We booked for a jet ski trip to 7 islands. The team does not keep up with their words regarding photographs. We had to message multiple times to get our pictures and even then we received a few photos only of our 7 island trip. And they never responded to further messages. This was very disappointing.

This was such an amazing experience! Hubby and I loved it. We picked 7 islands and it was well worth it. Visited monkey island and other ones i cannot remember 🤦‍♀️ We watched the sun set on a sand Bank- heavenly ✨️ We had lunch and drinks on an island - water and fried rice is included in the price of the tour but you can buy beer and cocktails, you can buy different food, we had chicken wings and corn, omg the corn was huge! Deffo get this if you do this trip. We paid and left the people a tip and they was so thankful - seems many people go here and don't tip, which is a shame for the locals as they do their best to cater for everyone. Was a bit manic when we first arrived, didn't really know what was going on, we think it could be a bit better organised on that department. Also when on the jets the instructor tries to speak to you but you can't hear anything what to ever! So I think maybe having some sort of radios for the jets so if someone is doing something wrong it can be addressed straight away. Make sure you have sun screen, beach shoes (in case of sea urchins) and plenty of water. Rocky was really good with instructions Carl was amazing with communications, managed to get us on the free shuttle very last minute so thankyou 😁 If you don't like waiting for people for a shuttle then I'd suggest getting a cab, we had this problem of having to wait 15 minutes for some people to leave their hotel which was a pain but not much we could do. The guys take lots of photos for you all,really high quality pics just takes a while for them to be sent over but really good - make sure you tip! Deffo give it ago. 👌

Memorable, nature

Moving from an island to another is something that I always dreamed about it. Doing that with Jetski is amazing, one downside is that the staff was not so friendly, they kept asking us to move faster, also they kept taking pictures even though I asked them to not to.

What a day! Great day visiting loads of island! Food was good at lunch too! Guide were helpful in taking lots of photos. Some confusion at the start of the trip so make sure you have your booking confirmation ready

8 Island Jet Ski tour

8 Island Jet Ski Tour - the tour was a little average but Qbic have been great in responding to our grips. Guess it's not easy when you use tour operators and don't run it yourself. We hired 3 Jet Skis - unfortunately one kept breaking down so the guides took the broken one until it completely stopped working then they jumped on one of our jet skis. Unfortunately we were never offered a chance to snorkel. I emailed Qbic afterwards and they said there was apparently snorkel gear on the Jet skis...... we never saw it so perhaps remember to ask them while on the tour The floating restaurant was closed. It was a fun day but for the price we paid we felt the Jet Ski company under delivered.

4h jet ski tour opinion

I highly recommend this trip, I took 4h option, it was my first tour of this type and the experience was really great. A few key points: - private bus transportation from/to the hotel, - Nice jet ski experience(depending on the option you can visit 4 or more islands), - Good quality lunch after the tour, - Guides are very friendly, they insist to take photos of you, - If you are solo, guide doesn't go with you :)

5 hour JetSki tour

We did a 5 hour tour. It was amazing. The staff was very attentive and briefed us clearly regarding jet ski safety. Lunch was provided and was amazing. Will visit again in the near future. Two thumbs up!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR JET SKIS - I paid for 2 jet skis and they had the guide RIDE with me! - I would find another place to rent from unless you want a dude holding on to you the entire time,

Good and Not So Good Parts

If you thrive on ambiguity, are good at piecing information together, and can find humor when things go wrong, this is the tour for you. Also, if you take this trip, make sure you’re not afraid of being alone in the ocean for a while until help comes if you break down. Make sure others in the group know you exist and can flag the guides if you’re missing. The Good: -Actually jet skiing to the islands was wonderful. -The islands chosen weren’t too crowded. -Being on the water at sunset was beautifully fantastic. -Lunch was tasty (once I found out where it was). -I felt listened to when I voiced The Bad below to the trip coordinator post trip. The Bad: -Communication was not very clear during the trip; the guides scattered at the main lunch stop (How long are we at the island for? Where is lunch? Where can we find you if we have questions? MAKE SURE TO PROACTIVELY ASK THESE QUESTIONS.) -The only water that was given was one bottle at lunch. -The jet ski compartments for your belongings were not waterproof/they stuck ropes in the doors so they would not close completely shut. (I’m not sure if this is typical or not.) -3 of 7 jet skis broke down. That’s NOT counting mine and another person’s whose jet skis would not go straight at the last part of the trip. They replaced 2 of the 3 that broke down, but the guides had to double up with the customer on them. -The guides led at the front and didn’t look back to make sure we were okay. We had to alert them of the broken down jet skis in the back of the group as we were very separated from them since they sped away from us. -There was no guide trailing the group. They did put someone in the back after we asked, but he had to double up with another customer on the same jet ski. If you’re lucky enough to have a jet ski that doesn’t break down and/or don't mind waiting for a replacement to come in; are a competent jet skier who won’t be left in the dust to get lost in the back; and will proactively gather details about your stops, etc., you’ll have an excellent time.

Poor communication and last minute changes

The tour operator messaged the night before the tour at 9:30 PM asking to change the tour time from 12:30 PM to 7:45 AM. Given how trip planning this was already very poor communication and not possible, since we had planned to do other things. On top of that the morning of the tour I was not feeling well, I asked the tour operator for a refund and he refused. Then I agreed to go on the tour because I would not get a refund. However, I felt worse and worse throughout the day and ultimately cancelled. The tour operator would not refund me. If you have a packed itinerary or may get sick on your vacation do NOT book this tour. This operator has a bad attitude and poor communication. He repeatedly ignored my phone calls and tried to change details at the last minute with no prior warning.

Great jet ski experience!

Great trip! They take you to a number of small and decent-sized islands, including Monkey Island. Just don’t get too close or let them near your stuff. They’re smart enough to open the jet ski storage compartments and take stuff. Guides are easy to understand, and the jet skis are great. Definitely wear water shoes and take a waterproof mobile or camera holder.

Amazing adventure

We had an amazing day on this tour, unfortunately the weather wasn't favorable for us but did not ruin our day. The guide "Gove" was a friendly and lovely bloke. He had a troublesome jet ski and had to deal with that which was concerning to us as he kept stopping and was unable to ride next to us until he got a replacement when we were on coco island. But while waiting we had a lovely lunch. Due to the problem and weather we unfortunately could not go into the mangroves which I was really looking forward to doing but it was just one of those days, still had an awesome tour with what we did see.
