conversation and she drove the car with consummate skill . I arrived on time and enjoyed the free bottle of water that I was offered .

Best transfer service I've used thus far. Fantastic communication through Whats App, even sent pictures of pick up signs, driver and car. They are very well organized and respond quickly.

Worth it

Seamless transfer, easy to book. My husband and I used this company for the airport transfer and then we were able to arrange a car with them to take us to other parts of Thailand at a later date. Judy was so accommodating even when we changed our dates a few times. 10/10 recommend.
