You can choose to make your own way to Rassada Pier or we can arrange transportation from your hotel. This ticket is valid for the trip, available at 1.45 pm from Phuket. Pickup location is included for Hotels in Phuket Town, Chalong Kata, Karon, Patong, Rawai, Naiharn area. Please leave us a message with the name of your hotel and your room number to confirm the boat trip and transfer. Please wait to be picked up at your reception. Very strict

I would not recommend this company. I was 5 minutes late to a ferry and called in advance to let them know of my late arrival. They told me they would not wait and refused to help my situation. I then get to the pier and the boat is sitting there but they won’t let me on it. Complete waste of money would not book again.
