Worth it!

Even though the queue wasn’t that big at 9 o’clock on a Saturday night, I really appreciated being greeted by staff on disembarking the plane, and being escorted through immigration like a VIP after the 9 hour flight. Definitely worth giving this service a go. I’ll be looking to use this service again when we leave Phuket, and next time we visit.

Treated like a VIP

The guide was there waiting at the arrival for us … he was well versed with the entire process… he took us through the Immigration like a VIP … there was such a huge crowd, normally it would have taken 2 hrs … but thanks to this we were all done in 30 minutes…

Great service. I Asia Thailand was waiting for us right outside the arrival gate and led us straight to custom security check which had absolutely no queue at all. Got our passports stamped in less than 5mins. Absolutely zero waiting time. Perfect for peak season travel!

Super Service der Minimal ausbaufähig ist.

Die Porterin hat mich am Flughafen direkt im Empfang genommen. Die Kofferaufgabe und die Passkontrolle ging sehr schnell. Da ich früher da war, musste ich im extra Bereich Coral noch länger bleiben da die Kofferaufgabe noch geschlossen war. Was Ich mir sehr gewünscht hätte, das man im Wartebereich etwas zu trinken angeboten bekäme. In der Coral Lounge ist das anschließend alles erfolgt. Dies soll nur ein kleiner Anreiz sein um dem Service zu verbessern. Denn 2 Servicemitarbeiter saßen dort und führten lautstark Videotelefonie was eigentlich im diesem Bereich eigentlich nicht sein soll.

Es geht wirklich schnell

Am Ausgang in Richtung Emigration stand der Butler der mich an der großen Menschenmasse innerhalb 5min du die Einreisekontrolle gebracht hatte. Auch nach Erhalt des Koffer begleitete er mich bis zu meinem Taxi. Einwandfreier Service den ich immer wieder buchen würde.

Быстро. Первоклассно! Профессионально! Две девушки Встретили у выхода из гейта. Далее провели мимо всех очередей. Без остановок. Взяли на себя всю бумажную работу. Паспортный контроль без очереди, ПРЦ тест - без очереди. Взяли тележку для багажа. Еле уговорил, что багаж сам погружу на тележку. Мне, как мужчине стало неудобно, что женщина везёт мой багаж. Помогли с оформлением сим карты и снятие денег в банкомате. Автоматически связались с трансфером, который заказывал через другое приложение, и подали машину. Молодцы! Спасибо!!! Первоклассный сервис! Рекомендую. Молодцы! P.S. У нас были заранее приготовлены и распечатаны все документы (PCR TEST, thaipass, insurance etc)
