Smooth transfer

Easy transfer, signs are there and taxi is ready for you. I booked for pick up same day, the quickest booking I did was 2 hours before arriving at Phuket airport.

Didn’t turn up, didn’t answer the phone - avoid!

Booked this transfer from the airport to my hotel to simplify my holiday, should have bothered as the driver didn’t turn up. The tour operator WhatsApped me the day before to ask me for the flight number and the hotel I needed transferring to. I supplied the information in good time. Upon arrival in Phuket I realised the arrival instructions were out of date, it said for international arrivals to meet at gate3/4. This part of the terminal is currently being renovated so doesn’t exist currently. So I walked out the main entrance (gate 1) where all of the other drivers where, there wasn’t anyone with a sign with my name. I then walked a full lap of the airport arrivals area 4 times, confirming the gates3/4 doesn’t currently exist and I also confirmed my driver wasn’t there. I then phoned the WhatsApp number lots of times but no one answered. I tried messaging through Viatour and still nothing. I gave up, paid one of the taxi companies at the entrance to take me to my hotel, and found it was actually cheaper to do it this way anyway. Hopefully I get a full refund and an apology, not a nice way to start my holiday.

Someone was waiting with a sign with my name as I exited customs. The vehicle was clean and well maintained.

Nice car Pick up Pucket airport

The process was excellent! A lady pick up up in the gate 2 and called the driver. The car was clean and nice. It took around 50 min from the Phuket airport to the Marriott Merlin beach.

Airport to hotel pick up

The car was a little small for 2 people luggage and a driver other then that it was excellent. They were waiting at the airport for us and were at our hotel in about 40 mins

Very smooth and enjoyable!

This was an easy and enjoyable experience. Once we collected our bags the exit was a short walk away. The driving service had signs with our names on them, which made it easy to find them. Once we checked in the driver was told that we had arrived and came over to meet us. He loaded our bags into this spacious white van/shuttle, asked if we were hungry, and began asking about our trip, and telling us about the drive to our hotel. The shuttle was a really cool van with really comfortable seats and air conditioning. He was a safe driver and very pleasant! We have decided to travel back to the airport this way as well. 10/10 service!

Nothing special

The only good thing, the driver drove safely for the most part. We asked him to stop for us to buy water several times and he ignored the request. Driver spoke no English. Which surprised me since most Thai people in Phuket speak a little English to communicate with tourists.

Transfer from Phuket Airport to Patong

No problems at all, found our contact outside of the airport who took us directly to our hotel. About 30-45 minutes to Patong, depends on the traffic. Nice clean minibus with A/C

Transport was ok, driver was friendly. Unfortunately the car wasn’t ok - the seats been demolished and not comfortable!

Our flight was an hour delayed, then it took 2hrs to get through immigration. Our driver was still waiting for us, standing at the fence with our name. Easy to find and quick trip into Patong. Thanks for waiting 👍👍

Phuket to Krabi transfer

The driver was early for our transfer. He helped us with our luggage and was very pleasant. The vehicle was very clean and tidy and smelt fresh.

Unbelievable!!!!

Do not get the mini bus , it takes for ever to get to your hotel , they stop at a shop to sell you tours , do not give them any information, they will harass you later in your hotel!!!! When we complained about the stop the driver started yelling and telling us this is my car !!!! I took a video of him screaming at my husband, in case if anything happened

I scheduled this service since didn’t want to scramble for a 4 person large taxi when arriving in Phuket. - price was 10% higher than spot rate (37 vs 43 USD). - taxi took 8-10 minutes to arrive. - communication lacking between dispatch, driver, and us (customer).

On Time - Very Friendly

We had booked a transfer from Phuket Airport to Patong. The operator had our names clearly written on a sign that we could not miss, the trip to our hotel was smooth and very safe. Definitely a big recommendation from our side.

Gret driver

The car was as expected, clean, AC on, water provided. The driver was very good, felt completely safe on the crazy road even if the rain was pouring. Great and simple way to go to your hotel from the airport without any issues.

Didn’t turn up

After over an hour trying to locate our taxi driver we gave up and paid for another one. The driver did not answer his phone. We rang the booking number to be told he was at the airport, however they would not confirm where he was, what name he was displaying for us or where the taxi was. We engaged airport staff, checked domestic and international arrivals but to no avail. I’ve since contacted them to ask what name was displayed and where the driver was and have not received a reply. We will have to pursue a refund via our credit card company as they are not prepared to refund us. Very disappointed and cannot recommend.

They picked me up from the airport exactly on time and they took me straight to my hotel in an air conditioned van/taxi. Very friendly and they helped me take my luggage down. I definitely recommend

Phuket Airport Transfer

No issues with the transfer. Small wait for pick up but then straight to our Hotel. Easy to find once outside the airport and meeting instructions were accurate.

Not such a personal service after all

Things have certainly changed at the Phuket airport in the last couple of years. This private transfer resulted in us heading outside to corrals of people with names on paper - 4 or 5 sheets deep. Once you identified yourself you were directed to a waiting area behind the corral along with all the other people. Whilst waiting I watched people walk up to the minibus/taxi stand, order what they wanted and were led away (some to private transfers others to shared buses that stopped at multiple resorts - cheap but a long trip). Asked why we were waiting as it was a private transfer, so we obviously weren't waiting for other people (4 in our party) we were first directed back to wait and then the second time, about 30 minutes later, he called a woman over and she took us straight to a minivan with driver??????? Why the wait? I was used to the old system where you walked out and your DRIVER was there with a sign, he took you to a spot and said 'wait while I bring the car around', and you were off. Maybe I'm spoilt.

Vans were on site as you get out of the Airport

As soon as I got out of the Airport, I saw the booths for the vans that will transfer me to my hotel in Phuket. They walked me to where the van was and I only had to wait about 5 minutes for the van to fill up and we were on our way to the hotel. Very happy with the service and the price.

Late but went well

The driver was late and it was difficult to get in touch but all worked out smooth! Good experience. The booking agent was not really helpful as we wouldve liked but it all worked out

At least half an hour of my time was wasted for their business

In this mini buse or public taxi as they call it, there were passengers of different hotels. Under the pretext of deciding route, it took the bus to their office (these mini buses are owned by travel companies). In their office, they will try to sell you their travel packages which will certainly be 20% higher than market rate. They don't care if you are tired from long journey. If you request them to hurry, they will start arguing in loud voices and tell you that they would drop you last etc. My flight had reached at 23.30. the bus had started from airport at 00.15 and yet they took the bus to their office and spent half an hour there. They take you to their office to sell their product AT COST PAID BY YOU and at the expense of YOUR TIME. Verry rude........

Not exactly what we were expecting

We were expecting a driver to be waiting for us at arrivals. It turns out it was a rep with 4 or 5 names on a board. When someone arrives she phones a driver to come and pick you up. That took about 5-10 minutes. That was OK, especially as the driver was curtious, and the price was very reasonable, just not as expected. My advice is go with the flow. If you expect a 5-10 minute wait, you won't be disappointed. Don't look for your name on an individual board. We did and nearly missed it as ours was half way down the board.

Given our hotel was offering, what we thought a premium price, we opted to take a taxi upon arrival. It turned out to be a lot cheaper. All the prices are set, prominently displayed and you pay at the booking counter before you leave. The service was efficient and hassle free, our driver was excellent and we were at our hotel in next to no time. There is certainly a fee built into the cost, but if you've never been here before, it's the way to go. Highly recommend.

On time airport transfer service

We booked the transfer on line & we were met at Phuket airport when we cleared immigration formalities, then an air-conditioned, comfortable mini van ride to our hotel in Karon Beach. Based on that experience, I recommend this company.

Easy to find the driver at the airport. Driver was safe and effective. He even stopped at 7-11 and we were able to buy stuff.

Upon arriving at the airport, I went to the designated gate. Took a little while to find my name, so look carefully. Theres alot of car services behind the fence. Once I found my name the car was ready within 5 minutes and off we went.

Easy and safe

I would highly recommend this for anyone. Being my first time to Phuket I was worried that I would have trouble finding a safe transfer option for us but this company made it all too easy. You’ll step out of the airport to their meet and greet service and your driver takes you straight to the hotel no hassle. You may get offered extra services by a travel agent by phone too but they are very polite and genuine if that is something you need.

Got me where I needed to go

I'm overall satisfied with the service I received with the company. Prior to my arrival they stayed in contact with me via email to ensure my travel information was still good. Something that every traveler going to another country needs to make sure that they're in the right place at the right time with no issues. Upon arriving in Phuket I headed outside the gates and looked for my name in a sea of other names immediately outside the gate. I made contact with my company and after about a 15 minute wait, my driver took me and my bag to my hotel which was about a 45 minute ride (Patong Beach). He assisted me with my bag and he was on his way. Short, simple, with no frills or hidden fees. I got what I paid for.

the price they charge is reasonable and affordable and they drop you off at the point you give them but but its takes forever for normal transportation if its one hour with the bus ot takes three coz you drop each passenger at their final destination

Prompt and Smooth Ride

The driver is prompt and waiting at the gate for us. They also offered their hotel transfer to airport services for our date to fly off. Reasonable price too. Can use their service with confidence!

Would never recommend unless you're completely desperate.

I honestly would never recommend this to anyone. The staff was unprofessional and the driver was rude. If you have the option to take a maxi taxi, rather do that. It's more expensive but the service you'll get by far beats the financial savings you would make. I ended up watching my driver take me to Katar to drop off another rider because I refused to be dropped in the middle of the road to find my way to the hotel, when other riders were conveniently dropped off at their hotels. Even after the round trip, the driver refused to drop me off at my hotel because it wasnt convenient for him. It makes me wonder why the company is so happy to accept money knowing they wont provide a good service. They are just plain pathetic.

I booked a cab for through Trip Advisor which was convenient and comfortable and at a reasonable pricing. Strongly recommend all travellers to Phuket to protect yourself from any inflated charges
