Brilliant James Bond island and Phi Phi island tours

Great trip, we did both James Bond island and Phi Phi island tours with ALP and we were so impressed. Our guide Andy was superb who we had for both trips, he always made sure everyone was enjoying the day, gave us detailed information on what was happening throughout the tour and had great knowledge of the area. The smaller speed boats used meant a more intimate feel and we could get to the islands quicker to avoid the crowds, however the boat was not over crowded and still had plenty of room on board so it was comfortable. I would definitely recommend ALP for these tours

Ripped off

Unfortunately this “tour” was the worst experience for me and my wife during our trip. They picked us up at 800 am and brought us all the way to the pier and after a good half an hour of waiting they announced the terrible weather condition. Basically saying we might not enjoy this day/get sea sick. They gave us an option to reschedule for another day. We had scheduled hotel and flight in a different location, so this option did not work for us. They offered only 50% refund and the drive back to our hotel. We are highly disappointed, we took many different tours in Thailand and nobody treated us so poorly. Complete lack of communication. Would be nice to receive an email about bad ocean conditions the day before and allowing people to make the decision to go ahead or actually cancel (24 h cancelation policy) They dropped us off at 11 am back to our hotel with our morning ruined and $100 shorter. Do your research and make sure that the ocean conditions are good, unless you want to place yourself or your loved ones in this horrible situation.

Excellent day - fun packed and really slick

Brilliant day trip with ALP to James Bond Island and Phang Nga Bay. Highly recommend. Our guide Andy and his daughter was so friendly and helpful - the boat was brilliant and the whole trip really enjoyable. Lots of helpful info before (eg what to bring) plenty of cold water and drinks on board, delicious buffet lunch and well organised and safe. Really felt this was good value for money.

Wonderful day out. Would do again and again.

Worth absolutely every penny. Such an incredible day and the tour was professionally run from start to finish. All photos they took of us canoeing and on the islands were gifted to us via email. Lunch was mouth watering. Tour guide was funny and educational. Would highly recommend and do all again. We went with Diamond Marine, amazing. Skip the scant brekky, wait for the divine lunch. They gave a good amount of time at each location to see the sights and drink in the ambience.

Great trip but boat overcrowded

Great trip to see islands in Pha nga bay. Guide Andy was very good, entertaining and explained everything very well. The only downside is extremelly overcrowded boat, to enjoy the trip this small boat should only have 20 people of board max, not 35-40, it really was extremelly overcrowded

Recommend! Brilliant day

Book with ALP! The pick up arrived on time and took us to the marina. Andy our guide was really brilliant and explained everything so clearly throughout the day. At no point was anything vague or we were left wondering what was happening next. The boat wasn’t overcrowded, the crew were really friendly and lots of refreshments throughout the day. Our rep booked our phi phi tour through another provider which we were disappointed about because ALP had done such a good job.

Amazing Canoeing!

Transfer was 40 minutes late and drove quite badly, making my sister throw up. When we asked the driver to turn the air-con up to make her feel better, he rolled his eyes. The drive up felt really long as we had to pick others up not just a direct transfer. We got unlucky with our group as they were really rude to us but that wasn't the fault of the company. The adventures were great but James Bond island was verrrrry busy and hot and we wanted to go home a little earlier than we did. The canoeing was the best part, Adam was fabulous and they were all great with the kids. We felt so safe and comfortable with them and the cave was insane! We had the best time at this part. The fishing village was interesting but we didn't get to stop and enjoy and almost ran through the village and there was a lot of talking but not a lot of time to ourselves which would've been nicer. The tour guide went into detail a little much at times and the friends we made and ourselves just wanted to go in the shade but he sort of demanded we stand in the sun and listen to the whole thing. More of a summary would've been enjoyable especially with so many little kids on the tour. The buffet was enjoyable and the lagoon was beautiful. The beach at the end was nice too, but my little brother nearly drowned, as he couldn't find a spare life jacket, under a kayak and we got charged a lot for him losing an ore when this happened which put a bitter end to the trip but understandable. Overall though, I'd recommend this to anyone.

At the discounted rate it was well worth it

My partner and I did this trip yesterday. We both enjoyed it. The guides were informative and helpful, especially Mac. The boat was clean and tidy the Skipper was good at handling the boat with enough life vests for all. The last stop at a island beach was a bit of a tourist trap and expensive if you wanted a drink a sun lounger with a parasol was thb 150.

A great day out from reception to disembarkation, ,speedboat ride to the islands took 45 minutes ,that passed as fast as the boat around 45 knots,,, jumping in to a canoe and following the trail through a bat cave to a deserted beach. I revived my canoeing skills here. Lunch on a stilted restaurant in the Sea and of course James Bond Island. Nice guide and team, of course the 4 english that grabbed the front in the sun the whole trip did nt suprise us,, Manners are important in a shared experience. Thanks to the teamfor a great day taxi buses dto and from the hotel ran smoothly

Experience of a lifetime!

An incredible way to see the majestic beauty of James Bond Island! Canooeing through the cave into a lagoon was surreal and an experience of a lifetime! I would highly recommend this trip as it was well organised. Andy our guide was entertaining, well-informed and a very gracious host! This tour stops at the fisherman's village where we got to enjoy a wonderful lunch, as well as relaxing and swimming at Rang yai island. A wonderful and memorable day out...highly recommended!

This was a great tour! We loved our guide, Andy. He was hilarious and energetic. Kayaking through the caves was beautiful. Lunch was great. Highly recommend.

Super day out with a well organised team. You can get this tour slightly cheaper but going by speedboat makes a big difference. Recommended

Great day with the must see sights, but busy at times

We where picked up early from our hotel and taken to the pier to meet the boat. All very efficient and easy. Once on the boat, it was 40 minutes to the first Island where you are decanted to a canoe and taken around a island. All stunning and very picturesque! Then it’s off to the James Bond Island. You have 40mins to explore, time for more photos and a wander around the market. Time for lunch and off to the floating village. Lunch was very nice and the village is interesting. Not totally happy about being taken past the school for the kids to sell stuff to support the school though. Then off to the last stop and through the caves. Again very interesting but it was VERY busy with about 40 canoes trying to navigate within the small caves. Finally a stop at an island for a relax on a beach and a drink before returning to the marina. The staff are great, very friendly and make it all run like clockwork. It was worth it and I would do it again but it is busy and I do worry about the sustainability of it all.

A beautiful day

The pick up from our lobby was on time. The driver to our destination which was the marina was excellent.(if you have ever see how the drive in Phuket you will understand why I have to give a big thumb up for the driver). What can I say for our trip...???the nature...the landscapes...all wonderful. We did two times canoe under and inside the caves in phang nga bay(canoe driver was very pleasant and tried to explain as much as he could for the caves inside). We stopped in an float island in which we had lunch. They had a good buffet and the food not so spicy. James Bond island was also beautiful but overcrowded. Last i didn’t like the place in which they gave us free time for swimming because the see was down and it wasn’t deep. Last but not least the captain and the group of the ship extremely professionals. And as for the tour guide...Alex (his nickname) was amazing. To conclusion we were very pleased with the selection of this tour guide agency and if you are a fan of raw nature you must do it for sure.i do not put 5 stars due to the beach because I have already visit phi phi and it would have been pity.

Relaxing Getaway

The entire trip was so amazing, if you would love to see the inner beauty of nature this trip is a must. Everything runs smoothly during our trip. The entire crew was so helpful and friendly. What makes our trip standout was our guide Nikom who was very funny, service oriented, and very kind. He knows how to handle different kind of personalities, specially in our group that compose of Families, Young Couples, and Elderly couples we have different kind of likes but he was able to entertain each one of us. Nikom was very dedicated with his job, very personalized service to each of the guest I commend him for his great job. Looking forward for the next adventure with this company.

Great way to see James Bond island and other parts of Thailand

Our family took this tour while visiting Phuket and had a great experience! The guides were fun, kind, and knowledgeable. The canoe rides through the different islands was a great way to experience the uniqueness of each island and our canoeist was so much fun. Lunch and shopping was also good and we are glad this tour was recommended to us!

This was a great day out. Well organised. The speedboats were great and made it that bit more special compared to the slow boats. The crew on the boat were all very knowledgeable and genuine nice people. The scenery was amazing just breathtaking enhanced by a local man rowing the canoes they take you into the caves pointing things out to you. James Bond island was beautiful. We stopped at another island for lunch and I have to say it’s the best lunch we have ever had on a boat trip over the years. After lunch more sailing in the speed boat, more canoes and then a final stop for an hour on another island. Giving you the opportunity to have a cocktail and a swim in the Andaman Sea where the water was lovely and warm.

I really enjoyed this trip, they take me to panak island for having activity; canoeing and see the lost world inside the cave, I found the secret mangroove tree, and I went to Hong island also for same thing; canoeing. Soooo beautiful place that i've ever seen, and I get buffet lunch at panyee island; muslim floating village. Touch down in James bond island for relaxing and sightseeing, then the last island is naka, that white sands beach and the clear water make me feel so relaxed! I got some water coke and seasonal fruits on the boat, All the staff are so friendly, they're completed my day!

Excellent day trip to James Bond island

We were extremely impressed with Andaman Leisure Phuket (ALP tour operator), despite being a little more expensive than other operators, we were more than happy with them thanks to the friendly staff, excellent organisation and good service. We were collected at our hotel by minibus and taken to the marina where we could have a coffee before the boat left. Our guide (Alex) was brilliant, super clear with information about where we were heading on our multi stop trip and keeping his boatful of people happy! We went on 2 canoe trips into the caves (mind your head!!) Both were spectacular and we enjoyed seeing the up close view of the islands. James Bond island can be a little crowded but luckily we were able to get some good photos without too many other tourists in them! The final stop was an island with private beach and swim area which was the perfect way to end the trip and relax. Top tip, a full change of clothes and beach towel are useful! Throughout the day there was a photographer taking photos and videos which were available to buy at the end of the trip (thanks kee! They were great!). The boat staff and Alex were super helpful and friendly and provided drinks and fruit snacks throughout the day which were much appreciated. Overall, an excellent day trip, well organised and a fantastic team of people. Thanks ALP!

A Brillant Day Not To Be Missed

We came back from this tour exceedingly happy and buzzing from the sights. Nikon, our guide for the day was just brillant,informative,and very amusing. The accompanying staff very efficient and helpful. The sights were amazing and to kayak through cave tunnels to what then opened out before us was brillant.Our kayak paddler was lovely and hand made this little flower from mangrove leaves. This was not the only brillant aspect, Hong Kong Island was picture postcard, the buffet lunch at the floating island very tasty and catered for all, the second kayak trip and then swimming and relaxation time. The speedboat trip there and back on a beautiful day finished it all off. The whole days planning from being collected to being dropped off was extremely efficient and ran like clockwork THANK YOU ALP, NIKON AND ALL INVOLVED. Melanie and Graham Hughes ENGLAND

Amazing day

It was a very good journey. The weather was perfect, the tour guide (Nikon) was excellent as well as the canoe driver. We visited several places but we took our time. No rush. Very good timing. Good lunch. The only comment is the swimming area that was too small when we were on the island (last attraction of the day) With the high speed boat, the time you spend between the different sites is reduced. I strongly recommend this tour

Good quality tour

If you are only doing one tour in Phuket we can highly recommend this one. The staff were excellent, the speedboat ride smooth and the sights we visited were amazing. Also it was a lot quicker than the slow long boats that toured the same places, saving a lot of time.

Excellent tour

The guides were friendly, the tour was conducted in English. The places that we were brought was good. We enjoyed the canoeing experience. The lunch that was provided could have been better and the last island Naka island, that we were brought were a nice place to relax and swim but beware of jelly fishes. Do bring abit of cash if you plan to shop, the islanders do not accept cards.

Amazing, Amazing experience! Well organized from the very start. The crew is very friendly and the boat ride is very smooth. If you want to experience sea cave by kayak then this is the trip for you. James Bond island was exactly was I pictured from seeing pictures on the internet. The views from Phang Nga Bay are absolutely amazing. The water is not clear. if you want clear water you will have to go to Phi Phi Islands. But the views and experience are very worth it. You will have an awesome time. We bought the video and photos package which runs about $60.00 US dollars. They take videos and photos of just you and who ever you are with and put it into 15 minute. We were so impressed with the video and photos and that is why we are writing this review. Thank you to Adaman Leisure Phuket company for an amazing experience that we will never forget. For anyone who gives this company any less than 5 stars... Well they are just people who are too hard to please!

Had a great day

We booked the trip as two couples. Pick up from the hotel was on time and after some driving round to collect four more couples we arrived at the marina in plenty of time. Check in for each boat was pretty slick and our guide Sunny issued stickers to identify which boat to take. Once on the boat we were all issued life jackets. It was about thirty minutes to the first island where we jumped onto kayaks for a trip through the sea caves into a lagoon, stunning scenery and plenty of monkeys playing. Back on the boat we then went to Hong Island where we had about a thirty minute tour in the kayaks. Again, the scenery is stunning and our paddler pointed out all the features on the islands. Back on the boat to Panyee Island where we had a basic but very tasty Thai lunch and then about forty minutes to look around the floating Muslim village. Back on the boat to Khao Phing Kan (James Bond Island) where we had around thirty minutes to explore. Some fascinating geology here and very interesting to be on a film set! On the boat again to our final stop on a beach about ten minutes from home. The stop here was about 45 minutes with time for a swim and a beer. Back on the boat for the short trip back to the marina, pick up by taxi and returned to hotel on time. Overall, a fabulous trip, the staff were lovely, good lunch, plentiful free cold water and soft drinks and slick timing. The only but, which isn't the fault of ALP is that the travel agent who we booked our trip through said that there was plenty of walking and swimming was not allowed anywhere so we wore walki g gear and didn't bother taking swim gear. Wrong. There is some walking but nothing you couldn't manage in sandals and there's plenty of opportunity for swimming at James Bond Island and on the final stop. So, take swimwear and some rock shoes or wetsuit boots and a towel so you can enjoy both. The scenery is simply stunning.

So glad we did this

Wasn’t sure about doing this but so glad we did. Mini bus pick up from hotel and managed to get at the front of the speedboat with 2 other great couples which was amazing fun albeit breezy. My wife gets sea sick but with a tablet she was fine as you can see horizon from the front. Kayaking through the caves and lagoon was good fun and a bonus to see the monkeys on the cliff faces. I should point out each boat of 2 people has an additional person to row them so no work required here! The guide was funny and informative and made my wife a flower from a reed. Good photo opportunities at James Bond island which is great to see. A lunch stop at another island restaurant and the buffet lunch was decent enough. There is the time to have a little walk round the local market here with some decent stuff and the amazing local school, it’s very third world I’m afraid. Last stop on the boat trip was a beach where we sat with some new friends from the boat at a beach bar and then had a cool off swim. The final ride back to the marina was very exciting across the shallow low tide entry and so glad we got to the front and enjoyed the turns. Alex was a great host and safety was always important. Great scenery and memories we might have missed out on so very happy that we did decide to do this. We got 10% off the list price of 3400 baht at our hotel and not sure if there are better deals outside the hotels but I’d ensure you use this company.

Who couldn’t love it?

Today we joined J R Andaman Leisure Phuket after being pointed in the right direction by our local taxi driver. It was 1/2 the price our hotel was charging (which made me a little sceptical) but we were not disappointed! We were transported by air-conditioned maxi van to the departure wharf & our guide Dean met us & we were given our identifying wrist band (red wool 😂). Once on board our twin engine speed boat, we were off to our first of 3 scenic spots. In between we also had a buffet lunch. Our final stop was another island where we could finally have a swim, buy a beer & relax for an hour. A great day & highly recommended

Excellent day-trip

My wife and I debated between this trip and the Phi Phi Islands, and we were happy we chose what we did. Not only was the day well organized, well led, and the time managed well; but the majority of the day were sights I would not have expected and would never have otherwise seen. The highlight of the day for us was the canoeing, and this was something we didn't even think about beforehand. The islands were beautiful and our leader ensured that we always knew what to expect and where we were going. It was a very enjoyable day. I would recommend this tour, and Andaman Leisure Phuket to anyone visiting Phuket.

James Bond Island Tour

The tour was fun. The tour operators were friendly and took good care of us. The speed boat was comfortable and the stops were interesting. However: the lunch destination was awful. It was really bad. They took us to a floating Muslim village: This entire floating village on stilts was a bad experience for us. The Muslim village is very very poor and the conditions were not hygienic. The place reeked of sewage and putrefaction. The vendors were desperate and aggressive. We left hoping we would not get sick after eating there. Apart from that everything else was good. If it were not for the lunch situation I would have rated it 4 stars.

Absolutely awesome, staff fantastic

Our guide was awesome! He took us to the least busy areas, Scenery was amazing. This is a must do. Staff were so helpful and the food was fantastic.

Marvellous Phang Nga Bay day trip by speedboat

Excellent and well-organised full-day trip. We were a group of about 20 people. Involves a fast though lengthy ride to the islands in the north of Phang Nga Bay, then into three-person inflatable canoes for a marvellous visit thorough caves to lagoons in the middle of the islands (and views of some interesting wildlife), then James Bond Island, then lunch at the 'floating village', then to a smallish private island for sunbathing and / or swim. The guide/ leader was excellent and took great care getting people in and out of the inflatable canoes. There were copious supplies of cold drinks available through the trip. The views were stunning. Although lunch and drinks are in the price do take your wallet to tip the men who paddle the inflatable canoes into the island cave and out the other side to the lagoon; also for the chairs on the island beach where you can relax and swim in the afternoon; and also for trip photos you can buy at the end of the trip.

Отличная экскурсия, замечательный гид.

Добрый день! Бронировала данную экскурсию через тур оператора Пегас. Плюсы - Замечательный русскоговорящий гид Евгения, которой хочется сказать отдельное спасибо за её профессионализм, очень увлечённо и структурно вела повествование, ответила на все возникшие вопросы. - Комфортный катер, на борту бесплатно предоставлялись напитки, так же нас угощали фруктами. - Один огромный плюс это те локации которые мы посещали, и незабываемые впечатления которые получила, особенно понравилась часть катания на каноэ сквозь пещеры. - Так же из личных чувств скажу что сначала было страшно одной ехать на экскурсию по островам, но тут чувствовалась полная безопасность, и отсутствие страха что тебя где-нибудь забудут по дороге ))) Минусы - когда приобретала экскурсию у тур оператора, был обещан сноркелинг, его не было. (но тут думаю вина Пегаса в недостоверном информировании, а не ALP). - так же из минусов можно выделить, что на обеде было больше острой пищи (но это тоже на любителя) . В остальном от экскурсии остались только позитивные эмоции, большое спасибо команде организаторов.

Auf den Spuren von 007

Es war ein perfekt durchgeführter Tagesausflug mit Kanufahrten (man wurde zweimal gefahren), einem Mittagessen auf Panyee Island und dem Besuch von dem "James Bond Island". Man darf keine einsame Idylle erwarten - das gibt es in Thailand nicht mehr! Darauf achten sollte man, frühzeitig mit einem Schnellboot zu fahren, welches noch vor dem Mittagessen das "James Bond Island" ansteuert. Abschließend gab es noch einen Bade-Stopp auf Naka Island. Ein schöner Tag!

Giornata troppo affollata ma bella

finalmente abbiamo potuto vedere il famoso scoglio di 007 sito molto bello, impressionante anche il villaggio su palafitte, giro in canoa piuttosto medio. Un grande grazie a Enrico la guida.

Dopo l’escursione a Phi Phi, fatta nei giorni precedenti con altra compagnia, eravamo un pochino scettici se farla o meno..... l’escursione a Phi Phi con SeeStar non ci ha soddisfatti per niente..... questa invece è davvero speciale, bellissimi i giri In canoa nelle grotte, James Bond isola davvero speciale. Giornata molto piacevole che è volata, il tutto grazie anche ad Enrico, la nostra guida, che unisce passione, professionalità e competenze rendendoti il tutto TOP. Grazie davvero!!!

Escursioni phi phi e james Bond Thailandia

Due giorni spettacolari...due team diversi...entrambi molto affabili...ci hanno coccolato con frutta fresca bibite fresche...e sempre con il sorriso...è stato un piacere stare con loro....nelle ns escursione avevamo tutto compreso...dalla colazione al pranzo sulle isole ..entrambi i team erano capitanati da Enrico Maiorana...bravissimo e si vede che il suo lavoro lo fa con il cuore...fra 2/3 anni ritorneremo....e contatteremo ancora lui...Enrico....ve li consigliamo se venite a phucket.....ditta ALP

Tour isola di James Bond e Phi Phi Island.

Dopo trent'anni di matrimonio è doveroso festeggiare l'amore che ci uniti e la fortuna che abbiamo avuto nel saperci tenere stretto questo legame, quindi abbiamo esagerato concedendoci qualcosa di assolutamente straordinario per cultura, paesaggi e spiritualità, la Thailandia e Phuket. L'Andaman leisure Phuket è la migliore agenzia con la quale ho fatto i tour più belli a Phuket, guida italiana Enrico innamorato di quest'isola che ci ha stupito con effetti speciali naturali, i luoghi sono incantevoli e paradisiaci. La popolazione sempre sorridente e gentile, può solo essere un esempio di come tutti dovremmo affrontare quotidianamente la vita e le responsabilità. Vacanza consigliata e... Noi ci ritorneremo con i nostri figli.

ESCURSIONE PERFETTA

Ritrovo al molo di Pukhet marina, dove offrono un gradito spuntino prima di partire e dove ci sono toilette, docce ed un negozio di articoli vari. Tutto pulito e ben tenuto. Motoscafo confortevole e veloce, mare piatto, guide disponibili, sempre presenti e preparate. (Un grazie caloroso alla nostra guida Enrico, una bella persona). Buon pranzo sull'isola dove i musulmani che vi abitano, raccolgono e vendono le perle (portate i soldi e contrattate; costano meno che altrove, dal produttore al consumatore - fatevi consigliare da Enrico che è anche un gemmologo). Giro in canoa in un posto molto bello, silenzioso e singolare, immersi nella natura; visita a James Bond Island e sosta con bagno finale nella bellissima isola di Kata Noi dal mare cristallino. Inconveniente con lo scafo durante il tragitto (rottura di un'elica di uno dei 3 motori), prontamente risolto con la sostituzione della stessa imbarcazione, fortunatamente proprio per la sosta pranzo. Bevande e frutta offerte a bordo. Dotazione di salvagenti (per chi vuole indossarli) e kit di primo soccorso per piccoli eventuali 'incidenti'. Un fotografo che ci ha accompagnato durante il tour, ha scattato a tutti molte foto e girato un video. Lo abbiamo acquistato (su chiavetta USB) al prezzo di 1.800 bath (mi sembra, o giù di lì) e ci è stato consegnato in hotel la mattina seguente; bel ricordo! Consiglio questa compagnia, che è stata comunque la migliore tra quelle con cui abbiamo fatto escursioni a Pukhet (3 in tutto). Promossi! 👌
