Private City Tour around Phuket

Horrible Customer Service

Booked through Viator. I got a cancelation notice out of the blue. I tried to message them and got no response. Eventually I called Viator and they told me the vendor canceled because they didn't want to pick me up at the port. This in an of itself isn't a problem, but not communicating that or giving me an option to meet somewhere else is very poor customer service. Would not recommend for this reason.

Great trip

Every place we were taken to Wonderful sights. Driver was on time and knows his directions well. It would be perfect if he speak better English.

A fantastic non-guided tour experience.

It’s like having a Limo take you around to all the cool sites. Our driver was great and very helpful/knowledgable. He even suggested a great restaurant for lunch. This is NOT a guided tour, but we really liked the flexibility to enjoy things at our own pace.

Small Group private transport- great option.

We were a group of 8. The driver and company provided excellent service, reliable and very safe and super friendly drivers

Great Experience

We booked a private tour for 8 people and our driver Boom was great at taking us around Phuket. We saw some great picturesque points and got some great photo. My favorite was the Big Buddha. Thank you for the great time

Wonderful Day

Very kind driver and we were able to have flexibility to build on the itinerary offered. Communication regarding the tour and logistics was excellent. This tour allowed us to see all the highlights of the area. Please note that our tour was a private driver who knew exactly where to take us and how to get us easily in and out of the attractions, but it was not a tour with commentary or information about the sites

Driver does not speak English

The tour was advertised as having an English speaking driver but did not. This required me to call internationally to the tour operator to communicate with the driver and made the experience frustrating. Overall we got to see the things we wanted but would choose a different operator in the future due to the dishonest description and added cost of phone calls.

Don't expect a "guided" tour.

The driver spoke so little English that this could not be considered a guided tour. If you know where you want to go, and if you have your own guide book, this is fine. I would have preferred to spend more for an English-speaking driver who could teach us a little about Phuket.

Private City Tour

Excellent way to travel if in a large group - we had seven in ours. Driver picked us up from the hotel and took us to all the attractions we wanted to see and waited for us at each location. Even took us to an extra temple on the way to one of the sites we wanted to see. If you want a guided tour don't book this as it was customised to what we wanted. Driver's English was excellent.

Exellent service

Driver was so nice and good communicate in English. He didn't rush us and let us enjoy the time. We visited Big Buddha, Phuket town, Chalong temple, Rum factory and Promthep Cape. Sunset was amazing there. Thank you, Mr. Ronny, we will come back for sure.

Not a guided tour but still excellent

This was not a guided tour. It is a private driver and car for your group. Not what we expected but we were happy with the service anyway. We went exactly where we wanted to go, no additional unwanted stops. We went to the lookout, Big Buddha, Chalong Temple then Central Phuket shopping centre. Not rushed, allowed however much time we wanted at each stop. Driver made additional suggestions for the kids but did not push them on us when we said no thanks. Driver spoke good English and was friendly, answered any questions we had but did not offer additional information. Like having a private taxi for the day, well worth the money for us.

Exactly what we wanted to do in our first time in Phuket

Ronnie was on time and we set our own tour to fit within the 6 hour time frame before we left our resort. Very kind and answered all questions we had. Allow a bit more than an hour if you go to Big Buddah. Wat Chalong temple was amazing.

i went to Phuket in July 2017, Mr Ronny Picked us at the airport. He was so nice and generous. He drove me around Phuket city, show me the best shop and cheap to find souvenir and merchandise. He also give me discount for his rate. Great. thank you so much Mr.Ronny. next time if I visit Phuket again, I will use him again, obviously

Alles prima!

Hatten uns den Fahrer samt Kleinbus für 8 Stunden gegönnt, nachdem uns die Standard-Touren durch Phuket nicht gefallen haben (Stop in der Cashew-Fabrik, Stop beim Juwelier, Affen-Show, Elefanten-Fotostopp...). Wir wurden pünktlich am Hotel von einem sehr netten Fahrer abgeholt und gefragt, was wir uns anschauen wollen. Haben dann "unser" Programm u.a. mit Aussichtspunkten, Big Buddha, Chalong- Tempel, Altstadt, Nachtmarkt absolviert und einen super Tag verbracht. Ganz ohne Verkaufsshow und ohne Tierqual! Es muss einem aber klar sein, dass man einen Fahrer und keinen Reiseführer gemietet hat! Ein Punkt Abzug, weil nicht der Fahrer uns, sondern wir den Fahrer im Vorfeld kontaktieren müssten, um den Zeitpunkt auszumachen. Vielleicht waren wir aber nur zu ungeduldig. Insgesamt super gewesen und gerne jederzeit wieder!
