Don’t do it

Even we had the transportation confirmed, no one picked us up. We had to find another way of going to our hotel. The price was a lot more than the taxi we got at the airport.

Easy Airport Transport

When we arrived, there was a sign with my name and we only had to wait 10 minutes for the driver to pull up. It was easy and convenient. I recommend it. The only thing that I was disappointed with was that child car seat was an additional fee. Other companies would include it in their package.

No show

Gave the Viator rep all our travel info, flight info, arrival time, ect. Waited over an hour for pick up and Noone showed up. Got no response on the messenger app and no phone call response. We had 5 in our group and had to wait another 18-20min to find 2 different taxis to transfer our group. Not ideal at 23:30 after a long day of traveling.

Easy pickup

Easy pick up at the airport/drop off at the hotel. Couldn't find our name at the exit, but called the number provided and was able to find it later. Had to wait about 15min but it was still worth the hassle.

No fuss experience

Smooth driver, nice and spotless interior, let us know what was expected (travel time) during trip. Would recommend for medium groups large families

TERRIBLE Experience! Stay Away!!

Do NOT, I repeat do NOT book! I initially book because they had good reviews and that’s not what I experienced! They are liars, unorganized and all about money! Imagine getting off a flight restless and expecting your driver to be waiting with a sign with your name because that’s what they told you and how they advertised there service to only find out he’s not there, you can’t get In touch with him! Finally after waiting for an hour and going back and forth with the company for almost an hour the driver FINALLY arrives. You get to the CAR and it’s not what you paid for because you paid extra for a VAN! You contact the company and they say “your driver was there to pick you up” I guess as long as the driver came they think it’s ok and it’s NOT! I asked for a partial refund because a car picked us up vs the van I paid extra for and it was denied! This totally started off our visit to Phuket on the wrong foot! I never wrote reviews but wanted to warn everyone to stay away from this company and FYI there are so many taxi companies when you land that have better prices or the same that it will not be a problem getting to your hotel! Stay AWAY from this company!
