Airport Arrival Amazing part 1

Very accommodating! I arrived over an hour & 7 minutes early and they quickly got someone to me within minutes! Greeter was kind & courteous & helped navigate me through the airport to my driver. Driver was pleasant, informative & professional. He offered to stop & get me coffee for the drive. I arrived to my hotel promptly & safely! Will definitely be using them again!

Awesome driver and company

Our driver was amazing. He gave us a lot of good information to us since we are first time Thailand travelers. He was super helpful and kind to us and was just amazing! The van was comfortable and the water was cold.

Great time at Aurico kata resort

Everthing about the trip was great and everthing went smoothly. The hotel was fabulous near to everything and beautiful pool and hotel was very lovely. Had a lovely breakfast every morming.

Best airport transfer service

We had a wonderful experience with our driver Dol, we could not asked for a better experience!! He was very funny and knowledgeable, and he taught us a lot about Thailand's culture during our drive to the airport which was great because it made the experience more fun which I much prefer over a silent car ride. The whole journey was extremely smooth and he took care of us very well, from helping us with our bags to ensuring we had drinks and food as our flight was quite late. Overall great experience and will be booking through My Phuket Holiday from now on as well as requesting for Dol!

Friendly and reliable regardless of late flight!

I booked both from the airport and return before I arrived in Thailand. My arrival flight was late, and it was not an issue, there was someone waiting at the arrivals area with a sign who quickly got the driver for us. I was a little confused about the return but they arrived at our hotel on time and was a nice smooth transit. Drivers are friendly, and have water available. I highly recommend this, it maybe a bit more expensive but you don't need to worry about a thing. There is no bartering at the airport, or worrying about finding a grab car. They will be there waiting.

Organised at the airport and safe drive.

The driver thought we were going to Karon beach. We were heading to Surin beach. I was tracking our progress by google map after several detours it was clear we were not going in the right direction. I asked him to confirm where we were going and we got back on the correct route. Check before you head off to ensure you are on the right route. Other than that the drive was good.

Pick up at the airport was smooth.

Driver was communicating with us for days before arrival to confirm details of our trip. Representative was waiting for us at the exit, and the driver arrived in a timely fashion.

Efficient

Efficient but we didn’t receive any bottled water and were parched by the end of the trip. Still, this took the stress off of trying to get a ride on arrival.

Perfect

Our pick fro the hotel and drop off to the airport was perfect. The driver was earlier, provided water and told us the travel time. He also was very friendly. The van was clean and comfortable.Thanks again !!

Great Experience

Excellent service. Waiting for us just as described in the correspondence and as soon as we arrived greeted with water and an immaculate car. The driver pointed out interesting features along the way as we had an hour 15 minutes to Patong from the airport. Highly recommend having them there waiting for you .

He got us to the airport safe and sound. Wasn't much of a conversationalist given the long ride to the airport and running into significant traffic. He did show up on time with a clean and comfortable.

Pick Another Vendor

Our ride was not at the airport to meet us. We had a vendor at the airport call for us a driver did eventually pick us and transport us to our hotel. The vehicle and driver were okay. When the vendor wrote to apologize for the difficulties they blamed me for not providing my arrival information. This was all included in the ride request and was actually printed on my confirmation email. I would not recommend this provider

Great apart from driver on phone

Every aspect of this booking was good. The driver loaded our luggage. Gave us water and towels. He was friendly and polite. However he was on his phone the entire journey, he was messaging and checking messages. Hence my only 3 stars.

I would use this transport company again. On time and very accommodating. They sent instruction and followed it exactly.

If you need a tour company you can trust you be there when you exit the airport doors, book with Pam at Discova tours. Very good service. As a first time traveler to Phuket I was freaked out, worrying of my lift would be there to pick me up. When I saw the board with my name waiting for me I heaved a sigh of relief. Clean and air-conditioned vehicles, an offer of a cool refreshing water, and safe transport to my hotel. Same when I had to return home. Also be sure to book the sunset cruise with Pam. A not to be missed experience

A meh experience

My driver was 30 minutes late which gave me super bad anxiety considering that the airport was an hour away. They say they include water which is a lie. You’re better off with booking with grab, it will be cheaper too. On the bright side, the support lady was nice and very communicative.

Awesome!

Got what was exactly described. The lady meeting us at the airport was very nice and escorted us to our driver. Driver was also nice and took care of our luggage. Also, it’s better to have this service so no bargaining for taxis to get to your destination.

1st class service

We were greeted at the meeting point and within 10 minutes were on our way to the hotel. Dol gave us 1st class service with water, soft drinks, fresh fruit , and snacks! I highly recommend booking in advance for stress free travel to your hotel.

Very poor

We booked round trip from Phuket airport to Patong and both ways each driver spoke on their phone for nearly the whole trip, so much for any customer/ driver interaction. Would not book with this company again

I had trouble finding my...

I had trouble finding my name and driver at the airport and with no wifi was somewhat concerning. Once I found my name on the board the staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the driver did not speak much English but got us to our destination promptly
