Phuket To Phi Phi Island By Phi Phi Cruiser - Include Pickup Transfer

Fabulous crossing

Picked up from hotel by small mini bus, the crossing was lovely we paid the 200 Baht extra onboard to have full reclining seats and air conditioning, slept till we were passing Phi Phi Leh 🙂

PHI PHI overrated

The boat trip was fine but the island is now a tourist trap . The water when leaving the pier is polluted with garbage and the pier itself as you walk you can smell the sewage. The island was jammed pack with so many people and business so it unpleasant to find a nice spot at the beach. The view of the giant rocks and its surroundings is beautiful from the boat. Yes you can get a closer view with a canoe or another boat rental. Overall I feel it’s overrated and you can enjoy beautiful and much clearer waters in the Caribbean or Florida.

Greet experience

the transfer was relaxing, I preferred the 2 hour ride vs the speed boat overall we had a good time. We traveled with a family of 11.

Comfortable Island Transfer

Comfortable, easy with snack bar and good restrooms. Takes about an hour and a half and much more comfortable than the speed boats that take just under an hour.

Very well organised and great price Phi phi island is stunning so much to see and do and the food was incredible , I booked a hotel for the night for just £16

Very efficient service!

We used the Phi Pho Cruiser to get to Phi Phi Don from Phuket and back again. The boat is clean and comfortable and booking was a very seamless process. On the way back to Phuket we were offered to book a transfer to our hotel in Naiyang in Phuket which was only 200 baht each - half the price of a grab. This transfer process was very efficient and obviously very well organised. The staff organising it were lovely. Definitely recommend for your transport to Phi Phi and back!

Convenient ferry ride

Very well organized. Clean amenities. The boat ride went well and the staff was very courteous. There were announcements over the speakerphone to inform the passengers.

Nice way to get to Phi Phi

It is a nice way to go from Phuket to Phi Phi. The boat takes a detour around Phi Phi Lea and Maya bay, which is very nice, but adds almost 30 minutes to the sailing time. The upper sun deck is great, and there are restrooms and a bar on a lower deck. We were told that the ride would arrive to our hotel between 8;00-8:15. In practice it arrived only after 8:35, and the boat only left around 9:15. Fortunately, we were warned about this ahead of time, so were not very stressed. So very nice touristic experience, but not the fastest or most punctuate.

No respect for time, don't trust the timetable

No respect for time. First, we got a message that we were going to be picked up from our hotel between 07.00-07.05 but we got picked up around 07.20. No problem for us so far. The ferry was supposed to leave the pier at 08.30 but left around 09.10. The time of arrival at Tonsai Pier was supposed to be 10.30, so we thought we had good margin to catch our next boat to our resort that was leaving at 11.30. We started to get stressed when the time was 11.15 and we were still not there yet, at this point we were already 45 min late and then the ferry decided to make two stops for people to take pictures of islands on the way. Extremely stressful for us that had another boat to catch. We finally arrived at Tonsai Pier 11.50, almost 1,5 hours later than communicated. We of course missed our boat to our resort and had to spend hours at the pier which was not how we wanted to spend our limited time at Phi Phi Islands. Very disappointed. The ferry itself was good with a café, toilets and indoor room with air conditioning, but unfortunately the disrespect of time ruined our entire day.

Ferry did it's job

No one helped us load our luggage on the ferry, had to use the gangplank all by myself with 2 large suitcases. No bottle of water provided on boarding. We couldn't understand the announcements on PA system as the speakers were either busted or in poor condition. Our pickup reached the pier 20 minutes late but that wasn't a cause for worry as the boat itself was delayed by 20 minutes. Overall the ferry did it's job of transporting us without frills.

Easy and affordable journey to Phi Phi by ferry

Great, affordable ferry transfer from Phuket to Phi Phi Islands. Ferry was clean, nearly full and have a snack counter to buy coffee or cookies or chips. Restrooms on board the vessel were also clean.

Find another company to go with.

We booked the tickets a couple of months ago with hotel pickup included. They since changed their policy and new ticket’s apparently no longer have pickup included. We had to send several emails and pictures of our ticket that clearly state “pickup included”. They tried to get us to pay extra for that but after several emails and WhatsApp messages they finally agreed to honor our original agreement. Overall super unprofessional of them.

Nice trip, ferry with kiosk where you can buy drinks. More options for space on board We upgraded to 1st Class for 200bath per person, and they were well spent. Peace and lots of space.

Este ferry no va directo a phi phi, si no que da una vuelta primero a la isla de Phi Le. Por eso tarda 2'5 horas en lugar de 2. El barco es lamentable. Pero bueno, si el horario es el que necesitas, pues te aguantas.

Ci son venuti a prendere fono in albergo, per poi accompagnarci dove si prendeva questo traghetto, per nostra sfortuna il biglietto per phi phi Island era di sola andata, colpa del l'inserzione non tanto semplice, infatti mi sono chiesto: ma chi cacchio fa il biglietto di solo andata?? Bah. Dopo aver pagato per i biglietti di ritorno, il personale gentilissimo ci ha fatti accomodare sulla nave, dove alcuni rinfreschi e cibi erano gratuiti ed altri a pagamento. Su questo traghetto veloce, c'erano vari punti della nave da cui poter ammirare le isole ed il mare. Giornata splendida grazie soprattutto al personale attento ed esperto. Pecca per TripAdvisor che vorrebbe mettere in caratteri cubitali quando un inserzione non comprende il ritorno, stesso nella descrizione.
