We traveled from the US to Thailand and two of our flights were delayed so we arrived in Thailand past our pick up time. We could not notify the people in charge of our transfer until we landed in Singapore and they said it was too late (pick up was 2hrs before we notified them of the delay) and they labeled us as a “no-show.” They did not offer to send another car for extra or free. We ended up having to book another agency. They communicated quickly; that’s a plus. Just be certain of your arrival time and hope for no delays. 😬

Great value for private van to our Hotel

This is a Highly recommended transfer to the Hotel with a nice and clean vehicle with cool air con. We made a mistake and waited at the wrong entrance but I Asia Thailand guide called us to see where we were.
