Ticket problems put a damper on the experience.

So there are 2 codes on the mobile ticket. The code that he was searching he could not find. So then he started asking me if I had really paid??? So he called someone to help who in turn called someone else who knew. Finally after about 20-25 minutes they got my ticket situation handled. No kind of apology or anything. The fights were entertaining even though they were amateur fights.

Awesome event

We went for a match while vacationing in Phuket. Definitely go with the vip seats. We were front row!!! And it included souvenir t shirts. 5 or 6 matches that evening. Fair warning, the first two matches were boys, not men, like 8 to 12 years old. And they were brutal. If that upsets you, may want to rethink your excursion. We had a blast!!!

Real fights but amateur

Visited for Saturday night fight night. Mostly tourists in the audience but the fights are real with both women and men. However, if you’re expecting high level professional fights, this is not for you. Two of the seven matches of the night were exciting - but of course you could get lucky! Save yourself some cash and book directly though the Patong boxing stadium website (via whatsapp) and get 10% discount and a pick up and drop off to hotel. You also get a free t-shirt (which most places in Phuket advertise as well). Ringside is worth it - with the discount you end up paying 50tbh more than for standard and you get comfy chairs and service. All in all though, found the tickets a bit expensive for the level of fighting (compared with Pattaya boxing for example). You can pay with credit card (visa 3% surcharge and MC 5%, didn’t take AMEX) at the venue. Drinks are 80tbh for one beer and a bit more for mixers. Fights start around 9:30pm and you’re done by midnight. It’s a good night out and an interesting cultural experience if you’ve not been before. Do yourself a favour and read up a little about the sport if you don’t know anything. there are loads of little interesting things to know that make the experience more worthwhile.

Interesting night out but not as expected

The prices are too high for what it offers, place is too small. We got the ring side front seats and regreteded after 30 minutes because the fan was too strong and we get headache so we moved right away to the stadium seats( the cheapest ones). Better view also at the stadium seats. The show was interesting after 2hours (it lasted 3 and a half hours). At first we got scared that it’s only a child muay thai show and on the poster were all adults, but after 4 fights the more experienced fighters started to show up. It’s an interesting experience but not what i expected.

Muay Thai Boxing

There were two couples who attended the Monday night fights. I think there are many tourists on that particular night. We got the VIP seats which were first row ring side. The price included a free t-shirt too. We got drinks delivered to the seats. There were 8 fights with 5 three minute rounds each- two minutes in between. Of course, there were a few fights that ended early due to KO’s or concessions. There was even a female fight which was one of the better fights of the night. It started at 9:00 and lasted until just after 11. The scoring system is complicated but it was fun trying to figure out who you thought would win. All in all, it was a fun night and I learned a lot about Muay Thai boxing!

Alot of dancing around looking for an opeing and some brutal knock outs make an okay couple of hours.

Great night

Really went for it here with front row VIP seats ! Watched ten fights over about 3 hours. It's a great experience and brings something different to a holiday. Not for the faint hearted, this is a brutal sport.

Was okay evening

Was value for money, beer prices were reasonable. Nice bonus free t-shirt, take your own toilet paper though. No matter which seats you get the view is good. Pick up and drop off from hotel. Don't go if you can't handle the fighting as the first few rounds are fought by young children.

Really good night

Great night. Several knock outs. Some spit and slobber flying about. Beer cheap. Seats comfortable. Room smelled of tiger balm.

Such an experience!

My partner was so keed to see Thaiboxing from the first day we arrived in Phuket. And we didn't get disappointed! The stadium is cozy, the seets are comfortable, the staff is very friendly. And you will get a free T-shirt :). Definitely going back as soon as we are in Patong again!

Awesome show

Great show! Beers and drinks are cheap, and these guys are vicious in the ring! Everybody gets really into the fights. I'm glad I booked it.

Interesting Experience, Worth Doing!

Great experience, really fun to see if you're into any sort of boxing or fighting sports. I took my friends who aren't into either, but they really enjoyed it too. Even if you don't know what's going on, you end up really getting into it and yelling with the crowd. We had VIP tickets which meant we got served drinks (not complimentary) and a black t shirt (that actually looks cool). But I'd same normal tickets are probably even better, as you the ringside ropes aren't in the way of the fight and if you sit on the cement steps you are raised up so can have a better view. The room is small, so even if you're at the very back, you're still within ten metres of the ring. If I did again I wouldn't do VIP. I was a little disturbed by seeing kids do it (the show starts with kids, then goes up in age and weight classes). But, can't get righteous when watching this sorta stuff. Overall I really enjoyed the experience and am keen to see another adult show in future.

Great atmosphere!

A must do! They included pick up and drop off to Karon Beach, and the atmosphere was great. 7 fights, all fighters were respectful to each other before and after the fight and it was a great experience to see.

Great night! Introduction to the sport of fighting to my sons. Great experience for them to see real fighters who have trained and sacrificed to achieve their goals. It was authentic and fast paced. Everyone enjoyed it!

try it if you have not been to a fight before

We had 7 matches by Thai and International fighters, of which some make one really get carried away by the action whereas others ended with premature KOs and almost felt like they were fixed.

Kiwi's in Patong

Considering I was feeling a bit apprehensive about going, I only booked the tickets knowing that my husband would love it. Well so far its the high light of my trip, I absolutely loved it, couldn't help getting in with the local crowd excitement. Hubby loved it too, we are going back for more...

ARNAQUE COMPLÈTE ATTENTION

A ne pas faire!! Nous avions réservé le 07 nov pour un match le 28 déc pour 6 personnes pour les places en Ringside pour 56.50 euros par personne. Le jour du match nous nous trouvons sur place sans réservation !! Après appels au central, aucune solution de trouver. C'est la dame du match qui nous a trouvé 6 places sur un banc en hauteur. Pas de siège près du ring et impossible de se faire rembourser la différence, personne de répond aux mails!! Et la personne de là bas me dit que nous avons payé cher et ce n'est pas normal de ne pas avoir le taxi aller retour inclus dans ce prix, même le taxi que nous avons payé me dit que ce n'est pas normal. Soit on s'est bien fait avoir !!! A éviter, bien plus simple d'acheter les places sur place ils en vendent à tous les coins de rues...

自由席はお尻がしんどいです。

約３時間弱の試合でしたが、途中からお尻が痛くて試合に集中できませんでした。見に行かれる方は指定席にする事をお勧めします。 また、自由席だと現地の人が試合で賭博をしているようで気が散ります。。。。。。。

Culturel

Un enchainement de combats masculins, féminins toute une soirée sans interruption. Un vrai spectacle et une organisation de l'hotel très professionnelle.
